@VodafoneUK I spoke to new customer team. They did promise the original offer and its in records even the customer service team is admitting this but they cant pay the original amount.

@VodafoneUK Hi thanks for your reply. The issue is the fluctuation between 4G and 4G+ keeps reducing. And speed I have to say is becoming a terrible experience from Vodafone. Compared to other networks like EE and O2 they have got something right. Why is it taking Vodafone this long?

@VodafoneUK once again another **** up! I am so annoyed and disappointed in the service you continue to deliver. I did an annual upgrade promise on the 07th Dec but I’ve received no info on returning old phone. No one can help and I’m left with a huge bill!

@virginmedia I can get tweets out just, loading a webpage, no chance. @VodafoneUK is absolutely hopeless round here. Heart of Greater Manchester, no 4g signal no fibre broadband, It’s the dark ages. We are just stuck with your “services”. Just added 10% on our bill too. Woeful.

@VodafoneUK ka3 .Ayrshire . Still no internet 13 hour later. Stop telling people you didn't know there was a issue. When I contacted Vodafone customer services 13 hours ago. They said they are working on it.
