  @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I congratulate you on your push to become greener however the biggest pollutant from your industry is tech waste!! Maybe instead of deals for upgrades you push deals for continuing to use current phones unless broken this will potentially halve waste

  @VodafoneUK direct debts are infrequent so they can take your money out when they want oh and keep an eye out for the £5 late fee Vodafone customer check your bill and cancel your direct debts Asking Vodafone customer services to explain there bill they can't

  @VodafoneUK after 20 yrs with you & 4 numbers on my account, I’ve tried to call to make a change & given up 3 times due to the wait. Finally get through & agent couldn’t help, gave me number to request PAC code only to get text back to say I need to call u #badcustomerservice
