    @VodafoneUK 2hrs and still you haven't restored service to Great Linford. These service outtages are beyond intolerable. That's 2 hrs of income lost. Thanks SO very much.

    @VodafoneUK I have also done that. Issue still doesn't get resolved. Like I said I have tried that many times to get it fixed I have lost count. Do you not think I wouldn't of done these simple checks first

    @VodafoneUK Then you have changed your process since last September as I managed my mum's phone for her based on the information I would give the agent. How was the lady I spoke to then able to reset the bundle for me ? It's because I passed security. She never sent any codes. No help.

    @VodafoneUK why is it so impossible to speak to a human at your organisation? The tobi chat doesn't work and the automated service is useless. How do I speak to a human?
