    @VodafoneUK disappointed to hear tonight that you no longer value loyalty. Apparently to upgrade to a new iPhone I need to pay the same price as for a new customer…I’ve not had to do that in 20 years of being a loyal customer!!

    @VodafoneUK router went down almost an hour ago and hasn’t come back up? Reset the router, checked on multiple devices, absolutely nothing.Starting to get very frustrated with how bad the connection is. Had multiple engineers to take a look at the issue & “fix it” still happening
