@WilliamLuXiaomi Do you test your chargers for safety? Mine blew up and according to @VodafoneUK many customers have had the same issue with over heating chargers. Yet your Customer service refuse to deal with this.

@VodafoneUK Not correct - as it was included in the service scope, and Vodafone doesn't provide a decomposable service catalogue, it was therefore a base service included in the monthly fee. It wasn't free (I.e. I couldn't receive it without being a Vodafone customer, paying a contract fee).
