After over a week of no broadband or landline, @VodafoneUK have finally reconnected my service, but only after emails to their CEO. Needless to say after this experience there’s little chance of me staying with them. Any recommendations for alternative services?

@VodafoneUK hi I am on hols in Israel & have hit Spend Manager limit but can’t access either via app or online - keeps saying we are “experiencing issues with digital services” - seems like some sort of country block ?

@VodafoneUK 4 hours yesterday to Voda.multiple calls over 4 months. And you still can’t connect a watch to a phone. currently waiting for maybe the 10th sim swap QR code as when i get them they’ve expired. Tech team pass me back to CustServ. Joke of a service

@VodafoneUK I tried to switch to an esim last night but received an error page so not sure if it’s gone through. My sim died shortly after so I assumed it had, however I haven’t received a QR code yet. Can you check all is in order as I now have no service?
