@VodafoneUK Appalling Service. I would never reccomend vodaphone unless you want to spend many hours of your life on the phone with them trying to resolve issues even they can’t seem figure out.

@VodafoneUK Hey Vodafone, I cannot mend my landline. Only you can do that. I suspect that a small child with a sharp stick could poke the snails off the wire or whatever needs doing. But in the absence of a small child only you can fix my landline. You can do that, but you haven't.

@VodafoneUK my Dad is 92 & Iives alone has already been without a working phone for 2 days. An engineer was due to ring this morning but hasn't. This phone is his only way of getting help, so it's incredibly risky for him without a phone. Come on Vodafone sort it out

@VodafoneUK 2 of 2 I rung to cancel my purchase and porting of my number, and apparently the portal team have technical issues and can not stop my porting, I have to rung back in a few hours... I wish I had never considered leaving O2!

@VodafoneUK I have new sim card and my phone is locked which i was never told. it's now said it will take up to 10 days to get a code! my sim card from my understanding will stop working today, so you've left me without a working phone? can you advise
