  @VodafoneUK Red contract is ending and I received a text saying I’ll be charged for my entertainment package if I don’t cancel. If I renew my contract for another red package including entertainment do I need to cancel & resubscribe or do you roll the sub? Called 191 and no help.

  Morning @VodafoneUK you’ve charged me for using my data in Turkey. I’ve never been to, or ever intend to visit that **** hole. Is there a way I can claim that money back please? I’m in Greece on holiday not Turkey. Many thanks 🍹
