    @virginmedia And the problem was?

  • Stefan50588528 Stefan (@Stefan50588528) reported

    @virginmedia can you please confirm that there is an area problem in BN13 postcode? All my equipment is fine but your system claims there aren't any area issues. Broadband has been down for 2 hours now.

  • adjstreams ADJStreams (@adjstreams) reported

    And to me, it seems like it's a continuation of the issue that was first reported on Feb 25th. That's almost 2 weeks ago. @virginmedia previously claimed it would be fixed by 1st March and then 5th March.

  • tomhowlett0 Tom Howlett (@tomhowlett0) reported

    @virginmedia @Gina_Hen92 I'm having the same issue. An automated message tells me I am currently unable to access broadband, tv etc at my postcode, and then all I can do is go back to the main menu.

  • adjstreams ADJStreams (@adjstreams) reported

    @virginmedia, I expect you have an internal reference number for faults that aren't customer-specific, how do I find out what this number is, so I can refer to it when making a complaint?

  • adjstreams ADJStreams (@adjstreams) reported

    The current "outage" began on the 8th according to the @virginmedia support person I spoke to, and is due to be fixed by 11th. Yesterday the system said it was due to be fixed by this morning. I requested updates by text but had no update this morning to indicate ETA had changed.

  • sannakin99 Sarah Annakin (@sannakin99) reported

    @virginmedia @mariatwrites Still an outage in SE4 too. 🙄

  • AdGiers Adam (@AdGiers) reported

    @virginmedia internet down for the 5th time this year. Terrible service from a company that thinks it's justified to regularly put their fees up

  • snjporter Sophie Porter (@snjporter) reported

    @virginmedia this is ridiculous. We pay an absurd amount of money every month for internet that just doesn't work half the time. How are we supposed to be remote working with this???

  • JustJai93 Jai Mak (@JustJai93) reported

    @virginmedia you need to sort out your technical team and internet issues out this is getting pathetic! A different excuse each time and still can’t fix anything
