What's going on @virginmedia? You send me a new router that doesn't have any 2.4GHz functionality. Thus in one sweep you've made all my 2.4GHz devices obsolete inc Galaxy Watch less than 1yr old. Let's be serious; you'll get a reputation as jokers. Customer service is already.

1/2 So @virginmedia is as much use as a chocolate tea pot 😵💫Been having issues all week took 9 calls to try and resolve the issue last night, instead they tried to sell me the new WI-FI pods, upgraded my package BUT did not tell me it can take up to 24hrs to switch over!

@virginmedia I was told that my complaint wouldn't go anywhere and I should find another provider. There was no help or support to fix my connection issue. I work from home and today I have only just finished because of connection probs. I finish work at 3pm. I'm tired and drained.
