    @VodafoneUK you are impossible to contact. My Dad has been trying for a few days now! When he did finally speak to someone the other day to change something they got everything wrong so he is now trying to contact you AGAIN to sort this out. Poor, poor customer service.

    @VodafoneUK how do.i report a fault with your 4g coverage, very poor in my home area, despite what your website says? Have had to force phone onto 3g to get a mobile Internet signal, not good enough really..

    @VodafoneUK I am trying to cancel my contract. Was in a queue for 20 mins and yet again (4th time) was cut off! I’ve DM’d someone and no help at all. I want to cancel my contract with immediate effect. Your customer service is terrible. This has been going on for a week now!
