  @VodafoneUK absolutely sick of paying for this service. I can never get a signal and people can never hear me clearly when I ring them, apparently my area are suffering connection issues. So bad, been happening for a full week now 😫 tried to contact customer service, USELESS.

  @EE Awful service stay clear at all costs! I don’t think I’ve ever been so disgusted in a customer service phone team than we were tonight!Your staff were beyond rude, All we wanted to do is renew.. never cancelled something so quick.. easiest decision now going with @VodafoneUK

  Hi @VodafoneUK, you're hosting 07468363133 on your network and this phone number is being used by scammers who are carrying out bank impersonation scams against targets in the UK. Seems to be using WhatsApp to make the calls. I've reported via your website already @NCSC @Ofcom

  @VodafoneQatar @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK A service included in my plan is not usable in my roaming country, with zero instructions or warnings.This is misleading and unacceptable.Customers should not be paying for services they cannot use. Please explain or provide compensation.

  @VodafoneUK After a long call with Support triaging the problem (after I located the right number for them), they are sending a replacement Power Hub.
