    @VodafoneUK I have just upgraded to a new IPhone and there was no option for me to redeem an employee advantage discount. I was advised this had to be done at checkout but it wasn’t an option - I have had this issue previously and had it applied manually - can you help?

    @VodafoneUK my agreement ended on 14th of November again vodafone is continuing to take my same bill unless I call to customer care and cancel all things this is useless and worst thing ever been happened to me, should I pay for my number as device price. A/c no:- 7057789146

    @davidgerard @VodafoneUK I think it's something bigger, @Tele2Latvia have exactly the same issue. I wouldn't be surprised if SMS 2FA is borken and the person who knows how to fix it isn't working for apartheid kid no more.

    NEVER go with Vodafone broadband, waiting 5 weeks with no wifi and the customer service has been appalling, three attempts to send out a router , then it arrived misconfigured, 2 engineers and still no solution they've been an absolute disgrace!!!! @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK
