    Nearly 4 days without service with @VodafoneUK now. What a joke. No-one responding on Twitter and no one from customer relations, technical or the transfer of ownership have been in contact. If you’re not providing services to your customers you’re in breach of contract.

    Top recommendation - never get a contract with @VodafoneUK I was without service for over 48 hours last week and they only returned it after I stayed on phone for over 90 mins.. and now they have dropped my service AGAIN without warning !! Avoid at all costs 🚨

    @VodafoneUK my husband spent over 2hrs online chat got transferred 6 times! He did an order I'm June but apparently it cancelled right after we didn't know this expected new service installed today didn't happen. We leave our current provider 13th July
