It's ridiculous most call options refer to Tobi and hang up. I had to choose the option to cancel my contract just to speak to a real person about a screw up on Vodafone's end.

Back in January after multiple attempts to contact them and cancel my contract I took it upon myself to cancel the direct debit. They then passed the account to a debit collection agency without even contacting myself. £75 lighter.
