@VodafoneUK I thought it was normal (but odd) that my iPhone 12 never showed a 5G symbol even though I'm on a 5G plan because I have decent speeds..until I was with a friend with the same phone also on Vodafone. His phone said 5G and he had much faster speeds. Could you help pls?

@VodafoneUK Put the cost in the contract, how hard is that? I've just been told that the only phones without upfront costs are alcatel phones, are you having a laugh there? You're fleecing your customers, disgusting, don't try to palm me off with garbage like that thank you.

@VodafoneUK I appreciate your assistance Ben, but I've messaged you guys a few times, and tried 'fixes' on my S21 Ultra, which was suggested might be to blame 🤔 I pay for 5G, in a 5G area, and when that doesn't work I don't expect to be faced with 1mbps 4G (clearly limited, was 30 before)

@VodafoneUK I bought 2 of your SOS bands late 2019 (Nov & Dec), one of which, the strap broke. Couldn’t return during lockdown, & I’m told “you’re out of warranty”, so in effect, tough. Result? I cancel both & go with another network #pantsvodafone #jobsworths #noloyalty

@VodafoneUK It was a Red Entertainment pass. But I got that text saying I will continue to be charged when it expires, and I do not want that to happen. Just can't find a way to cancel! NOW say "Cancel via Vodafone", and Vodafone say "Cancel via NOW"

@VodafoneUK I did follow the link. Which says to cancel on NOWTV, which says to manage the account on Vodafone. I'm not having much success with this at all.

@VodafoneUK I did follow the link. Which give the "Cancel on NOWTV" link, which takes me to the account page on NOW which gives a link to "manage the account on Vodafone" (which just goes to your homepage). I'm not having much success with this at all.
