    @VodafoneUK I was disappointed after I followed the instructions on the screen and phoned the number, and was told to phone back later, as your computer's were down, surely you should phone me,as the onus is on you to keep customers, I've been with you over 10years

    @VodafoneUK what a bloody joke This is turning out to be....got told on chat earlier I should call up 191 to cancel my contract and swap phone numbers over earlier than the 30day period....lies blooming lies.. .now gotta pay two flipping bills and hopefully the new 1 is sorted

    Anyone else having issues with #vodafone #BlackFriday #deals I got 80gb and 24month on Spotify with a one off payment of £9 for £37 a month..look on bill to be... £136 and been told the wrong discount has been put on my new phone #wtf @VodafoneUK sort this problem out nowwwww

    @VodafoneUK wow after spending over 1 hour 30min trying to sort out my phone....been told to go in store...great help...they said the contract I have for black friday is none existent....so not a happy bunny and the fact you are trying to charge me 136 instead of 37 #unhappy

    @VodafoneUK I have a mobile phone and a mobile data dongle. For some reason, your customer service team find this very confusing. I ring 191 on my mobile, add in the dongle number and yet they keep talking about my mobile!!!

    @VodafoneUK I’ve tried live chat too they couldn’t help. I have a phone number for the team in question but no one answers and the person i spoke to on 191 referred to them as the loyalty team & the person i spoke to referred to themselves as the loyalty team
