@firth1985 @VodafoneUK Vodafone sucks arse mate, took £100 off us and they never fave it back , even though they said they would. Will never use them again and highly recommend no one else does . Do recommend @EE though

.@VodafoneUK so disappointing that you’ve failed to send a replacement SIM card for my mother-in-law. She’s only been without her mobile since July as covid prevented you sending 1 for 3 months & now 1 you sent is broken! Your digital only approach alienates the vulnerable 🤬

@VodafoneUK I have 30 numbers with you but why is it so difficult to speak to someone who can help me whether I have one number or a thousand. I can’t do something online if your system doesn’t make allowance yet trying to get a human who I can understand to help is impossible

Really disappointed with @VodafoneUK! So the deal I was quoted a few days ago is apparently ‘no longer available’ and there is ‘nothing they can do’! Piss poor customer service considering I’ve been a Vodafone customer for 20 years! Will be looking at a new provider...

.@EE just been hung up upon by Dean! How professional is that? Anyone wanting to deal with EE should beware! Customer care is non existent and compensation after 4 months of not having full broadband is insulting as I’ve spent more @VodafoneUK going over my data allowance! AVOID!

Just noticed @O2 has gained pp for a 22m mast in Barnehurst golf course. I really hope @Vodafoneuk join this site as it will fill a big hole in poor coverage, otherwise I may have to consider changing provider on completion!!

My experience of @VodafoneUK broadband lasted two days before I cancelled due to their disgraceful customer service, to add insult I was on hold for 20 minutes to speak to the retention team, I assume that's because they so many cancelling.

@VodafoneProbs So after spending hours & hours on the phone to @VodafoneUK for the past two weeks, they still cannot provide basic customer service or sort my network/signal problem out. They have tried sim swap & disconnected line for 1 hour. No fix but a charge for cancellation
