@VodafoneUK Ok well a specific location it doesn't work is the bus stop at EN5 5NQ. But all over that area mobile internet barely works or does not work at all. Additionally in some areas around there the phone signal is poor. The problem I'm talking about now is good signal but no net.

Hey, @VodafoneUK, do you have problems in Welwyn Garden City (AL86HA)? Your local shop and app say not, but coverage has been poor for some weeks, with a strong 4G now an intermittent 3G. Lots of people with same issue being told “no known problems”.

@VodafoneUK The phones screen is unusable so I can’t do that from the phone. I’ve waited an hour in your store and handed the phone in for repair. I hope you’ll send it back to @SamsungUK and reconsider when you sell it in future. It’s four months old and I didn’t damage the phone. #ZFlip

Tonight Vodafone ate my 80 pounds. I couldn't connect to customer service at all. Vodafone never found a solution to my problem. A complete disappointment . I will change my operator as soon as possible. Do not use Vodafone!!! @VodafoneUK

@Notorious_Shell @VodafoneUK They delete your card details and re insert. They can’t see the details previously stored. Standard procedure if you called them to make the change I don’t see an issue unless they as your PIN number!!!

@VodafoneUK I have used the network checker many times. Each time brings disappointment. I use the nPerf app, which tells you where to find a 5G signal, rather than Vodafones network checker telling me where there isn't one. I already know that there isn't one

@VodafoneUK The most expensive network in the country. They allow third party to sell their contracts but they don’t allow them contracts to have roaming included because 3rd party sells same contract 12m less term and cheaper!Do not buy from this network!

Hey @VodafoneUK. I received an email in December about upgrading my broadband which is with you. This is a free upgrade as you have rolled out fibre in my area. I haven't received any further communication to complete it. Can you help please.
