    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK wosrt customer experience and customer service I have ever expirenced. Rude staff, extremely rude manager and disconnected from a chat by a customer relations team member after spending 7 hours on a chat. Appalling.

    @Scouserio @VodafoneUK It’s disgusting - I’m calling tomorrow to cancel my contracts with Vodafone. I’ve been offered £10 compensation for over 2 weeks delay…they just keep reporting the same rubbish…was told next day delivery when ordered 😡😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK Thanks but doesn't answer my question. I need a new phone & would rather cancel my order & take my business elsewhere if the delay is too long! I dont understand why no-one can tell me an estimate.

    @VodafoneUK Upgraded my phone a week ago, delivery estimate 1-3 days then got a text to say delayed & customer care teams aren't able to provide any further information. Surely should be able to give me another estimate?! Is the delay days weeks, months?!?!

    @VodafoneUK just had the text to say my mast is off 5 days. I've zero mobile signal and considerating the amount of money I pay this isn't acceptable

    @VodafoneUK Instead I need to wait for a BT Openreach engineer to 'visit', allegedly tomorrow for what reason I know not. Demonstrably the line outside is fine (ok well ish) because I can connect. It's the variability of the router that's the problem. Because they're awful. But you know this

    @VodafoneUK No. I contacted them yesterday, which was the first time the 'special number' your web team gave me worked. It was entirely futile. Again. I've genuinely never met a 'tech' team with less tech knowledge. Literally all I need is you to send me a replacement router.

    @VodafoneUK 07389 807245 this is the new number I got with device. Hope you can check the history and call recording to know the wait time and after waiting for 2 hours call will be terminated simply… advisors promised to call back but nothing happened. Please treat your customers well
