@galliccelt @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Sorry to see this, which unfortunately is very normal for Vodafone. I've been cut off many times due to billing errors, including a months-long systemic error in which one-off payments through the app were being taken but not recorded. They don't care.

@VodafoneUK horrendous customer service. Spent 2 hours on the phone only to get trasferred to someone based in the UK who simply just cut me off. Ridiculous

@VodafoneUK I'm getting constant scam phone calls from numbers beginning with the same 8 digits as my own, at least 5 per day. I block each one but just keep getting more. Is this an issue you are aware of?

Always have to use my WiFi because there is no signal @VodafoneUK .. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting but still doesn’t work

@VodafoneUK kinda, other networks have promised strong signal. I'll have a think and I can always fall back on cooling off period if signal isn't as advertised

@VodafoneUK afternoon. I need to speak to someone, but getting past the stupid automated voice is impossible. We have some sending messages from a number on my contract, but not from the owner of the phone.

@st7_bri @Ofcom @VodafoneUK We had the same experience with our home BB. After 2 days, 3 hours of hold, complaints, twitter DM, online chat, nothing. Then we had to ask for upgrade and the call connected immediately. You can join anytime, but you can never leave.
