@virginmedia I tried to transfer my account to my previous flatmate, and your team totally messed up our personal data. I am no longer the account holder but I am still the one getting the bills to my email address, and because I’m no longer the account holder nobody is willing to help.

@virginmedia Have put my issues on the Forum, but would be good if you could actually fix the problem. No WIFi at all again this morning and having to suffer yet again holding for support, farcical. I have wasted nearly 20 hours trying to get this resolved 🤬🤬

@virginmedia I spoke to one person, they didn’t know how to help. Then put me through to customer services, which took another 30 mins then it cut me off. I called again then gave up 2.5 hours I spent on hold.

My landline just rang, which obv never happens bc it’s not 1995 & I thought this is it, @virginmedia are finally calling me back so I can cancel my TV package. It was a hoax caller pretending to be from Sky, saying I had to pay for my TV maintenance.
