I'm about to lose my mind with @VodafoneUK Been trying to pay a bill that's overdue but legit can't pay cause their site keeps crashing, their automated phoning crashes and when put through to an actual person the audio quality is so bad that I genuinely can't hear them.

@VodafoneUK Hey, got a new Superfast Wifi Hub last Thu, its worked perfectly since then until this morning. Im aware that there could be drop outs or slow speeds in 1st 10 days, but the Internet LED lights been flashing all day so I've had no internet at all. Any ideas whats up?

@VodafoneUK I honestly think it’s crap that I cannot get the £258 for the trade in if my iPhone XR to pay off the early upgrade fee to get the new iPhone... but instead yous want my phone for free and still pay the early upgrade fee... that is just unfair

And is it correct that @VodafoneUK should hold the NUC rather than @HuaweiMobileUK? That was the advice I got from @Huawei technical support but Vodafone disagree. Shambles.

Hi @CityFibre when you fibre an area how long does @VodafoneUK remain the exclusive ISP? I would really like to use your network but Vodafone has lots of reviews complaining of terrible customer service and unreliability issues so no chance I’m taking the risk with them.
