    @VodafoneUK Absolute shambles. Home Move booked weeks ago, I’ve now moved, and you’ve cancelled it. I’m paying for broadband at a house I no longer live in AND paying extra for temporary internet. Can’t even contact you because your systems are down. Sort this out!

    @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK So 3 customer popped into Vodafone as your store closure notes you can find 3 at Vodafone. Unable to upgrade, cancel or discuss accounts. Confirmed with several stores. This is definitely a breach not everyone wants to speak to cust service on the phone...
