We were discouraged from solving problems like this. Customer service for big companies is toxic. I am so sorry for your loss and trouble.

I know they run a business but their customer care/credit controllers don’t believe your parent has died, it’s pay us or we put you to debt collection.

It's definitely not the phone cos it's new so I'm wondering if there are any signal issues currently in Glasgow.

I haven't used the new phone due to their not bring enough memory that I have from my S10+. Upon checking on the SIM card, there is nowhere for this to go. I feel this has been mis-sold to me!

I even had to call 999 (emergency line) to speak to samaritans, How's that fair on people having a real emergency!!!!!!!!
