    @virginmedia Not advised. As said, 2 days & then down the side of the property so don’t know. Ongoing for a bit. Yes today it is even more irritating as they are using the front of the property. The loud talking and continual mobile phone stuff. This is my home.

    @virginmedia internet isn’t working in SE5. I’ve restarted the router and still nothing. I can’t run a service check as I have hub 4. Are you seeing an issue here?

    Having so many problems with @virginmedia broadband /WiFi connection & I can’t get to speak to a tech person, just an automated system (via phone or text). I’m an #NHS #keyworker & it’s wearing me down 😔. Any ideas/help? @MoneySavingExp

    Make a complaint to @virginmedia about their broadband, or lack of it. They reply stating they tried to call (they didn't) and that I'm lying because there's nothing wrong. Now I have to call or they'll "assume" their copy paste bullshit response to my complaint means I'm happy.

    @virginmedia The advice from the team is they will never be able to give me a date for when it will be fixed. I barely get 12 to 20 mbps for more than 10 minutes before it drops out completely.

    @virginmedia I have gone down the text route. Twice promised issue has been sorted.....it hasn't and this morning cut off conversation. Someone needs to sort this as its causing me great anxiety and a bill I can't pay

    @virginmedia I moved house - cancelled the contract, returned your router, after hours on your customer service line and you have my forwarding address. Not even an email or letter from you. Just straight to the attack dogs. I feel for the vulnerable people you actually do this to.
