    @virginmedia No, unfortunately the laptop won't take an ethernet cable - Apple's obsession with slimness. We have a neighbour's WhatsApp group and they also have slow upload speeds specifically, so I think a wider issue.

    @virginmedia Can you please refer me to a specialist team / arrange an engineer visit to resolve my net dropping over 20 times a day. I have done all the basics and spoke to level 2 support after 2 hours in queue time with no useful assistance at all. I'm at breaking point now.

    A little bit yikes that my internet is @virginmedia and you never know when you get a random DC(which is pretty often) that will **** up your whole game and stream :)

    @virginmedia When we were connected we were connected to a standard line and promised that we’d be connected to fibre but it never happened. This was in July 2019! I’ve been trying to resolve it since then. Now I’ve been contacted about a further price increase to £47 per month for standard..

    @virginmedia Top service guys - no response to my request to cancel using the webform and after trying to call twice, I've just had my call cancelled after 5-10 mins. Can I request a callback or something?
