@Marklewis89 @VodafoneUK Ah, so now on the network checker, there are reported issues in my area, so maybe your complaint helped!

@VodafoneUK I would just like to tell you that not only have you lost me as a new customer, but I have just told two of my colleagues, who were going to go with you and now instead going to go with virgin media. Well done for your incompetence.

Totally disappointed and dumbfounded with @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Have contractually binding text conversation re entertainment pack and it has been taken away from my account. No luck with customer services based in Egypt. Wasted 3 hours so far and they refuse to escalate.

Such poor poor customer service from @VodafoneUK , tried to trade in my phone halloween, they still haven’t sent me the bag I need to trade it in. Numerous phone calls and online chats, each time promising to sort it out but nothing?? #poorcustomerservice #vodafoneuk #rubbish

@VodafoneUK I’m extremely unsatisfied with the customer service me and my son have had over the last year trying to resolve one problem. Been lied too by @VodafoneUK on multiple occasions being told the problem has been resolved when it hasn’t, and still isn’t resolved.

Has anyone ever had issues with getting a PAC code/NUC code from @VodafoneUK? I’m close to making a formal complaint and taking my case to the Ombudsman. If anyone reading this has any advice, please DM me. I’ve never ever dealt with an organisation like this before. Horrific

@jordanjamesr @VodafoneUK They aren’t doing it. Issue is; I had a Voda PAYG temporarily in ‘19. On 6/8/19 I sign 2 year contract. £60/month. Every month I get ‘your £60 bill due’ text.... but also get ‘your £426.19 bill is due’ because unbeknown to me my PAYG tariff is still running too! Not my fault!

@VodafoneUK If you make it impossible for people to notify you in writing, particularly during a pandemic when we cannot send you letters, and your call centres are clearly not as operational, then I'm sure you don't mind these issues being raised with communication ombudsman.

@VodafoneUK hi can you check the status of home broadband for the Buckingham/Milton Keynes postcode MK area. Network drops every 10 minutes all day today. Totally unacceptable when people are working from home!!

@Marklewis89 @VodafoneUK Quick fix for data is to go to into network settings and select 2G/3G only. You can at least get data this way... Not ideal. Vodafone are fobbing me off with 'fixes' that never work and can't point at where the issue is and when it'll be fixed.
