Complaints have me a code that doesn’t work and I can’t speak to anyone senior enough to sort this out! Worst of all the help people keep making it out it is my fault!!!

Call the store myself 2. Wait another 4 days & reorder, As the operative couldn’t send an email. You are a telecommunications company!

Struggled to get a signal much of the time.

On Saturday same scenario, wifi not working, I contacted them again and the ticket it’s still open. Basically my wifi it works only 3 days a week. Thank you @VodafoneUK 🤍
