    @VodafoneUK not only did Vodafone mess my account up, disconnect and leave me without service due to thier error -connect another property up to MY phone line, I complained, they gave me a refund. NOW they are chasing me for a non excistant debt via themis recoveries

    @VodafoneUK My modem keeps flashing a red light on the internet light. I’m using a wired for the ps5 and wireless for everything else. I never had this issue with BT and no one can explain what is going on.

    @VodafoneUK what's going on with my handset please. People are calling it and it's ringing once then straight to voicemail despite full signal. We've got both phones, house phone and broadband on one account. I don't want to have to move because of your poor signal.

    Crap experience upgrading phone plans with @VodafoneUK thru their app. I hear that other customers have fallen into the same trap. Somehow i now have 2 contracts and 2 sets of bills! To rectify, I have to switch to pay as you go and I won’t be able to make calls! #vodafoneiscrap
