    @VodafoneUK your customer service is an absolute joke. Charge for data on a device connected to wifi and not being used. Credit back the charges then take that back bcos I wish to complain. Utter disgrace

    @VodafoneUK Customer service has been non existent. Have had problems with broadyspeeds since upgrading. Tech team 3 are meant to be on issue. No reply from them for over a week. Get asked to dm and then no one reply’s for over 4 hours. #veryunhappy

    @VodafoneUK Don't expect to receive one! After shocking customer service we wanted to cancel broadband upgrades (within cool off) and revert back to the rolling contracts until we could source another supplier. Instead you cancelled my self-isolating elderly parents phone line and internet!
