@VodafoneUK since basically using your support webchat and call 3 times doesn't help can I get a feedback on my issues with my broadband? 130ms of latency and drops in connection via ethernet cable... Your team was supposed to contact me after reporting the issue no call 🤬

Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

The rep claimed there were no outages and said basically it was a fault at my end. It wasn't. No acknowledgement. No compensation. Pretty crap customer service!
