@VodafoneUK trying to buy broadband.. order wasn’t successful but you’ve created an account for us. Have to sign into the account to try again yet we can’t sign in because we don’t have a Vodafone number? Call up the number provided and they don’t know!! Useless🙄

Completely abysmal customer service from @VodafoneUK 2 years they have been holding onto a refund and despite numerous failed attempts to get through their security, they still have it. Unable to make a complaint as we can't get through security!#Vodafone #customerservice

Much as it pains me, I gotta give some love to @VodafoneUK and @OpenreachHelp today. I phoned yesterday because my internet had tanked. They turned up 10am this morning and fixed it super quickly. Could not ask for a better resolution. Super friendly dude too :) (Engineer)

@seesawesss @VodafoneUK Hi! I used to work at a mobile carrier's service center (please do not ask, I am not at liberty to disclose due to reasons pertaining to my employment termination). I can say from experience what you likely heard was the data release valve expanding and technicians talking loudly

@VodafoneUK I have had a utter nightmare talking to your customer support team. Your customer support is absolutely appalling. I am not sure hat you do. All I wish is that I never continued my contract with Vodafone.
