    @VodafoneUK The message form on your website doesn't work and your webchat operative says you have no email addresses we can contact you on. Transcripts turn to random characters when a real person takes over. How are we supposed to tell you what an awful company you are?

    I'm with @ThreeUK I recently got an email telling me they've merged their network with @VodafoneUK and I can connect to both and get better coverage. The service has got worse!

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are so out of touch it's unreal. I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? We had to sign up for a min 2 year contract? It's disgusting. I'll never go VM!

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my grandad died, the council sent my Mum a bill as he hadnโ€™t given notice to quit his OAP bungalow. Mum replied saying that as the contract was with him & not her, they should contact him at plot 25, Chelmsford Graveyard. She never heard anything after that.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK We did the same after dads death ,one ****** of a company demanded the original death certificate, I changed residential address to local lawn cemetery ,phone 1800 3825633(letters)and never engaged again
