    @VodafoneUK can you help? Engineers came to install my broadband on Friday but weren't able to for tech reasons. I was told someone would be in touch to update me within 48hrs. Still waiting. Tried phoning but been on hold for over an hour. So I'm still without internet 😭😭

    @VodafoneUK Worst Broadband service I have ever experienced. Was supposed to be activated on the 14th of Dec. Cancelled, then 23rd, then 29th then, pushed to the 5th of January, then the 6th, then one agent is telling me it will be the 7th whilst my partner is being told 12th.

    [1] Lied to again from, they said on the 7th that am engineer was 100% booked to come out today, and now just got off a call from vodafone saying that a booking was never made. My advice would be to 100% avoid Vodafone services @VodafoneUK @Ofcom

    @VodafoneUK I have been a very loyal customer & would expect to be treated well. I haven't used the new phone due to their not bring enough memory that I have from my S10+. Upon checking on the SIM card, there is nowhere for this to go. I feel this has been mis-sold to me!

    @GEddolls Been there. @VodafoneUK 3 times failed to close an account properly. Confirmed each time the account had been closed which would be followed by a letter from debt collectors saying I still owed money & a ****** credit rating which eventually got un-******. Never using them again

    @VickyPickles4 @angelaeagle @VodafoneUK SIM cards are usually cheap or free but u gotta still top them up. The price of data if ur not on contract really bites 😬. I’m on a Vodaphone contract with only 1gb and when it creeps over that 1gb my bills are the cost of a fancy phone with extra crap lol.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK #VeryMeRewards I have yo say I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years but when I have had a problem its always been rectified when I get through to 191, service level on the whole has been very good. @VodafoneUK #VeryMeRewards on my wish list is a HH wig

    @VodafoneUK I have 2 handsets on my account for upgrade now so that would be a great start - flagship Nokia for me and iPhone for my wife, years free broadband would be good and a good strong signal at my daughters, in West Cornwall, please! I have been a loyal customer for over 23 years now
