    @VodafoneUK how does a family member get in touch with someone to help with an issue tonight? Been through your “press x for this, y for that” to be told “that team is unavailable” and “TOBi” hasn’t got a clue. How do they talk to a human?

    @VodafoneUK why does the reference number provided for fault issues never work? Keeps saying number unrecognised when I enter it. Appalling service, terrible service in every department with Vodafone.
