    @VodafoneUK The agents or customer Vernice team cut me of three times while I was trying to resolve this issue. On the third time, in a space of 15 min I asked the agent to call me back, giving him my number but that never happened.

    @SurbitonMoan got an update from #EE re lack of signal: they can’t send engineers to fix it due to H&S. so this is first to fix. Next update 12 Nov. No hurry there!!! Glad have moved to @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK you’ve now sent two routers. They aren’t working. @EE we are really excited to sack off @VodafoneUK for you for quicker speeds, better service and better benefits. You don’t have much to live up to but as long as we have internet every day I think we will be happy

    @VodafoneUK We have already done that many times and have screen grabs showing the social media team confirming there’s nothing to pay but the customer relations department still he has £600 to pay. We are taking the story to your CEO and the national media if not sorted by next weekend.

    @VodafoneUK finally fixed. Fault began on Wednesday. All down to @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp buggering lines up but the customer service has been awful. Can’t believe I have to pay today

    @VodafoneUK Can someone please explain why the mobile app NEVER works. Everytime I have tried to use it in the past two months it has failed. Updates etc are all current. This is not good enough.

    @VodafoneUK Don't bother ordering anything unless you want to be treated like you can't budget your own money, they want to know your income and expenditure even for an upgrade, customer for over a decade but loyalty means nothing to Vodafone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

    @old_style_tory @VodafoneUK @Ofcom I've been a customer over a decade, regularly upgrade, just been refused the latest upgrade as I'm not prepared to give my income and expenditure to 'check affordability'. Been paying between £250-£320 a month all these years, loyalty means nothing to Vodafone
