    Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK

    @carlfhoward @TheRAC_UK Its annoying. Shout out to @VodafoneUK who didn't do this. When my intro deal was coming to an end they emailed me, not the other round, to offer the same deal again. Customer retained, cost to them probably pennies.

    @VodafoneUK What’s with the freebies you are handing out then? Dont see much denial.. or even an apology.. I’m glad I cut the contract you.. not only tripe service but you are a core problem in this country.. Nick Read.. prep a public apology before you lost any sane customer you have left.
