Hey @VodafoneUK moving a complaint to the deadlock team when DPD has lost the parcel. Now you expec tthe customer to pay monthly for a phone they never collected? and you are offering £100 goodwill gesture but I am gonna have to continue paying for the phone which dpd lost????

Now they want 650 Turkish lira withdrawal fee from the contract. Vodafone is a company far from solving problems. Vodafone is trying to send customers ++
