@VodafoneUK Hey, got a new Superfast Wifi Hub last Thu, its worked perfectly since then until this morning. Im aware that there could be drop outs or slow speeds in 1st 10 days, but the Internet LED lights been flashing all day so I've had no internet at all. Any ideas whats up?

@VodafoneUK I honestly think it’s crap that I cannot get the £258 for the trade in if my iPhone XR to pay off the early upgrade fee to get the new iPhone... but instead yous want my phone for free and still pay the early upgrade fee... that is just unfair

@VodafoneUK I went to pay my bill, once I put in my details I was taken to a screen that said that there was an issue and to refresh and try again. Pressed refresh, asked to pay bill again, so I did and the same thing happened. Checked my bank and I've been charged twice.

@VodafoneUK Been trying to reach you on the phone for an hour. I've had worst hours, like when my dog died or when I broke some bones, but it is very apparent that you don't want to hear from customers. I'm motivated to keep holding only out of spite now.
