    @VodafoneUK Be great if you could sort out the fault with your system over 24hrs without service.......4 phonecalls and 2 extremely rude call handlers later and still no further to resolving the issue!!! Terrible customer service!!!

    @VodafoneUK Poor customer service, my dad only got a new sim and contract with you guys last Monday, you have restricted the services on his phone for no reason. Please can someone sort this out.

    @VodafoneUK recently switched to your unlimited max sim only from monthly plan and have rubbish signal since the switch. Brand new sim as of Monday, apps won’t load, emails unable to download (mailbox can’t even recognise when I’ve read/deleted), what’s app struggling to load.
