    @GeorgeMonbiot @KathyBurke @VodafoneUK I’m sorry to hear that. I’ve been trying to get my Dad’s Facebook account deleted since he died over 2 years ago and their online form keeps failing. No customer service contact there so I’m just screaming into the void.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @BillyVacant @VodafoneUK From experience, some companies are compassionate & genuinely do all they can to help after a bereavement. Others, are utterly useless to the point of obstruction. Companies that make things more stressful at such a difficult time do not deserve our custom.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK did exactly the same with me when I switched broadband provider. I wonder just how much money they make from people who don't keep an eye on their direct debits? I'll never go back to them.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Counterpoint. My mum, who had a Vodafone mobile phone contract, died 2 months ago. My dad was able to cancel her contract with phone call and one email (sending photocopies of documents). Vodafone wrote off the remainder of the contract and let us keep the phone.
