@VodafoneUK This is not about the fault, in raising an issue about the fact that your Twitter feed was not updated, and you didn't have link to a current fault status so everyone could check periodically. Every company has issues from time to time, but you don't help yourselves or us!

@VodafoneUK Now 24 hours and still no updates online news says that all Vodafone Wi-Fi restored yet still isn’t working your suppport team won’t help and just say it’s being worked on no eta no updates yet yesterday still took the money out my bank account I can see where your priorities are

Woken to find all the @VodafoneUK / Apple interface issues resolved. So I’m guessing it really was a fault with Vodafone rather than with the multiple users telling them. When I’ve had an individual issue, I’ve found their customer service excellent, but yesterday was ridiculous.

@VodafoneUK @tommyiy Not true. It’s a Vodafone broadband issue. It connects to iCloud away from home on ( non Vodafone) Wi-Fi. Please Fix this !

@bahallathegreat @VodafoneUK That's the problem, they all use Openreach which BT has monopolises. The alternatives are Virgin which aren't in my area. We've never had a decent transition to a new provider.

@VodafoneUK Hi. I’ve just reset my router again. This time I have the white light on the front but only 3 green on back. No Wi-Fi light. I’ve also reinstalled the app and it can’t find a Wi-Fi network.
