    @VodafoneUK Jason, your BOT is SO UNHELPFUL & DIFFICULT TO USE. I HAVE WASTED ENOUGH TIME TODAY WITH @VodafoneUK. This is the SECOND time in a few months this problem has arisen. Still MY OLD ADDRESS APPEARS ON THE PDF OF MY BILL. Vodafone is ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS!!

    @VodafoneUK Thanks but I've tried that five times and get a message saying number not recognised. Also I'm on a 5g plan and a 5g phone with o2 and all I get from your network is Edge which is unusable. Is that correct?

    .@VodafoneUK hello this is technical support, your whole network is down, to restore service to around 20,000 customers I recommend you turn off your 4g, that’s correct 20,000 people don’t have internet because your lazy to advice your managers to fix the internet
