    @VodafoneUK I have been a very loyal customer & would expect to be treated well. I haven't used the new phone due to their not bring enough memory that I have from my S10+. Upon checking on the SIM card, there is nowhere for this to go. I feel this has been mis-sold to me!

    @GEddolls Been there. @VodafoneUK 3 times failed to close an account properly. Confirmed each time the account had been closed which would be followed by a letter from debt collectors saying I still owed money & a ****** credit rating which eventually got un-******. Never using them again

    @VodafoneUK can you help? Engineers came to install my broadband on Friday but weren't able to for tech reasons. I was told someone would be in touch to update me within 48hrs. Still waiting. Tried phoning but been on hold for over an hour. So I'm still without internet 😭😭

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Thomas, but been there, done that, with other numbers. It’s not good enough. Surely your company has the ability to detect, take down and have prosecuted for what is so obviously systematic abuse calling from Vodafone numbers. Please escalate this complaint.

    @VodafoneUK words fail me! My Dad had a stroke and cannot talk. First of all he was MADE to speak on the phone to your reps bcos his house phone line is not working. We cannot get a careline set up bcos if this. Now he has had a text saying up to 8 days for an engineer! NOT GOOD

    So turns out a '24 month' contract with @VodafoneUK is in fact a 25 month contract as they need 30 days notice to cancel and will charge an early exit fee if that's before the last day of the contract. Ridiculous. Much like their unwillingness to lose my custom than match a deal

    @Crumblepop @VodafoneUK It's shocking. Especially in the town centre. Yet its supposed to be 5G! Service down websites show Guildford as having issues every single day. They've not long finished upgrading the masts and deny there's any issues.
