So @VodafoneUK told me the network issue that’s meant no signal since 11pm could be fixed if I went to their shop. Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

Email from @VodafoneUK about bills increasing.. I wouldn't mind but I pay for 5G already but there is no 5G coverage in my area, the customer service is awful & the signal is terrible most of the time. Can't wait until my contract ends.

For the first time today I've tried to get help from @VodafoneUK customer services regarding my partner's phone. All I can say is thank god I'm with @ee. They're not perfect but they can usually give a straight answer. I hope to never have to deal with Vodafone again.
