    Wow. Never in may 40 years on this planet have I been treated with such utter contempt, disregard, disrespect and complacency as a customer as I have been by @VodafoneUK the past few weeks/months, and particularly today.

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Take them to ombudsman, they tried it on with me and lost .That's why I wouldn't recommend them to anybody,since I moved provider ,not a single issue or bill query .

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK You're out of luck. Vodafone customer service is as bad as it gets. If you're lucky enough to get through to a person, it'll be an Indian who can barely understand what you're saying, & they won't complete whatever task is needed to fix your problem.

Hi how can i help… Cx: Rarrrrw rarrrrw rarrrrw ******* fuming complaint( not my department, usually the department needed where came from)have to pass back to egypt AND there arsey try not to take it

    @VodafoneUK does anyone in Vodafone care that they leave elderly customers without a phone? If anyone is thinking of using Vodafone - think twice as after they have you signed up, customer care is very different!!

    @VodafoneUK very disappointed with lack of care/service to mum . Power of attorney means nothing apparently.Her phone is broken.Had to cancel her contract as been on phone over 50 mins as mum doesn’t know her code.She has memory problems hence I’m power of attorney. #complaint

    I had better service in the middle of nowhere in Scotland, than I do now in a large town in the north of England. Why? WHY? GET YOUR OUTFIT SORTED @VodafoneUK

    @dazzerrari @VodafoneUK Terrible experience with @vodafone_es. After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable
