    @TfL @SW_Help @VodafoneUK please fix the wifi/mobile networks/network rail app so we can see when trains are coming at Waterloo! Constant delays, you have to hedge your bets at which train to get . Be great if there was a way of having uptodate info to run between platforms!

    @VodafoneUK can you hire people that can actually help with issues please. Been on live chat with someone for about an hour now and nothing is happening. Actually useless.

    @VodafoneUK Your website is the worst. You've got a circular trap - Create an account funnels you to download the app - you can't login to the app, so you try to create an account which takes you to download the app. Your AI bot is the worst too. Hire some humans to help people

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Not in the slightest bit surprised, Virgin are absolutely vile, I mean the ceo sued the nhs simply because he didn’t win a contract??? I will never use Virgin anything again! Sorry for your loss x

    @techprocess1 @VodafoneUK I was with them before but the signal where we live wasn’t great - turns out after a promising start that Vodafone’s is no better!
