    Wow. Never in may 40 years on this planet have I been treated with such utter contempt, disregard, disrespect and complacency as a customer as I have been by @VodafoneUK the past few weeks/months, and particularly today.

    @VodafoneUK Karla, thanks. DMd as requested. Now been routed to a bot that can't help. Seriously, this is becoming a joke. I appreciate you might not want a customer who has been with you for over 20 years to leave. But impeding an exit isn't a graceful way to manage a relationship

    Getting PAC code from @VodafoneUK proving impossible. Called y'day & ordered, still not arrived. SMS PAC service not working, Twitter support cant help. Cust Serv call-back line placed me on hold for 45 mins 'as priority' then said noone can answer call and cut me off. @Ofcom

    Will probably reach out to @VodafoneUK to see if there's anything they can do as my new network provider. I don't feel a £1500+ device should fail in 5 weeks when all I've done on the inner screen is take notes using the S-Pen, which is the main reason I bought it!

    @Timworrall @VodafoneUK Exactly the same as the EE mobile contract increase. It's just profiteering and a disgrace. Some poor social media intern was trying to defend it on their official account but I can't see them getting a 9.3% pay rise of the back of the increase...
