    @VodafoneUK @UnaCottrell There must be an issue. I am in Cheshire and the wife has been down for over an entire day. I have run all the regular diagnostics I can do from my end with no results and the hub has both solid green lights , it’s connected to all devices fine through WiFi but no internet.

    @VodafoneUK strike again leaving the network 3/11/2021 nipped into store to get a new SIM card as mine is faulty and was refused because I’m leaving the network Fantastic so you expect me to pay for a service that you are refusing 👍🏼
