@VodafoneUK not happy about the service we have received from Metrocentre branch. Left mobile to get stuff transferred over to new phone, they did not contact us to say there was a problem. We went back to store and they said they had not been able to do anything

Good news is the CEO’s department seems to be taking my complaint seriously; bad news is I’ve just got an email starting the contract the day before I actually made the transaction. Curious as to the legality of that; one for the discussions with @VodafoneUK tomorrow.

@VodafoneUK you are the worse. I visited the store to cancel my iPad contract to be directed to the online options. After an hour of chatting to an online advisor I have now been directed to the store. You are a joke of a company, terrible customer service
