    @VonnWilken @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had similar experience with 02 - will never use them again. It's a stupid way to run a business as a tiny amount of time and effort to sort the problem out would have cost them a lot less than the amount of money they would have got over the years had I remained a customer.

    @VonnWilken @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK But then I guess these huge corporations have so many customers that losing a tiny percentage of them doesn't bother them? Plus management never have to deal with customers, poorly paid call centre staff do, so it's pointless getting angry with or taking it out on the latter...

    @VodafoneUK Rates rose in between times from below 1% to 2.2% for my mortgage as a result of delay and Vodafone refusal to acknowledge the bad credit rating was inappropriate - and ending up with a letter from Vodafone saying go to Ombudsman, we’re done. I’ve been a Vodafone custmr 20+years
