  @VodafoneUK we have over 60 internet accounts just set up. 4 hubs didn't arrive, one gone off line, can't get through to anyone ,4 weeks into this Need urgent help today. We go into chat, they tell us to phone, we phone and they tell us to go into chat. HELP!

  @VodafoneUK Please improve Vodafone Karnataka (india) network coverage, people facing network congestion and slow 4G data speed issues,also call drop and connectivity issues. Please offer free callertunes and missed call alerts so that people wont move to jio or airtel.

  After 24 days of calls, chats and emails, being laughed at, shouted at and made to feel culpable for damage to a phone. @VodafoneUK have replaced damaged phone and couldn’t be more apologetic, shame it took so long.

  @StarscreamUK @VodafoneUK I had this with BT. Trying to explain I only care about the modem sync speed with the exchange and have to listen to endless **** about moving the router or changing Wifi channels.
