@virginmedia It says everything is fine. My last internet was around 70mbps this one is supposed to be up at 400mbps and I never had a issue with downloading or buffering this one should be much better not worse

Sorry @virginmedia but to be advised on your check service status page that I will be without TV, broadband & landline until at least 9th November, & that's from 31st October, is absolutely disgraceful. This has had serious impact on my working from home & hive heating system. 🤬

@bradensgran @virginmedia Ridiculous, why offer something if they can’t supply the service. What have they told you? I rang last night and was told a case has been opened and I should receive a response within 5 days.

@virginmedia I’m currently experiencing a NIGHTMARE with your company. Please tell me how I can file an official complaint. The one I had opened was then closed 2 minutes later!! I’d like a call from yourselves please or a direct number for complaints. Alternatively an email pls

@virginmedia Not tried that. I will give it a try see how things go. Nah cables are not long enough to take it out. I have got it lower down and had the door open but it was just the same.

@Emma_A_Webb @virginmedia Would you consider the internet now an 'essential' service like water, energy, health, education, railways, &c.? If so, Mick Lynch has got a better understanding of the *real* problems than any right-wing GB News commentator.
