  @HexyBastard @VodafoneUK I had to move away from them after 8 years being loyal customer... After talking to over 26 advisors over the course of 6 months and none was willing to give me a loyalty discount on a new contract i was forced to leave and never looked back since. Avoid them at all cost.

  Fun fact of the day: @VodafoneUK claim that they don't support USB tethering on their phones as "USB is slower than WiFi". This is mindbogglingly stupid, and I've had it both from a shop and online support.

  @VodafoneUK Had a really unhelpful webchat with your agent earlier. Due to severe illness, I can no longer work. I asked to reduce my phone data back to 25GB. Explained I am struggling to pay £66 a month for data I don’t need for work anymore. Zero help offered. 👌Thanks.
