    @VodafoneUK Absolutely disgusted with the customer service I’ve received over an ongoing query concerning an NUC code. One of your representatives demonstrated unethical practice by lying to me about carrying out a resolution. Contact me ASAP please.

    @VodafoneUK I can’t hear a bloody thing on my iPhone 11. Put the same SIM card in a £10 phone and everything is as clear as a bell. Does anybody else have the same problem ?

    @VodafoneUK I requested to have a NUC code many weeks ago. I received it and it didn't work. I went on live chat on requested another. I was told i would wait 7 working days and given ref ID 188130532736121384 and told about the "internal system that never fails". 1/3

    @VodafoneUK Awful service via webchat, I have 4 lines which are all due for upgrades and not a single one were explored. No alternative options were given to me after stating I had seen an offer from Carphone. Told the offer can’t be matched and ended the chat! Shocking Service
