    I don’t normally do this but has to be said that @VodafoneUK Have delivered some of the worst customer service of my entire life the past few days. Contradicting statement, lost SIM cards, no explanations. Spent 2 full days dealing with agents and no resolution.

    Hey @VodafoneUK / got my new broadband installed. Realistic speed is 7Mbit/sec. Your advertised 70Mbit/sec "sync" speed is irrelevant and is classic mis selling. @ASA_UK as a 15 year Vodafone customer I am truly #Disappointed #NeverVodafoneBroadband #missold

    @VodafoneUK @tclmoveuk appalled to have bought my daughter TCL watch & after two visits and two hours at the Angel store for it not to work. A ‘child safety’ product fundamentally needs to provide the service it advertises. #incompetent #charlatans

    @EE Yes but you have increased it TWICE for me then insult us by saying you are introducing free Apple Music etc for NEW customers. I was with @VodafoneUK for many years and wanted to try you out but the network is a mare to be honest. Constantly something.

    @VodafoneUK Online chat is very rude !!! Initially missguided and when I ordered online and found out that I am misguided the representative just disappeared when i asked her to cancel my order! Will stay with @ThreeUK !

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Ray. I’ve spoken to three of your consultants already who have changed my internet channel, it works for a bit, but then slows down again. It’s very frustrating!

    @VodafoneUK another call to the so called Vodaphone customer services. My third attempt to get them to do their most basic of jobs and sort out my phone and broadband home move. @VodafoneUK are the most rubbish phone company, totally useless.

    @VodafoneUK I have been let down by Vodaphone. My engineer visit was booked for 01/02 and I change this to 04/02 I waited in all day and no engineer arrived. Soonest I can get an engineer now is 14/02 UNACCEPTABLE. I want to cancel my contract.

    @VodafoneUK Don’t worry, I cancelled an upgrade. It took 40 mins to explain to your colleague over the phone the nature of my complaint - 40mins! My post here is clear & everyone understood what I posted apart from @VodafoneUK - go figure. I will NOT renew my contract. Thanks.

    I’m on hold to customer complaints @VodafoneUK and I am astounded by the rudeness of the agent I have just spoken too. I’m gobsmacked he spoke to me the way he did. If he was my member of staff he would be disciplined and dismissed.

    Dear @VodafoneUK, why is it impossible to cancel my account online? I don't want my PAC or STAC and you need to sack TOBI. I cannot use the SIM to call you, I just want to cancel as my contract is up. C'mon, it shouldn't be this difficult!

    @VodafoneUK thank you, finally. Is it your Customer Service policy to refuse to give this information after 4 direct requests because I do not believe for one second the poor agent I repeatedly asked was acting on his own judgement.

    @VodafoneUK, I'm still trying my hardest to cancel my expiring contract. Today is my second day trying to find a way to do it. I don't just want to delete my Direct Debit, I also don't want to "discuss" the reason. I just want to end the finishing contract.
