    @VodafoneUK Can we all please get an acknowledgment that the internet is down, nationwide, your end. Stop telling the customers to check.. it's not us. and your spam bot reply is annoying.

    @VodafoneUK It would help if I knew where I was in the queue, rather than being told by an automated voice that you're very busy and that I'm in a queue...and the self diagnostics test would actually work!
