Really disappointed with @VodafoneUK! So the deal I was quoted a few days ago is apparently ‘no longer available’ and there is ‘nothing they can do’! Piss poor customer service considering I’ve been a Vodafone customer for 20 years! Will be looking at a new provider...

@VodafoneUK got a call from your ‘trying to sell Broadband’ team from 0800 098 7938. Told him 3 times, politely, that I didn’t want it and the guy was seriously pushy. In the end I hung up as he pissed me off. Maybe help them understand when people don’t want something. Thanks.

@VodafoneUK I feel let down. I made a costly mistake back in Sept/Oct I inadvertently used my phone on a maritime network running up an unwelcome bill. @VodafoneUK agreed a repayment plan which was finished yesterday including a goodwill gesture of £65. Now they say I owe a further £20!!!

@VodafoneUK 4G in SW6 is just not working... I had a look at the network status checker and it seems that maintenance is still happening in my area. It's been going on for months and I want to know how long it can be expected to go on for. Vodafone broadband also terrible
