    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 5 weeks since our complaint. No response. Is this how you cater to customers? Wrong phone sent, false contract granted, administrative difficulties, staff arguments, staff confusion all at the expense of the customers time that we will not get back.

    @VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

    @VodafoneUK Gigacube is the worst piece of technology. Do not buy! I’ve called multiple time’s to get someone to help me and no one can! They are now trying to charge me £600 for a technology that does not work to get out of my contract, if I want to move onto broadband @Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK please can you remove the “Secure Net” service from my account it’s very disappointing that I requested not to have this feature or service added yet it’s added. And I have to now contact you again 🤨👎🏼

I called the hospital - not allowed to see her, can’t talk to her on phone and the person (yes they have a person for this) who could set up a video call for us is not available.     @VodafoneUK It’s a 4g (100gig per month data plan) - which we use as our broadband (live on a boat so no such thing as a land line). But it’s exactly the same speed on my phone (also Vodafone) so don’t have option of using that as a hotspot. DM if you want more info. Appreciate your help.
