  @AyyanMalikyf7o @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Mercury did it to me, let someone take an account in my name. I went down there and I reckon the revolving door is still spinning!! Got a letter, went to county court and kicked off till I got the CCJ taken off. Should have sued the pair of them.

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK I know it doesn’t help your cause but they did something very similar to me and I’ve never gone back. Woeful on every level, no accountability and I spent so long on the phone calling in to cancel a contract I’d never started - time I’ll never get back. Good luck. Awful company.

  Trying to switch to Vodafone. Talking to an agent on their site. Their advice is "you should try the official site to switch". Thanks @VodafoneUK saved me from ongoing terrible support!
