    @VodafoneUK No, it's happened with calls to my own mobile too (also on Vodafone) and I am concerned that if we phone anyone else using Vodafone our calls will automatically be blocked, which will harm our business. We have NEVER been cold-callers.

    Hey @VodafoneUK I'm getting 4Mbps on 4G with you guys (and frequently no data at all) and 50Mbps with @EE at the same location. Waiting weeks for "engineers to fix it" is getting tiresome. Looks like I'll be moving when my contract is up.

    @VodafoneUK So, did you read my message or just copy and paste your PR response. Allow to make it easy for you. THE CHAT BOT DOESN'T WORK. I can put this in another language if you prefer, but the fact remains that instructing me to use something that doesn't work is NOT A FIX!

    @VodafoneUK what's going on with my handset please. People are calling it and it's ringing once then straight to voicemail despite full signal. We've got both phones, house phone and broadband on one account. I don't want to have to move because of your poor signal.
