    @VodafoneUK we have a business landline with level 4 care and a fault but going around in circles reporting it - for over 30min! You supposed to fix within 2hrs who do we call please??

    If we only learn one thing from lockdown it’s how awful the UK broadband network is. Rare to see an interview on TV or do an online meeting without some sort of glitch or hang-up! @bt_uk @TalkTalk @virginmedia @VodafoneUK @SkyUK (top 5 UK providers)

    @VodafoneUK you sent my boss the wrong size GB phone and are telling me you are unable to help?!! He is a VIP and I need to get this sorted ASAP. I have sent the phone back but it’s not showing on your system. Happy to go to a new provider if you are unable to help ASAP.

    Anyone else have trouble with @ring service? 3 have so far failed through crap batteries. Rip-off @VodafoneUK charged me £45 to talk to a #Ring operator as they don't take complaints by email or chat, just telephone. The latest replacement has not arrived but how to complain?

    @VodafoneUK the Mobi chat service is terrible. Why does almost every option on your phone line end in suggesting Mobi and then hanging up?! The only way to speak to someone is to say I'm cancelling my contact!

    @VodafoneUK Thank you for reaching out. Ideally, I’d like to see Turkey and North Cyprus back on Vodafone UK’s roam-free list. But if that is not possible, you should announce this change of service and offer a 30-day option for customers to quit their contract. I’ll DM you now

    @VodafoneUK Day 5 of trying to sort out a simple problem. At least 5 hours on hold. FINALLY get through to your technical team then the call goes dead ...nobody has called back! Appreciate less staff on but please can you assist so I can work and earn some money! @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneUK Tobi is in no way helpful, and does not handle calls only text chat. It's ridiculous most call options refer to Tobi and hang up. I had to choose the option to cancel my contract just to speak to a real person about a screw up on Vodafone's end.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been having this problem long time. Once I opt for a package then I can’t opt out. I’ve bigbundle15 but opt out. I’ve logged on to the internet but still nothing. Every time I txt bigvalue10 it won’t let me. Now it’s taken £1 for daily use and I only have £9.

    @VodafoneUK hi, ive been a vodafone customer for many many years now and have a problem. my phone (motorola moto g6) is capable of voLTE (4g calling) however its not available to me on the vodafone network. how can we resovle this?

    Can’t actually believe @VodafoneUK have charged me 6 months worth of extra payments for a phone that was already paid off and are now blaming me for not seeing a text message back in March. I am disabled, I also get terrible network service for texts in my flat, how appalling.

    Left @VodafoneUK on Friday last week, went with 02 and the signal has been horrid. I have now gone back to vodaphone never change something if it works

    Biggest mistake of my life changing my phone contract to @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUKhelp done a service check, maintenance going on for one week. My phone is practically useless. I demand a discount on my next bill. Worst network ever
