    @Tobermoree @VodafoneUK Couldn't agree more. Absolutely disgraceful service ..2 months of lies one after the other..and still lying now,and that's from the highest level of the complaints team..20yrs of loyal custom and treated like dirt.just cause I wanted to UPGRADE

    @VodafoneUK how come I can get a 4G signal at the top of Monte Baldo and in the middle of Lake Garda but usually struggle to get a phone signal at home. 🤔

    @VodafoneUK is there a slower service than trying to buy a handset than visiting your stores? Seating here for 40mins just to buy an off the self handset pay as you go

    @CityFibre @VodafoneUK anyone getting cityfibre through Vodafone , don’t ! Terrible product , terrible service .. 5 wifi experts , telling different things.. now be told wifi is only guarantee for 10Mb/s .. when fibre is 1 Gig .. worst purchase in the last 5 years

    @VodafoneUK I have a data only sim, your online chat doesn't provide a chat window, your online help is a bit sparse, and it seems that this is the only way to contact you. This is a live comparison test. EE just worked O2 me half an hour Vodafone - half a day so far
