    @VodafoneUK I am a customer of you as I have a Gemini subscription. This is what I’d like Vodafone to offer me. I can be talking to Gemini. I want you to contact you and she does it for me and puts me to the relevant department now that would be thinking out of the box.

    @KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK @lycamobile Vodafone are OK so long as everything works. If there’s a single element or situation which strays from their prepared process or script everything falls apart. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered!

    @VodafoneUK You've sent me a bill despite me having left Vodafone in February,I tried phoning but your automated system doesn't cover my problem and your TOBI chat has been hanging for 20 minutes,how am I supposed to sort this out
