    @VodafoneUK I agreed to the terms and conditions. He pressed apply and then his system froze. He mentioned he was going to be continue it and send me a confirmation which I never got. As I said, I also didn't get the automated transcript.

    RANT : Vodafone has been down all day, no live chat available and apparently no problems! Some people like me work from home and cannot seem to get anywhere with them. POOR SERVICE! @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK We haven't had broadband since Thurs - everytime I contact support they said my ticket is stuck in the q and to wait 24 hours. It's been now again 24 hours and still no news and no info on how to fix it - what can I do?

    @VodafoneUK quick query, how long does it take for a transcript to get emailed. I’ve requested two transcripts today one this morning, one this evening and I’m still yet to receive anything. Anyway you can do to help me with this?
