    Absolutely dire customer service from @vodafoneuk, received a text to say you would contact me about my broadband issue shortly at around 4:00 I’m still waiting for that phone call. So I chose to ring myself I have now rang twice to be sat on hold both times for over 25 minutes.

    @VodafoneUK Hiya spoke to a lovely guy yesterday Carl, we are waiting almost a week for our phones to be transferred over, we can't ring you as phone all 4 of them, are off,,,, can I inbox another number and maybe customer service can call me... waiting over an hour last night

    Funny how after 12 months of crap broadband speed from @VodafoneUK as soon as I switch to @ShellEnergyHome my speeds are 30 mb faster

    @VodafoneUK 2/2 They say the order wasn’t put through and will be sent today. My hubs called again and they said the previous person shouldn’t have said what they did and now we have to wait until next week! My husband took days off work for this. Shocking service!

    @tescomobile Hi Rob, I’ve already been in touch with your colleague, Callum, who has told me it may be because the mast at Waddesdon is faulty. Have tweeted @O2 and @VodafoneUK to see if I can find out when it might be resolved. Our signal is next to zero...

    @VodafoneUK An hour later and I’m still in the chat it’s just poor really, I just wanted a simple answer. I was very clear that I wouldn’t be getting a sim, I had already seen that on your website it says to get one, I just wanted to know another way round it, and got nowhere!

    @VodafoneUK Come on guys. My phone service was deleted today for second time in three days due to Vodafone error. I lost it > 24 hrs first time and > 7 hrs today. It’s not good enough. Please restore my phone ASAP.
