    Just when you think @VodafoneUK can’t go any lower thay do - Letter to CEO complaining about overcharging and they tried to call me once and never tried again and so told me complaint has been closed and want me to call a number of their own CEO to reopen!!

    @VodafoneUK absolutely terrible customer service! Phoned and used that daft tofi I don’t know how many times and still no response!! Sort it out

    Disgraceful service from @VodafoneUK over the past week or so. My elderly mum has contacted you over 10 times to get her broadband re connected at home and still nothing. Nothing short of disgusting behaviour from apparently one of the best suppliers of broadband about.
