    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    @VodafoneUK since basically using your support webchat and call 3 times doesn't help can I get a feedback on my issues with my broadband? 130ms of latency and drops in connection via ethernet cable... Your team was supposed to contact me after reporting the issue no call 🤬

    @VodafoneUK what is wrong with your digital assistant, I’ve been trying to speak to someone for 3 days now and Tobi is still not online. IVR just routes you back to the digital assistant and then hangs up. Utterly Shocking service 😡

    @VodafoneUK You are clearly having problems with fulfilling orders. Can you give more insight into why orders are delayed, when it will be resolved and when will orders be dispatched. Current responses really aren’t good enough. Saying asap means nothing.

    @VodafoneUK Your 4G network in SL7 doesn't work. I can't even use my bank payment app in High Street stores. You may as well stop the customer support app since nobody from your support bothers to follow up on open cases. Only way to get response from you is on public Twitter.
