    @VodafoneUK broadband installation delayed for over 10 weeks because Vodafone and Openreach cannot coordinate properly. Multiple delays, no ownership, no resolution plan, and endless chasing by me. Formal complaint will be raised to Ofcom/CISAS if unresolved urgently.

    @TalkTalk No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!

    @VodafoneUK The service provided by Vodafone since February has been fundamentally flawed. I have to change to other services .

    So funny that I made an official complaint with @VodafoneUK in August 2025 that STILL hasn’t been resolved. I have no idea where to start with this.

    What a bunch of profit chasing thugs @VodafoneUK are. I get a regular monthly bill of £17 however just being a day late for payment ( only ever one reminder) I get a £5 penalty. That’s £5 a nearly 33% fine. Catch phrase should be “got you, give me your money,stuff the service”

    @VodafoneUK You've sent me a bill despite me having left Vodafone in February,I tried phoning but your automated system doesn't cover my problem and your TOBI chat has been hanging for 20 minutes,how am I supposed to sort this out
