    Everyday since Friday Iโ€™ve been contacting @VodafoneUK to swap an e sim from one device to another and each time get fed lies because they basically canโ€™t be bothered to help Iโ€™ve never had problems with any company like I do Vodafone

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK A month after my old Mum died, Virgin called me and said she was eligible for an upgrade. The lady on the phone couldn't grasp she'd passed even though her contract had been terminated. She kept saying she'd been a Mobile Customer for 10 years, she would get a great deal. Useless

    Another day in the UK using our wonderful phone networks. Today trying to download an app via the @VodafoneUK network. Size of file 39 Mbts Download speed 22Kbt/s (not constant speed) Time taken 45 minutes Result failed. Is there anywhere in the world worse than this?

    @TfL @SW_Help @VodafoneUK please fix the wifi/mobile networks/network rail app so we can see when trains are coming at Waterloo! Constant delays, you have to hedge your bets at which train to get . Be great if there was a way of having uptodate info to run between platforms!
