  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK My 88 year old Mum was in hospital 6 weeks, Dad called her every day until Virgin Media cut off his phone without warning. Dad never missed a bill but they said he had exceeded his limit. When I complained their rep shouted "It's for their protection". Virgin Media are scum.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK i recently left virgin media they are not a good service provider when trying to end the contract, try getting help with family member or even a lawyer or cab which are very good

  I've stopped entering the @VodafoneUK rewards as I've NEVER won a single thing.... I've been asking everywhere but nobody has ever claimed to have won. Bit bollocks really....

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Virgin have a terrible reputation and have just received a massive fine. I need to look at my broadband with them. Can't bear the thought of phoning to cancel.

  @VodafoneUK @EE your signal along with every other mobile network in the UK is pathetic. You even advertise that when one doesn’t work the dual network kicks in. Well it’s shite. I can’t make calls or receive signals in so many places which is 3rd world levels of embarrassment

  @TheWildLemons @VodafoneUK I couldn’t even do that, because my phone signal’s so bad here at home - I rely on wifi calling for making calls (quite intermittent), and I couldn’t get online on my phone to check status, or even X. It’s very inconvenient, isn’t it? 🙄 I hope yours is ok now! 🤞
