@VodafoneUK I feel let down. I made a costly mistake back in Sept/Oct I inadvertently used my phone on a maritime network running up an unwelcome bill. @VodafoneUK agreed a repayment plan which was finished yesterday including a goodwill gesture of £65. Now they say I owe a further £20!!!

Really disappointed with @VodafoneUK! So the deal I was quoted a few days ago is apparently ‘no longer available’ and there is ‘nothing they can do’! Piss poor customer service considering I’ve been a Vodafone customer for 20 years! Will be looking at a new provider...

.@VodafoneUK so disappointing that you’ve failed to send a replacement SIM card for my mother-in-law. She’s only been without her mobile since July as covid prevented you sending 1 for 3 months & now 1 you sent is broken! Your digital only approach alienates the vulnerable 🤬

@VodafoneUK Shocking broadband service. I was told an engineer would be round Wed, took the day off work for them, nobody shows up. Live Chat ignored the issue and just said to wait until midnight for the internet to work. Knew it wouldn't (it didn't). Is there even a service?

@VodafoneUK Regarding the broadband service. I have a white dongle to provide backup but that's showing a red light and occasionally a flashing red light. So not really worth paying the extra for the plus service.

@VodafoneUK the last 6 months have been a nightmare. We have had no internet one engineer and a dongle. You cut us off do not fix the issue. You have cost me money, nearly my job and most importantly my time. #Vodafone #badservice

@VodafoneUK No. Our internet cut out yesterday about 7:00pm and is still disconnected. Live Chat yesterday evening said this was due to engineer works, but was unclear about it why, where, when, or for how long. We can’t see any other reports of problems in our area. Can you assist please?
