    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 5 weeks since our complaint. No response. Is this how you cater to customers? Wrong phone sent, false contract granted, administrative difficulties, staff arguments, staff confusion all at the expense of the customers time that we will not get back.

    @DPDgroup_news I have had the worst experience with #DPD you surround yourself with technology but can’t drop a phone from @VodafoneUK to a customer with a doorbell that works, a 24 hr Concierge and clear instructions given via your app 🤬

    @VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

    @VodafoneUK spend over £800 a month & still can't get an account manager? So far spent over 6hrs trying to order 8 new phones and only managed to get 4? Agents that don't know what they are talking about. Seriously, shy can't I ever speak to someone who can resolve my issues?

    @VodafoneUK Let’s hope they work unlike the one I have been changed to when my contract changed to a pay as you go sim on Friday, I have spent 4 days with no service 4 calls , and 6 hours on messenger to be advised May take a further 48 hours. #20yearsloyalcustomer

    @VodafoneUK, what's up with confirming a broadband upgrade order 3 times and cancelling it without warning or communication 3 times? It was bad after the 2nd cancellation and your attempt at charging more as it had rolled into Nov but is just getting silly. Not very good at all.

    @VodafoneUK Ive tried calling on 191 and after holding for 15mins gave up, I tried the live chat but nothing happened and I can't access the App because for some reason you only have me down as internet and land-line. And yes my internet is not working properly 😒

    @VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to someone in customer services at Vodafone for two weeks now. Between that useless t*** TOBI and the mildly uplifting yet annoying coldplay tracks on repeat for 30 mins at a time on hold I'm Done. U can't even speak to someone to cancel your contract!

    @VodafoneUK WHEN you have to Google it "how to cancel broadband subscription" be sure that you are doing something wrong....maybe on purpose. Don't try to lock customers by making it more difficult to find the "terminate contract" shortcuts etc!! make it easy to use your APPS
