Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • MutliRaceMan Jean Thierry 💙 (@MutliRaceMan) reported from Birmingham, England

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This doesn’t surprise me at all. My mother died in 2003 and trying to close her BT landline account was a nightmare. The person I spoke to kept saying “we need to speak to the customer”! Finally I went into the BT sales centre saw a charming lady and in 20 minutes I had finished.

  • shimself steve hayes (@shimself) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Make a small claims court demand, with lots of costs and time and trouble. you will win

  • QFromage Quel Fromage (@QFromage) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK You have my sympathy and condolences. I’d like to say I’m surprised by the behaviour of Vodafone. They caused my dad a lot of stress chasing him for debts he never owed. For all those reading this thread wondering about using Vodafone, caveat emptor.

  • GemmaStreet1983 Gem (@GemmaStreet1983) reported

@VodafoneUK @DialsWine Your use of the wave emoji isn't cute, we know it's your sad attempt of "being polite" whilst actually giving the finger. Please maybe don't if you actually want to keep customers. We aren't that stupid. 👋

  • aimswest amy towers (@aimswest) reported

@VodafoneUK It’s already with the “highest” point with Vodafone, I’ve been told no one else can help regarding this and you have the privilege of taking up to 56 days to do anything at all. My next step is legal to get my money from you

  • Stephen88064221 Stephen Harris (@Stephen88064221) reported

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Vodaphone have history in poor cust. care. Brdband same poor service. tests via app say I have a problem, but never tell you exactly what it is, and you end up in a protracted "tech" message convo that never sorts the problem out. my contract period has ended, time for a change

  • Compel_Bast Compel Bast (@Compel_Bast) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Hi @vodafoneUK the utterly horrendous behaviour seen from your company as outlined in this thread has convinced me to leave you as my phone provider as opposed to renewing my contract. I will be directly citing this incident in my cancellation

  • GemmaStreet1983 Gem (@GemmaStreet1983) reported

@VodafoneUK @Wimbledon Seriously, you're in the middle of a social media storm due to you screwing over grieving relatives and you're posting about sodding strawberrys!! Priorities on point I see. Like anyone gives two turds. Who runs your customer service, Boris?? How about post an apology instead.

  • YorkieNavarro The Yorkshire Navarro (@YorkieNavarro) reported

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Why doesn't one of your customer service people phone him, you set of c**TS!!

  • XXX1v Nicholas Hirst HND,BSc, MRes (@XXX1v) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK My phone developed a fault that resulted in a monthly bill of £900. I rang customer help and was told by a very rude woman that it was my fault and I had to pay them. I cancelled my DD and of course they sent me debt collectors. I did pay eventually but felt cheated.
