@VodafoneUK I have contacted your upgrade team on a number of occasions and keep being told it’s being pushed through them system and it never is. It’s been ongoing since 4/7. Also, your we chat service on your website never seems to be working.

@VodafoneUK You said it was fixed but cell tower 524798 is still faulty. It’s been nearly 4 weeks now and 4G inoperable outside. Please fix it.
