    No internet now for a week and cant even get vodafone to return a call and explain or give timescales. Anyone ever experienced similar? To say im disappointed in their customer service is an understatement. @VodafoneUK #vodafone #poorcustomerservice #vodafonefrustrations

    @ThreeUK can you please explain why the signal for your network has got worse since you merged with @VodafoneUK ? It has got especially bad between Hungerford and Newbury.

    @VodafoneUK @DownloadFest gets vodaphone to sponsor the event but doesn’t give their customers any signal.. very poor, and I’m sure you’ll choose to ignore this and give a 🖕to all your customers

    @KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK @lycamobile I've been a victim of identity theft and someone is opening lyca mobile accounts in my name, using my credit file. Lyca mobile have been crap dealing with it. No sense of urgency. Call centre staff won't deal with me.
