    @VodafoneUK That should read you’ve promised for 72 hrs to fix it in 24 hrs and you’ll also call me to confirm it’s fixed. Ha ha ha ha ha ha. None of that has happened. All that’s happened is I’ve spent hours and hours on the phone to you hearing empty promises.
