@VodafoneUK The only thing you could do that would appease my anger is to release me from my contract without penalty, otherwise no, there is nothing you can do. 4 formal complaints have gone nowhere and the service is still the worst I have ever received!! Disgusting

@VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone, I accept that entirely. Could you take some constructive criticism though? Firstly, Tobi is a moron. Get rid of him now. He's not smart or clever, he just infuriatingly asks me the same things over and over again making sure I'll never ever return to Vodafone.

@VodafoneUK Absolutely dreadful service to HS3 3AR area , and others in the local area. No coverage for about 5 weeks and no communication to let customers know that it would be off. Won’t be renewing my contract.

@Markj1011 @VodafoneUK Exactly same experience with Vodafone's mobile service in mid Co. Down. Am long term customer & since they stopped their sure signal service the coverage at home complete crap even when wi-fi enabled. Vodafone used to be a good & reputable company, but no longer!!

  • Epic_Kirsty Kiki (@Epic_Kirsty) reported

@VodafoneUK If you have so many great agents waiting to talk to me on live chat (according to your phone message) then let them, a paid human, ask me my issue. In was first in queue twice, one to speak to Rachel, and once Taranjit, both cut me off as soon as they knew I was trying to cancel.

@VodafoneUK Fortunately I have a deadlock letter from a previous complaint from April so I will just go with that and add all this to it. @CISASUK are the regulators and then on to @Ofcom
