I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? We had to sign up for a min 2 year contract? It's disgusting. I'll never go VM!

Steve Maslin (@SteveMaslinG) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK My 88 year old Mum was in hospital 6 weeks, Dad called her every day until Virgin Media cut off his phone without warning. Dad never missed a bill but they said he had exceeded his limit. When I complained their rep shouted "It's for their protection". Virgin Media are scum.

anthonychopra (@anthonychopra) reported@VOXImobile @VodafoneUK hardly any signal around very recently. Used to get 2 or 3 bars of LTE but now it’s 1 to non. What gives? Fix this issue asap. After the lightning in London it’s bad. Don’t even talk about 5G as that dose not work.

I was tempted to just pay it to get them off my back. I’d get phone calls from the debt collector late at night! Awful company.
