@VodafoneUK My 4G mobile broadband backup is not working, and if I call for help the hold music just stops after five minutes so it's not clear whether anybody is going to answer. What should I do?

@VodafoneUK what’s wrong with the 4G around postcodes DE4 and DE55? Intermittent and widespread issues with dropout & slow loading over a period weeks now, especially for DE55 area.
