@RMajor86 @currys @VodafoneUK I managed to speak to the complaints escalation team who said they'd cancelled it and will refund my money. They also said that they're changing their call centre to the UK. They're only doing what they should of done and have made no effort to compensate me for all the crap.

@DrHannahBB @VodafoneUK Mobile phone issues are generally 1) SIM isn't registered/has lost its registration (nothing works). Needs a call to the provider 2) There's a config error with mobile data (calls work, no data), usually the carrier can re send mob data settings 3) Data turned off or run out

@VodafoneUK Still no network coverage or WiFi. I’ve contacted your wifi experts but their one “maybe” hasn’t worked. Im a key worker supposedly on call for work but after nearly 4 days no timescale to fix this? Perhaps you could pay for EE or BT contract until you sort it out?

@VodafoneUK Please, please, please can someone help? Your broadband tech support is by far the worst I've ever come across. They didn't use to be. I've had to explain 1 issue 4 times now to 4 different people. Every time its "escalated" I have to restart.
