Wow. Never in may 40 years on this planet have I been treated with such utter contempt, disregard, disrespect and complacency as a customer as I have been by @VodafoneUK the past few weeks/months, and particularly today.

@VodafoneUK So nothing to do with Gov guidelines then. so as a customer we couldn't complete what we needed to do in case another customer wanted to enter the store at the same time. Good to know as a customer others are more important. At least we've got that clear.

@VodafoneUK Network issue at BA15AJ. Data doesn’t work on 4G. Strong signal but nothing loads at all. It’s the same on my grandpa’s phone. We both have iPhone.

@VodafoneUK Quite a few on wifi with no drop outs(slow loading at times) and another console through an adapter. Disconnected all too test but same thing happened

@VodafoneUK as @VOXI_UK is part of you, I want to PORT out of Voxi into Vodafone but Voda is not accepting my PAC code. I guess cus you're technically the same network I want to move to Voda because of an offer on an 18 month sim only plan! Help please?

@ShrnThomson @VodafoneUK Eventually got it sorted after few calls . Initially going to charge £500-£700 to get out contract. Unbelievable as can check I never used 2nd number
