@VodafoneUK I was able to call from outside of our village this afternoon. When I got home I now have no service on my handset (as does my wife) Vf site says our area WD35LL has maintenance until 19th😱. No calls for 4 days-seriously 😡

@jcampbell_05 @VodafoneUK For some reason I just went ‘yeah sure midnight green’ because it was the first option but holy shit I don’t care I just want my upgrade. But Vodafone sort of weirdly assumes you won’t be open to Any Other Option.

@VodafoneUK One area atm until I can drive somewhere else to try. My wife has same phone on my account and can make calls so I’m guessing it’s the handset. I’ve tried everything on the apple support advice but still can’t make or receive calls.

Here’s where the intelligence of technology falls down. I suspect the phone is in stock but not in the colour I arbitrarily ordered. They’ve not said ‘hey, if you ask for the space whatever, we can give you that!’ so I’m just left wondering...@VodafoneUK

Been with @O2 for over a decade and wanted to upgrade. But loyalty means nothing. Can actually get the same phone with the same data/texts/mins with @VodafoneUK for £20 cheaper a month. Scandalous. Upgrade getting cancelled. Hello Vodafone you have a new customer next month.

@CityFibre Hey @cityfibre spent 5 hours today waiting for your engineer (via @VodafoneUK ). No show. Vodafone now claiming I told you to cancel (despite me not having any contact with you). 2 hours of chat-bots & call rooms is wearing me down. Any chance of one of you fixing this?
