    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup great customer service - spent 40mins trying to get one erroneous charge taken off my account. Result is being put in queue for 2nd time after agent asked for summary and then left whilst I was providing it. Have screen shotted everything. Sort it out!

    @VodafoneUK are a terrible company aren’t they. Left a good decade ago myself, first interaction today to replace (with an upgrade) my son’s damaged phone. After a half an hour discussion we were promised a call back at 7:30. Andddd nothing. Ugh

    Going old school by asking the Twittersphere for advice. Since switching to @VodafoneUK my Huawei doesn't hold a 4G signal. It was perfectly fine on @EE. I can be on 4G, take a call, the phone switches to 2/3G and never reconnects to 4G (1/3)
