Email from @VodafoneUK about bills increasing.. I wouldn't mind but I pay for 5G already but there is no 5G coverage in my area, the customer service is awful & the signal is terrible most of the time. Can't wait until my contract ends.

I'm about to lose my mind with @VodafoneUK Been trying to pay a bill that's overdue but legit can't pay cause their site keeps crashing, their automated phoning crashes and when put through to an actual person the audio quality is so bad that I genuinely can't hear them.

@VodafoneUK I went to pay my bill, once I put in my details I was taken to a screen that said that there was an issue and to refresh and try again. Pressed refresh, asked to pay bill again, so I did and the same thing happened. Checked my bank and I've been charged twice.

@VodafoneUK I have emailed Mr Ahmed Assam with feedback about your complaints system. Your staff don't return calls except for the complaint advisor who only ever rings for 16 seconds then sends a text telling you when they will call again. It's impossible to speak to someone!

@VodafoneUK WF34LD apparently Masts being worked on STILL on Low 3G this has been over a week now PLEASE give a date when our signal will be back to normal. Also your signal checker ALWAYS shows Full 4g never shows any faults or mast issues. Please give positive information.
