    @VodafoneUK Completing my contract shortly. SIM only upgrades you are offering are more expensive than setting up a new account. So requested my PAC after 7 years of being with the network. You sent me a message to call on 0808 005 7382 to see if anything could be done.(1/3)

    @VodafoneUK @hooker1uk Im having issues everywhere I go. Data not great but mainly phone signal. Impossible to hold a conversation in a moving vehicle. Cut off every time. South West England. Have you turned off half your antennas or something? Because I’ll be leaving at this rate.

    @VodafoneUK I know. I have an iPhone 13 Pro and gigabit full fibre. But Apppe has a specific feature that allows Wi-Fi calling on other iCloud-connected devices (such as my iPad and MacBook) even if my iPhone isn’t nearby. I’m currently with O2 and they don’t support it. EE does. Do you?

    @matt_dathan @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK's upgrade offers are just as terrible when compared to their new contracts. You'd think that they would want to keep the customers. But no. Apparently not... definitely DO NOT reward loyalty that’s for certain.

    @VodafoneUK My gigafast fibre has incredibly slow over the past two days. Trying to log into my account online to troubleshoot however, it seems my account is locked/deleted. Online chatbot is no help whatsoever, how can I get help?
