    @VodafoneUK Thank you for your excuse. You’ve known for at least 20minutes. It takes very little time to send a message out which simply reads “We are having issues with our network which may affect you making or receiving calls. We’re working on getting this fixed as quickly as possible.”

    @VodafoneUK Don’t you think you should push a notification, email or text to your network to let them know they may not be able to make or receive calls?! You know... basic customer communication/care? I wouldn’t have known if my husband hadn’t facebooked me that he can’t get hold of me

    @DPDgroup_news I have had the worst experience with #DPD you surround yourself with technology but can’t drop a phone from @VodafoneUK to a customer with a doorbell that works, a 24 hr Concierge and clear instructions given via your app 🤬

    @OpenreachHelp You’re rude and aggressive engineer turned off my WiFi while fixing a neighbours yesterday. @VodafoneUK have confirmed this. I do not see why I have to wait 3 days to have you send someone out to turn it back on. Please DO NOT send the person who came yesterday

    @VodafoneUK Thank you for reaching out. Ideally, I’d like to see Turkey and North Cyprus back on Vodafone UK’s roam-free list. But if that is not possible, you should announce this change of service and offer a 30-day option for customers to quit their contract. I’ll DM you now

    @onjonone @VodafoneUK I'll second that. Shocking service in every way. Spent hours of my own time trying to sort poor connection. Only to be put through to a 'technical' dept who said swit h it off and on again. Then telling me 2 lies was enough to cancel.

    @VodafoneUK - Hi my mum (72) has a broken wrist and her landline is down. she stays over 100 miles away from me and lives alone. She has contacted Vodaphone to get an engineer to come out. She is being asked to do 1st line checks - she is unable to do these. Can you help?
