I made a costly mistake back in Sept/Oct I inadvertently used my phone on a maritime network running up an unwelcome bill. @VodafoneUK agreed a repayment plan which was finished yesterday including a goodwill gesture of £65. Despite 3 contacts with customer service telling them Internet is not working, finally today (day2) OpenReach coming sometime tomorrow morning (8am-1pm) to fix line fault. Specialist Care Manager, Vodafone Limited, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 2FN. Ask for a complaint reference number and keep records of all contact. Then write to all three credit agencies outlining the details and reference the complaint number. They really are shady bastards.
