@VodafoneUK @Silverlynnb Basically gonna say use wifi calling but you not everyone you call has it and you might as just reduce contract and use WhatsApp to call people then if you’ve got to rely on your internet. Vodafone just want to save a few quid that’s all it boils down to.

@VodafoneUK 12 years a customer and I'm astonished that no one can perform a simple sim swap for me. 10 days without a phone now. Spoke to about 6 different advisers. Hard to make someone care I guess. Just want this contract cancelled now
