    @garyklawson76 @VodafoneUK The problem is, your router still thinks its connected, so will not fall back to your mobile backup. One way to force the mobile service would be to disconnect the ethernet cable from the ONT. Hope this helps.

    @VodafoneUK Why hasnt 4G kicked in? I have disconnected the LAN cable and still nothing. Rebooted the router still nothing. Pointless system if it doesnt work!!!! Can I plug the dongle into a laptop so at least I can get some work done or are we only allowed to use it via the router?

    @VodafoneUK Some? More like 90%, mines been down since half 8. Constantly had problems with my WiFi then finally a English person helped me the other day and I upgraded and now the WiFi is down again. Crap company.

    @VodafoneUK @TimDixonUK We have also had trouble with TOBi this morning. Either been unable to access or has been giving some very strange answers. Beginning to wonder if this is like the Portuguese problem last week 🤔
