    @VodafoneUK, I’m currently outside the UK and need help checking the status of my move from Pay Monthly to Pay As You Go and whether a final bill is pending before I cancel my Direct Debit. I haven’t received any confirmation yet. Could you please help?

    @VodafoneUK it’s a pain in the but when you have to get your network updates from others on different networks due to a mast in the area being down!!!!

    @Apple @VodafoneUK 8 days have passed. Phone cases and screen protectors have all arrived from China. Phone still not shipped. This is shite service @Apple.

    @KevinRohan3 @Adi_Dandy_1903 @VodafoneUK If you upgrade your service while tied into a contract, you get a new 14 day cooling off period and you can cancel with no termination fees - massive loophole but a good thing to remember

    @VodafoneUK I'm having issues with s crypto wallet that was attached to a mobile number I use specifically for crypto. Vodafone turned the phone off due to 90 days of inactivity to which I was not aware this happened. I need an email address I can send my requirements to.

    @VodafoneUK can’t believe after all this time and this day and age I’m in Southport and the Vodafone signal is absolutely awful 2026 I’m on 4g 1 bar totally dissatisfied

    @VodafoneQatar @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK A service included in my plan is not usable in my roaming country, with zero instructions or warnings.This is misleading and unacceptable.Customers should not be paying for services they cannot use. Please explain or provide compensation.
