    @SomersetBobby @VodafoneUK I have problems right now. I used my 5G to check the network connectivity site. Says there's no reported issues. Funny considering there's not a single light on the fibre box in the wall & not a single light on the router lmao.

    Can’t believe @VodafoneUK won’t believe my mums DOB after her passing this week and won’t allow me to cancel the account. Her banks, energy companies have all shown great compassion and assistance but not our pals @VodafoneGroup They insist I’ve got the wrong information.

    @Ofcom Hi @Ofcom the reply is appreciated. Confirm this has already been done. The more worrying factor is that the scammers have used @VodafoneUK legitimate messaging to message their customer scam messages.

    Got to love @VodafoneUK sponsoring the @DownloadFest and giving 100k+ customers the worst network coverage known to humankind. I will 100% be changing networks in a few days and I recommend others do to. 2026? Profiteering at its worst

    @VodafoneUK why are my customers receiving a voice message that I deleted last year telling people I’m on holiday until 8th September? I have had support remove voice message service and re add it, I’ve deleted all messages, including the option to record my own message.
