    @VodafoneUK 2/2 Can I add that I’ve been on Vodafone customer service a lot this past week while renewing 3 family plans and sorting out a router issue. Without exception, your customer service people have been excellent. I compliment those in India on the 👍quality of their spoken English🙏🏼

    I'm about to lose my mind with @VodafoneUK Been trying to pay a bill that's overdue but legit can't pay cause their site keeps crashing, their automated phoning crashes and when put through to an actual person the audio quality is so bad that I genuinely can't hear them.

    @wee_alana_t @VodafoneUK They’re a shower of shite. Got a text in July to say I’d be getting a monthly discount as I hadn’t renewed contract yet . But they’ve never given the discount on any bill since #SortItOutVodafone #PoorService

    And is it correct that @VodafoneUK should hold the NUC rather than @HuaweiMobileUK? That was the advice I got from @Huawei technical support but Vodafone disagree. Shambles.

    @VodafoneUK I honestly think it’s crap that I cannot get the £258 for the trade in if my iPhone XR to pay off the early upgrade fee to get the new iPhone... but instead yous want my phone for free and still pay the early upgrade fee... that is just unfair

    @VodafoneUK Hey, got a new Superfast Wifi Hub last Thu, its worked perfectly since then until this morning. Im aware that there could be drop outs or slow speeds in 1st 10 days, but the Internet LED lights been flashing all day so I've had no internet at all. Any ideas whats up?

    @WeAreOpenreach @VodafoneUK I contacted Vodafone on Monday about this issue and they raised it with Openreach. I was told that someone would visit and fill the hole in 48-72 hours. It has now been 72 hours and no one has turned up

    No internet all day again, @VodafoneUK. Reference number not recognised on your 0800 tech2 team call. Online chat wouldn't accept the case, offered no support, and sent us back to the phone number saying to quote the unrecognisable code. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE?

    @WeAreOpenreach @VodafoneUK I called today and Vodafone stated they could not see anything raised with Openreach. This tells me that I have been misled to by multiple Vodafone customer support workers. I have mentioned the severity of the issue but have frankly been ignored
