    @VodafoneUK you’ve sent me a broken router, didn’t replace it in time and now I’ve moved and have no internet. Will be losing days of work. Shocking way to treat a new costumer.

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is an absolute joke!! 3 weeks, god knows how many hours on hold, pushed from one agent to another and you still haven’t sorted my problem!! Incompetent is an understatement! I’ll call AGAIN Monday…….😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK hi, I've made a complaint about upgrade I ordered 5 weeks ago, I still haven't got it. I cancelled last Friday, to reorder, but order is still showing as open. It's been 6 weeks and still no upgrade or refund of upgrade fee. Can you pls come back to me on this?

    @VodafoneUK I feel very bad as the direct message was answered by a robot. The rebooking was even on a wrong deal. I'm getting more and more disappointed to be honest.

    @VodafoneUK why had your customer service suddenly got awful? TOBi isn't working, ive tried to activate my son's SIM online, then I've tried to ring today and the advisor wouldn't let me proceed as he wanted the security text from the number I'm trying to activate???? Idiots
