    @TfL @SW_Help @VodafoneUK please fix the wifi/mobile networks/network rail app so we can see when trains are coming at Waterloo! Constant delays, you have to hedge your bets at which train to get . Be great if there was a way of having uptodate info to run between platforms!

    @VodafoneUK We are getting nowhere with this at the moment my mum has tried FIVE times to top up her phone yesterday and five outstanding payments to vista Vodafone are outstanding and approved by her bank for you to take.We are getting nowhere when we phone up can you help

    @dazzerrari @VodafoneUK Terrible experience with @vodafone_es. After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable
