    @VodafoneUK Hi @VodafoneUK I've spoken for over 6 hours with you and about an hour with @CityFibre the issue lies with city fibre as my house is the only one on the estate they haven't put a box on. I need one of their engineers to come out and speak to me.

    @davidgerard @VodafoneUK There is literally *no reason* to do 2FA with anything other than TOTP. Well, none other than "we want to sell our customer's data, and it's just worth so much more when a phone number is attached to it", of course.
