@VodafoneUK No one has dealt with my complaint properly for 5 days now. Don't ask me anything as nothing will happen. This is only to make other people aware so they are not in the same situation next time!!!! I pay £104 a month and nothing is fixed yet!

Just dealt with excruciating @VodafoneUK customer service. Phone lines not answered, constantly being redirected to a bot which doesn't understand the problem (which is why I was trying to speak to a human). Give me strength...#fail

@VodafoneUK I am so so angry with your service. It is less than poor. Order a new phone, no delivery info given. Delivery missed as at work. Now phone returned and told cannot re send out as need to go through the whole order process again. 5 hours of phone calls to no resolution
