    @VodafoneUK @barnardos Vodafone your staff are so incompetent and managed to **** up a simple faulty device exchange for over a month now with your agents telling conflicting things every single time!! I am tired of calling vodafone everyday!!! I have been a customer for 9 years and this is shocking

    @VodafoneUK Hi Adam, the most recent update is less than satisfactory to say the least. After 3 weeks of calling you everyday to he told I have to be more patient is disgraceful! A second phone lost in transit and a very rude customer service advisor is not doing a great deal for Vodafone!
