    @VodafoneUK have you communicated to your subscribers that you have discontinued offering WIFI services for the majority of the underground network in London? What are you going to do about it?? I’m still waiting for my call back in relation to this!

    @VodafoneUK I thought problem with my phone but now realise you’ve stopped offering Vodafone Wifi on Lon Underground. What a weird thing to do - you’ll have annoyed tens of thousands of customers who have stayed with Vodafone because of this excellent service. Any explanation? 🤔

    @VodafoneUK Message sent. I wont hold my breath for a response. I honestly cannot get over how my issue has not yet been resolved since May, complaint raised in June. Absolute joke. I will now be contacting the @ombudsman

    So i cannot recommended @VodafoneUK two weeks to setup the internet -still not working- now have to wait another 72 hours- husband can’t work from home. I may need to. Its just so inconvenient.

    Became a @VodafoneUK sim only customer less than a week ago. Issue after issue, and that’s not including the fact that I have super slow internet 99% of the time. Have not been able to watch a single YouTube video in full 😡
