@VodafoneUK great customer service as always - getting threatening emails that if I don’t return my router I’ll get a £72 charge even though they haven’t sent me a returns bag (or even an address) to let me do this. Just another reason why I’ll be switching mobile providers too!

.@VodafoneUK's complete disregard for customer service & data is the reason I won't recommend them to anyone. It took them 4 months to cancel my contract despite being completed. Now those 4 months have backed up and my information has been passed onto some vulture debt company

@VodafoneUK absolutely disgraceful customer service from Lauren in your Buchanan street Glasgow store total waste of time given wrong information and kept waiting over 30 mins and provided with no assistance what so ever left the store with the advice to phone customer service

@virginmedia boasts and brags about their hub 3 being the best ever, the only thing they are the best ever at is the amount of times they go offline, thankfully @VodafoneUK has a decent network i am able to stay online unlike my hub3

If you have a choice between super-wifi from @VodafoneUK and dial up AOL from 1998, the internet you got with a cd-rom, that was as slow as anything and it took days to download a single photo, choose the dial up every time, never choose @VodafoneUK, the dial up was much better.

@VodafoneUK upgraded to broadband Pro in May. As part of the deal was supposed to receive an Amazon Gift Voucher. Still not received. Extremely disappointing. But not surprising. Every step of customer service has been very poor for almost 4 years now!
