    Very annoyed with @VodafoneUK I added a £15 top up to my PAYG mobile. They took £30 from my CC and refuse to refund me. Insist on giving me credit on my phone. Not sure this is legal. Looks like they are going to lose a customer soon.

    @VodafoneUK The problem is with vodafone not others, its your webpage that says £100 amazon voucher, i would suggest this is a marketing ploy, purposely misleading customers, hoping they will sign up with vodafone and give up on the voucher

    @VodafoneUK My contract is coming to an end very soon and I just want to go on a sim only deal and save some money. Tried to do it via the MyVodafone app and it’s absolutely useless! Just keeps crashing!!😡. Please help. What is the best way to sort my new contract out?

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is absolutely shocking ! Been a loyal customer for some years now and upgraded with the annual upgrade promise. Waited weeks for the package to send my old phone heard nothing even after contacting you now been charged 400 quid nearly ! 🤬
