We were discouraged from solving problems like this. Customer service for big companies is toxic. I am so sorry for your loss and trouble.

I was told someone would be in touch to update me within 48hrs. Still waiting. Tried phoning but been on hold for over an hour. So I'm still without internet 😭😭

Confirmed each time the account had been closed which would be followed by a letter from debt collectors saying I still owed money & a ****** credit rating which eventually got un-******. Never using them again

I haven't used the new phone due to their not bring enough memory that I have from my S10+. Upon checking on the SIM card, there is nowhere for this to go. I feel this has been mis-sold to me!

Size of file 39 Mbts Download speed 22Kbt/s (not constant speed) Time taken 45 minutes Result failed. Is there anywhere in the world worse than this?

Constant delays, you have to hedge your bets at which train to get . Be great if there was a way of having uptodate info to run between platforms!
