    @VodafoneUK Because when I finally spoke to your representative Ash last Friday after two weeks of failed attempts to activate the sim he promised to send out new sim card as he deemed it broken.

    .@VodafoneUK so disappointing that you’ve failed to send a replacement SIM card for my mother-in-law. She’s only been without her mobile since July as covid prevented you sending 1 for 3 months & now 1 you sent is broken! Your digital only approach alienates the vulnerable 🤬

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 20 years but if you live in Peterborough city centre don’t go with them. The signal has been non existent for over 6 months and the customer service is appalling, even at directorate level!

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone coverage in Hartlepool is utterly useless. Can barely get 4G anywhere. Yet they are pushing 5G phones with no plans to roll out 5G in the area. Time for me to cancel and look elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK Hmmn, that's really not clear at all! And what's a "normal" speed? I currently get 90+ Mbps on my 4G connection so will I continue to get this? Sorry if this seems pedantic. I work in the industry and it's not clear to me. God help those not tech oriented.
