@DarrenRJones @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Shocking but not surprising. Happened to us and Sky immediately gave us a compensation payment on Openreach’s behalf so Vodafone should do the same. That doesn’t help the hospital though and, sadly, will likely happen again.

@VodafoneUK Voda broadband has been down over 36 hours now in the Gainsborough/Corringham/Blyton areas of Lincolnshire, any news on this ?

Daughter,a nurse, couldn’t cover a shift to help shortages today as @VodafoneUK are fitting her broadband. Of course @OpenreachHelp the quasi monopoly who have to install don’t turn up or contact her. UK broadband is based on USSR economics and customer service.

@VodafoneUK Yes the reason. I am leaving is because of appalling service despit7e being with V for many years and you will still want to charge me an ETF fpor voting with my feet which I shall refuse to pay as nobody helped or tried to get me to stay

@VodafoneUK hey, just to let you know if the IVR doesn’t understand what you’re saying, it says it’ll connect you to an advisor then on connection says the line is no longer in use. Think there’s a routing problem with your IVR drop out line 🙃

@VodafoneUK I won one of these from mumsnet back in october who were hosting the comp. vodafone were meant to be sending the prize and never did! vodafone customer service didn't want to know. Mumsnet have been chasing this prize from vodafone since october 2021!

@VodafoneUK Hi! I have Spotify as part of my entertainment bundle. Given recent events in the news I don’t really want to use their services any more. I understand policy is service you select is locked in for the duration of the contract but wondered if any option to change?
