    @VodafoneUK @NOWTV my Vodafone phone contract ends 27/06 and I need to cancel NOW TV from auto renewing. I've spoken to someone at NOW TV who has said Vodafone have to cancel it, and I've spoken to someone at Vodafone who are saying NOW TV have to cancel it.

    @VodafoneUK Could someone actually let me know how to speak to someone? As a customer of 10 years, it has failed on the phone line with your digital assistant and your online chat won’t work either. Looking to move to a different provider and need some assistance

    @VodafoneUK Thanks James - I do understand that’s what you are doing, my question was more why did you feel the need to do it but not communicate it to your customers? Are we able to cancel our contracts with no penalty as a result?

    @N88750880 @VodafoneUK @cedrsays Further to your issue, please be informed that, once the PAC code issued to the other network provider for porting, as for the process the service to your number will be completely deactivated from Lycamobile network.

    @VodafoneUK I’m extremely frustrated by the very poor network coverage that I have been receiving lately. Its been completely unreliable and nothing like as good as it ever was. New iPhone 12 Pro made useless by Vodafone limitations at home. Help!!

    @ryles_mark @StopFundingHate @VodafoneUK You were talking to me, not to SFH. And I never said that it was their entire customer base, I said that if you look at the percentage of the two figures and map that to their user base, it would equate to that.
