@VodafoneUK Jeez, I only moved to Vodafone last week, think I'll move back, I have a work to do and my smart heating is no longer smart, come on in 2023 we still have issues like this, we are far to relaliant on WiFi for you to alow this to happen

@VodafoneUK @shortcurmudgeon I tried everything reset , unplug router and modem still nothing here in Portsmouth. Feel a bit daft I tried all this before hopping on neighbours WI-FI and finding out it’s a national outage. Phone data is with Vodafone too.

@VodafoneUK This is beyond poor. It took you six hours to acknowledge the issue. Now you're claiming "some" when there are thousands of nationally distributed outages being reported. It's now seven hours and you've tweeted once? Your chat bot is down. Your telephones are unreachable. Poor

@VodafoneUK Why do you not have a message on your phone line about the issue ? I was waiting over an hour this morning before I gave up… it’s not rocket science to let us know what’s going on 🤬 The back up dongle doesn’t work so can you at least give me unlimited data so I can watch tv?
