@VodafoneUK it's still G51. Same as it ever is. And here's what's going to happen - you're going to tell me there's some kind of maintenance or upgrading happening and it will be sorted out soon - only it's never sorted out. We've been here before. it never changes, it never improves.

@VodafoneUK I can't get into my account, password is correct but used forgot password, sent me a temporary one but still getting a 'password incorrect' error. Can't get on live chat, keeps timing out. Are there known problems? Just want to check my terrible upgrade options...

15 Years with @VodafoneUK and they want to increase the cost of my contract while removing monthly data allowance. Online support has been abysmal. Cannot match other online offers. Blamed in on the fact they have 'shops'. I've never stepped foot into one.

@VodafoneUK so four contracts at my house in the centre of chelmsford. No one can use their phone as the signal is so bad .. been months ... Vodafone response eventually it will work ..... in mean time I just keep paying my bill eh?

@VodafoneUK have zero customer loyalty or care, 18 years as a customer, and after going round the houses on their phone lines trying to upgrade,I now think it’s time to look elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK You seriously need to up your customer service. Trying to cancel, spoke on the web chat to someone. Who told me to call a number. Which told me to use the web chat. I then went through the pain of trying to get to a human to then just be told we cannot take your call!

Utter rubbish that is @VodafoneUK you try to call them to cancel broadband and it cuts you off!!! Sick of this rubbish company. They don't give a monkeys!
