@VodafoneUK Tried to do that and that didn’t work either. You really need to get your customer services sorted out. I wasted an hour of my time today and achieved absolutely nothing.

@VodafoneUK I'm so disappointed in this company, it seems they can't provide what they advertise, you can only contact them via a stupid bot that rarely works and when it does it can take 4 to 5 hours to get the most basic thing done,only to completely forgot what they promised.

Shocking customer support from @VodafoneUK Received 5G SIM can’t set up. Looks like new number on my account that’s not me. Customer services: “Sorry can’t answer call” 😮Chat bot sends instructions to swap sim (that’s what’s not working). Unbelievable!

@VodafoneUK Online Chat not working, phones not being answered, shop not interested as contract taken out online. Website worse than useless with error messages every other page. How do you actually speak to someone?
