@VodafoneUK On the phone to your colleague Ali for 20 minutes and then on hold for 10 minutes to Troy only to have the call ended on me. I don't have 1 hour of my life to be on calls to you people when I only want to cancel a contract. I need to work too!

@virginmedia boasts and brags about their hub 3 being the best ever, the only thing they are the best ever at is the amount of times they go offline, thankfully @VodafoneUK has a decent network i am able to stay online unlike my hub3

.@VodafoneUK's complete disregard for customer service & data is the reason I won't recommend them to anyone. It took them 4 months to cancel my contract despite being completed. Now those 4 months have backed up and my information has been passed onto some vulture debt company

@VodafoneUK great customer service as always - getting threatening emails that if I don’t return my router I’ll get a £72 charge even though they haven’t sent me a returns bag (or even an address) to let me do this. Just another reason why I’ll be switching mobile providers too!
