@VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

@VodafoneUK I got a new contract and phone with you the other day, my numbers have switched over but my data is not working. I just tired to call your team for help but only got through to a robot who wouldn’t even put me in a queue to speak to anyone!

@VodafoneUK Gigacube is the worst piece of technology. Do not buy! I’ve called multiple time’s to get someone to help me and no one can! They are now trying to charge me £600 for a technology that does not work to get out of my contract, if I want to move onto broadband @Vodafone

@VodafoneUK Thank you Karla, my daughter has now sorted this. The charges have been refunded and a plan set up to allow calls to the premium number. I could've done without a message saying Vodafone were going to suspend my service. It has added stress on top of stress.
