    @VodafoneUK you text my mum saying overdue balance of £248. I call your advisor says nothing overdue.. an hour later you restrict my broadband I call and now an over due balance of £22 I pay that then now you text me to say my service restricted my phone due to overdue..

    @VodafoneUK we should have , we are in some awful and tough times and Vodafone promised we could have our original number but this hasn’t happened. #vodafoneuk it’s hard times and you are charging us double! No one knows what going on! We are sick of wasting our time, please !!

    @VodafoneUK getting your broadband worst decision of my life. Constantly disconnecting, impacting on my work. Asked for an evening call because I WORK, got a daytime call, asked for a text with number to ring, didn’t get one. Tried to ring anyway, no response.
