    @VodafoneUK haven’t got any better in 2026. Avoid them at all costs. Zero customer service (if you manage to get hold of them) & they say it'll be sorted next day but it never is. Months pass by. It’s always next day. AVOID THEM. Use literally anyone except Vodafone UK.

    Why is it impossible to get in touch with one of your agents? Your web chat keeps crashing, you haven't confirmed an account number and it's impossible to cancel my broadband order! Can't someone please help? @VodafoneUK

    So got the emergency alert on my @SMARTYMobileUK sim but not my @VodafoneUK sim. Shouldn't they be on the same network now???

    @VodafoneUK since June your service has been well below acceptable level in Caernarfon. Despite this my last 2 bills didn't show any compensation & you've taken payment in full. Today 12 August has been particularly bad on both 4G & network. I've already raised this on account

    Very impressed with the @VodafoneUK 5G speeds I’m getting around the Heath Charnock / Anglezarke area at the Yew Tree Inn. 635 Mbps down and 49.5 Mbps up. That’s the fastest download speed I’ve ever seen on Vodafone 5G using my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I’m line of sight of the mast but still. Red circle on the photo. That’s genuinely into fibre broadband territory!

    @VodafoneUK Just to let you know I will not be using Vodafone again on principle due to Vodafone giving free SIMs to illegal migrants. Having been working for several decades with British homeless families & single adults who have had no such support I don’t support your action!
