    If we only learn one thing from lockdown it’s how awful the UK broadband network is. Rare to see an interview on TV or do an online meeting without some sort of glitch or hang-up! @bt_uk @TalkTalk @virginmedia @VodafoneUK @SkyUK (top 5 UK providers)

    @VodafoneUK you sent my boss the wrong size GB phone and are telling me you are unable to help?!! He is a VIP and I need to get this sorted ASAP. I have sent the phone back but it’s not showing on your system. Happy to go to a new provider if you are unable to help ASAP.

    @VodafoneUK Thank you for reaching out. Ideally, I’d like to see Turkey and North Cyprus back on Vodafone UK’s roam-free list. But if that is not possible, you should announce this change of service and offer a 30-day option for customers to quit their contract. I’ll DM you now

    @VodafoneUK the Mobi chat service is terrible. Why does almost every option on your phone line end in suggesting Mobi and then hanging up?! The only way to speak to someone is to say I'm cancelling my contact!

    @VodafoneUK Day 5 of trying to sort out a simple problem. At least 5 hours on hold. FINALLY get through to your technical team then the call goes dead ...nobody has called back! Appreciate less staff on but please can you assist so I can work and earn some money! @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneUK Tobi is in no way helpful, and does not handle calls only text chat. It's ridiculous most call options refer to Tobi and hang up. I had to choose the option to cancel my contract just to speak to a real person about a screw up on Vodafone's end.

    Anyone else have trouble with @ring service? 3 have so far failed through crap batteries. Rip-off @VodafoneUK charged me £45 to talk to a #Ring operator as they don't take complaints by email or chat, just telephone. The latest replacement has not arrived but how to complain?

    @Emily_Benn @VodafoneUK Haha! They provided a service that I never asked for, and it took me nearly 2 years to get them to stop taking the money out of my pocket and refund it. Every step of the way they assured me that it would be taken care of within a few days.

    @VodafoneUK The guy I just spoke to at customer service told me you billed every 30 days and that you have always done that. I worked for Vodafone years ago and knew that wasn't true. He insisted it was so I did not amend my billing cycle and we ended the call.

    @Emily_Benn @VodafoneUK This happens all the time with Vodafone. Phantom calls in which I (or latterly my father) apparently agreed to spend an extra £10 per month on a non-existant service, and unable to provide any record of these calls. Crooks.

    @VodafoneUK I’m having major issues with 4g in Aberdeen today. Trying to achieve work via teams and WhatsApp by using my phone as a third screen and getting nowhere. Nothing is loading! Can’t send anything either. Not good! Overload?

    @VodafoneUK Hi Tran! Thanks but I've already had a chat with with a support person. It's an issue with the local network apparently that they're looking into. He said it would be fixed by the 18th. It's just quite difficult because I rely on a good 4G connection for work.
