    @VodafoneUK 3 months waiting to get fibre broadband installed. Now you won't honour the price, want to charge double what was in contract. On phone again for 3 hours today. Had to cancel. Waste of time. 🤬

    @VodafoneUK I simply want to activate the Entertainment element of my contract. Every link you’ve sent me doesn’t work. Online chat escalated the issue on Friday and no contact from them. I’m even willing to overlook the better deal if I can get this sorted!

    @VodafoneUK why I am still be charged for a broadband service you have now told me you cannot supply. I asked to be disconnected on the 13th Dec. You have refunded me and now added back on to my bill. Please contact me, it’s exhausting using your phone service.
