Tonight Vodafone ate my 80 pounds. I couldn't connect to customer service at all. Vodafone never found a solution to my problem. A complete disappointment . I will change my operator as soon as possible. Do not use Vodafone!!! @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK You are clearly having problems with fulfilling orders. Can you give more insight into why orders are delayed, when it will be resolved and when will orders be dispatched. Current responses really aren’t good enough. Saying asap means nothing.

@NickNairn @chefpaulrankin @VodafoneUK Thankfully, Virginia have just appeared in my area. I've been through a lot of providers in my area... all are awful. But its not them thats awful, its the quality of the network. So if you choose others/don't have the virgin choice, then all you are choosing is customer service
