    @VodafoneUK The link you gave doesn't work and the Live Chat autobot Tobi is useless and takes ages to even connect me to a human. I've given my full details about 10 times. I'm also always #1 in the 'queue' but theres no-one replying after 20 minutes.

    @Apple, you should fine MNOs that are so bad they make your product launches the opposite of magical. @VodafoneUK's eSIM swap journey is so bad it takes the shine off everything you've launched recently. From a couple of hours unable to use my phone to a disconnected AW Ultra.

    @VodafoneUK Completing my contract shortly. SIM only upgrades you are offering are more expensive than setting up a new account. So requested my PAC after 7 years of being with the network. You sent me a message to call on 0808 005 7382 to see if anything could be done.(1/3)

    @VodafoneUK I know. I have an iPhone 13 Pro and gigabit full fibre. But Apppe has a specific feature that allows Wi-Fi calling on other iCloud-connected devices (such as my iPad and MacBook) even if my iPhone isn’t nearby. I’m currently with O2 and they don’t support it. EE does. Do you?

    I tried to transfer my e-sim to my new phone yesterday and the process has failed leaving me paying for a new contract and also with no phone service. QR code generated doesn’t work, pop up message asks to contact @VodafoneUK Thus far your support has just said “wait”. HELP!
