    Nearly 4 days without service with @VodafoneUK now. What a joke. No-one responding on Twitter and no one from customer relations, technical or the transfer of ownership have been in contact. If you’re not providing services to your customers you’re in breach of contract.

    My day with the idiots at @VodafoneUK gets better - having cut off my SIM before the new one arrives, I've stuck a PAYG SIM in to keep me connected for a few days - topped it up, can see the money leave my bank, but not applied to my credit. #fail after #fail with these thieves!

    @VodafoneUK I’ve sorted the issue now, don’t have a phone number if all the phone number does is send you to an online chat. The reason I don’t want to use an online chat is your agents cut the chat off. Pointless offering a service with multi options if the options are use a single option.

    @VodafoneUK Its been only 12 days of my 12 month contract of hotspot internet with u guys and I’m already regretting it,such bad service,that too in Central London area, waste of money literally. U said upto 150mbps, it doesn’t even reach 30mbps & the connectivity is bad as hell
