    Wow. Never in may 40 years on this planet have I been treated with such utter contempt, disregard, disrespect and complacency as a customer as I have been by @VodafoneUK the past few weeks/months, and particularly today.

    @PeterCrouchPod got me thinking! My loyalty to @VodafoneUK is being abused. Their charge increase is #phoneshithousery & for a 5 phone family with me being 20 years in maybe time for a change #onenetworkplayer 3 phones out of contract - where do i go? Is @giffgaff the solution?

    @VodafoneUK hey Vodafone, no wifi for 24 hours now, was told it was a City Fibre issue that would be fixed by 10pm last night but its still out, and today I cant get through to any agents via the chat function on the website.... I need an update please

    @VodafoneUK since when did you get so rubbish at customer service? Upgraded , received a faulty phone, three calls and one store visit later I’m still trying to return this item??? Absolutely abysmal !

    Hey @VodafoneUK I transferred broadband to you last Weds. It doesn’t work. The booster you made me upgrade to also doesn’t work. I have been on to nearly 10 different chat agents since then + noone can help me. My landlines don’t work with your system. I am stuck in your system

    @VodafoneUK Hey - our mobile signal services have been pretty poor recently, connecting to 5g with 1 bar, then having to go on airplane mode to disconnect, then connecting again on 4g, and that sometimes not working too - we're finding this consistently in maida vale area, london, but also on the move. anything going on?

    @VodafoneQatar @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK Support chat keeps getting closed without any solution. I’ve asked a simple question twice, and both times the chat was ended with no help. Very poor customer service.

    @MartinSLewis I have I moved to @lebara from @VodafoneUK this week. Vodafone didn't offer a good deal so now I am paying £3 a month for 3 months then £7 a month thereafter Saving £7 a month. My number moved over without any issues
