    I can’t believe that @VodafoneUK won’t let me cancel my mothers monthly fees without a power of Attourney - she has been in a home for the last 2 yrs with no ability to use a phone but Vodafone happily take their fees every month even though they know the situation. @DementiaUK

    @dbcxptures @VodafoneUK is terrible… They replaced 3G with poor 4g. No improvement whatsoever.. Especially in South Cheshire..

    @VodafoneUK can somebody help please 3-5 days without doctors and loved ones to be able to contact my mother because you have not provisioned SIP properly for voice - it’s a telecast dependent line.

    @TheWildLemons @VodafoneUK I couldn’t even do that, because my phone signal’s so bad here at home - I rely on wifi calling for making calls (quite intermittent), and I couldn’t get online on my phone to check status, or even X. It’s very inconvenient, isn’t it? 🙄 I hope yours is ok now! 🤞

    @VodafoneUK @EE your signal along with every other mobile network in the UK is pathetic. You even advertise that when one doesn’t work the dual network kicks in. Well it’s shite. I can’t make calls or receive signals in so many places which is 3rd world levels of embarrassment

    @VodafoneUK absolutely abysmal. You cut my wife's SIM off after some mixup with an esim transfer on Thursday It's now Sunday and we're still being constantly told it'll be another 24 to 48 hours. Complaint already been made but still no progress and no proactive updates. Joke.
