@VodafoneUK I did this yesterday but no one has replied. I usually just get palmed off because I already have a complaint open. I’ve been told ill be contacted in 48 hours whilst in the meantime I’ve no idea what’s going on and I’m potentially losing out on a house purchase. Noone’s bothered

@VodafoneUK But the email DOES NOT say I need to wait for my sim. It's pretty clear from the text on it. I don't know how many times I need to point that out. It literally says I just need to login with the details provided. Which don't work.

@VodafoneUK I tried to cancel my phone as it hasn’t worked for over a year,after nearly 2 hours on my EE phone and explaining god knows how many times I can’t receive anything. It doesn’t turn on. 😡😡😡😡 Stop trying to take money,I have cancelled my DD.

@VodafoneUK I've told you I cancelled on 22/6. You state final bill within 30 days - so that's 22/7 - when should I expect you to refund the money you owe? Immediately? 7 days? 30 days? 60 days? 120 days? Given @VodafoneUK's general competence -- Never?

@SkyUK Go with @VodafoneUK. Sky call theirs "superfast broadband" it's their lowest speed option, poor speed and unreliable. Moved to Vodafone, guaranteed 65mbps tested the other day I'm at 80mpbs compared with Skys "superfast" 30-35. Oh and @VodafoneUK is around £14 cheaper p/m
