Colin Knight (@colin1951uk) reported@VodafoneUK The reinstall has made no difference & 4g is poor to non existent. In fact I tried 3g to see if it might be better & I get no connection at all! So there must be something wrong with transmitter. I’ve got an 02 payg sim I can use so I’ll switch to them soonest. Very disappointed.

Deej Julie White 🏴☠️ (@dj_sx_fm) reported@VodafoneUK Copy dm. We ordered this on the 25th March. Our installation date was supposed to be 9th April. Nobody turned up, you never contacted us as to why, I’ve had to chase this all the way. I believe there was never anyone booked for the 9th April as promised.

Paul Sung (@Sungy_1878) reported.@VodafoneUK I am a customer over 15+ yrs & I have called twice today to discuss an upgrade. Both times on hold for 30+ mins , then someone answers (1st time Oisin) (2nd time - Tom), we go thru security again, then they place me on hold and cut me off each time 😡💩
