I've recently become a member of your network @VodafoneUK. Have to say that it's been an absolute letdown as far uninterrupted data service goes. Y'day was my first day with you & ever since, the connection's been inconsistent. Can you please check and rectify this on priority?

Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

@VodafoneUK And why was that not communicated? That’s such a bad move! You’re the only of the big ones that doesn’t have wifi coverage. Also, Jubilee line is only a small part of the whole tube line.

Given up the will to live after 1hr 16m on hold to @VodafoneUK Trade In team. Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far it’s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And I’m still being billed for £465!

@VodafoneUK Yet another tedious, frustrating and still unresolved run in with your online chat "help"line. Why can't you sort it so that I don't have to spend 2 x 2 hour sessions, one 1 x 1 hour session and 2 x 15 mins sessions, get cut off three times in one chat etc.?
