Ross Telford (@ROSSTEL1984) reported from Blackridge, Scotland@VodafoneUK great customer service as always - getting threatening emails that if I don’t return my router I’ll get a £72 charge even though they haven’t sent me a returns bag (or even an address) to let me do this. Just another reason why I’ll be switching mobile providers too!
-
Karl Toland (@Toland92) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@GEddolls Been there. @VodafoneUK 3 times failed to close an account properly. Confirmed each time the account had been closed which would be followed by a letter from debt collectors saying I still owed money & a ****** credit rating which eventually got un-******. Never using them again
-
danclyro_DBD (@danclyro_DBD) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@VodafoneUK I went to pay my bill, once I put in my details I was taken to a screen that said that there was an issue and to refresh and try again. Pressed refresh, asked to pay bill again, so I did and the same thing happened. Checked my bank and I've been charged twice.

She has been epic
-
ItPG (@ItSteben) reported from Glasgow, Scotland.@VodafoneUK's complete disregard for customer service & data is the reason I won't recommend them to anyone. It took them 4 months to cancel my contract despite being completed. Now those 4 months have backed up and my information has been passed onto some vulture debt company

Alastair McIntosh (@alastairmci) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@VodafoneUK Thanks Thomas, but been there, done that, with other numbers. It’s not good enough. Kate (@listentohere) reported@VodafoneUK travelling into London and I haven’t got a signal on my WiFi pretty much the length of the 30 miles into central London . What am I paying you for?
-
Plant a Tree 🇬🇧 🏴 🚜 🥩 (@EugeAMM) reported@VodafoneUK Leaving after years with you. Donating free SIM cards to undocumented migrants arriving illegally on small boats is where I draw the line. I’ll be taking my custom to a network that respects UK border control and the rule of law. #Vodafone #CancelVodafone
-
Or Sassur (@Orsassur2) reported@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK, your customer service in London was an absolute disgrace. I went to your store simply to buy a Vodafone SIM card and was treated like an enemy of the Crown rather than a potential customer. The attitude of the staff was arrogant, hostile and completely disproportionate to such a simple request. When a customer challenges poor service, your employees should not respond with intimidation, threats or an attitude designed to make the customer feel unwelcome. Your store staff are there to serve customers—not interrogate them as if they were members of the Secret Service. I expected professionalism from a major British telecommunications company. Instead, I experienced arrogance, hostility and behaviour that left me questioning whether Vodafone actually wants customers. @VodafoneUK, is this really the standard of customer service you consider acceptable in London? Because if so, the problem isn't the customer. The problem is Vodafone.
-
Simon Danczuk (@SimonDanczuk) reportedThinking about it, do @VodafoneUK make any money from the government issuing these emergency alerts?..
