SCTorrance144 (@ScTorrance144) reported from Airdrie, Scotland@VodafoneUK @aligav_torr needs a new phone. Throughout lockdown she has missed out on pain killing injections and hands on back support yet still helped out with our 93 year old neighbour to get through this and still have a smile. She has been epic #win #VodafoneTreats
-
Sharon McFadyen (@SharonMcfadyen) reported from Wishaw, ScotlandEmail from @VodafoneUK about bills increasing.. I wouldn't mind but I pay for 5G already but there is no 5G coverage in my area, the customer service is awful & the signal is terrible most of the time. Can't wait until my contract ends.
-
Lisa B (@miraclegirl1974) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@VodafoneIN @arushibajaj96 Strange coincidence that all 3rd party providers go down at the same time but @VodafoneUK is still working and providing a full service to its customers 🤔 #passtheblame #liars #bull
-
Greig Cunningham (@GreigC22) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@GazRich88 @VodafoneUK That’s not bad, Vodafone still do the best roaming, so leaving them isn’t an option, but wanted my phone today like promised 🙄🥲
-
Jamie Forrest (@Jamie_Forrest) reported from East Kilbride, Scotland@peterbouncyball @ThreeUK @Craig_Simcox @LaraLatex @SuzanneEvans1 @VodafoneUK Been with @ThreeUK for years and have had no problems with their service and coverage. Also a bill that you expect instead of being overcharged.

Alastair McIntosh (@alastairmci) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@VodafoneUK Hello Voda. I have a £6 SIM Plan for a phone that I got my old mother. Mobile 07423596724. The plan is out of contract and my mother died earlier this year. I’d forgotten to cancel it. Could you cancel it for me now. Account details are below. Thank you.

Fraser Blain (@BlainFraser) reported from Glasgow, ScotlandSo @VodafoneUK told me the network issue that’s meant no signal since 11pm could be fixed if I went to their shop. Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!
-
Jim Gellatly (@JimGellatly) reported from Cambuslang, ScotlandAnd is it correct that @VodafoneUK should hold the NUC rather than @HuaweiMobileUK? That was the advice I got from @Huawei technical support but Vodafone disagree. Shambles.
-
Kerry McLaughlan Photography 🏴 (@KerryMcL_Photo) reported from Cambuslang, Scotland@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I worked in a call centre for a 🏴 energy company, and we were encouraged to treat people with hostility if they were refusing to pay. We were discouraged from solving problems like this. Customer service for big companies is toxic. I am so sorry for your loss and trouble.

-
Brogan Rogan Trevino (@BroganRoganTrev) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@VodafoneUK Enjoy being billed repeatedly for services you cancelled months ago, and enjoy listening to a recorded tune for hours on end while you try to get this remedied abs make a complaint. Vodafone - more than just useless!
-
Ross Telford (@ROSSTEL1984) reported from Blackridge, Scotland@VodafoneUK great customer service as always - getting threatening emails that if I don’t return my router I’ll get a £72 charge even though they haven’t sent me a returns bag (or even an address) to let me do this. Just another reason why I’ll be switching mobile providers too!
-
Samantha🗿🏴 (@samanthasrants) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@VodafoneUK recently I've been having problems with the signal quality, when I call people I get halfway through the phone call and it goes all jittery. It's definitely not the phone cos it's new so I'm wondering if there are any signal issues currently in Glasgow.
-
Lee-Anne Thomson (@L33AnneT) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@wee_alana_t @VodafoneUK They’re a shower of shite. Got a text in July to say I’d be getting a monthly discount as I hadn’t renewed contract yet . But they’ve never given the discount on any bill since #SortItOutVodafone #PoorService

Liam (@MancunianCaviar) reportedHey @VodafoneUK, you have scheduled maintenance in my town, lasting until 18th September. I literally have 0 connectivity. Unless I’m on WiFi, I can’t make any calls or texts. Any chance of having my bill for the month refunded, seeing as I’m getting no service from you?
-
Brian Moore (@BrianMooreAV) reportedWhat exactly are you playing at @VodafoneUK? I was looking to moving to the network. Not happening now.
-
Danny B (@DannyBee595) reportedI've had such a frustrating experience upgrading with @VodafoneUK , I wish I hadn't bothered. The bloatware on the Honor Magic V6 is already horrendous, but then I have to contend with pre-ticked boxes to install even more of the crap in "Vodafone Appbox"... which can't be skipped or closed. So I've had to go through 3 (full) screens of apps which nobody wants and had to untick the apps which Vodafone conveniently (and sneakily) ticked on my behalf. This is a great way to ruin the arrival of a new phone, which should be a positive experience. My mood is already frustrated from this, that's before I even start to uninstall all the other crap that HONOR put on their phones. I remember the pain I felt when I got my last phone trying to get rid of the Vodafone bloatware, but 3 years on it is so much worse now. NOBODY WANTS THIS JUNK. You're ruining the experience of what is meant to be your main product/service. Poor show.
-
Hal Apeno (@chilliholic) reported@Iromg @VodafoneUK Well done Mike. As well as cancelling support to my fave charity The Salvation army for the same reason I also no longer donate to the RNLI for obvious reasons. I live on the S. Coast but I discovered that all funds collected are returned to the centre for re-distribution.
-
Bill Oldfield (@billoldfield) reportedMessage for @vodafoneUK There's a total network failure in DL2 3AA for over 48 hours now. Multiple routers and phones entirely down, no data and poor phone reception. Business and home offline on a Sunday. The network checker doesn't recognise the failure.
-
Or Sassur (@Orsassur2) reported@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK, your customer service in London was an absolute disgrace. I went to your store simply to buy a Vodafone SIM card and was treated like an enemy of the Crown rather than a potential customer. The attitude of the staff was arrogant, hostile and completely disproportionate to such a simple request. When a customer challenges poor service, your employees should not respond with intimidation, threats or an attitude designed to make the customer feel unwelcome. Your store staff are there to serve customers—not interrogate them as if they were members of the Secret Service. I expected professionalism from a major British telecommunications company. Instead, I experienced arrogance, hostility and behaviour that left me questioning whether Vodafone actually wants customers. @VodafoneUK, is this really the standard of customer service you consider acceptable in London? Because if so, the problem isn't the customer. The problem is Vodafone.

Matthew Laughey 💙💛 (@laughey_m) reported@VodafoneUK any chance of speaking to an actual support person instead of typing to TOBi???
-
James Notley (@jnot45679) reported@Iromg @VodafoneUK I never like Vodafone and even less now. It is immigrants who run Vodafone in Blackpool.
