I haven't used the new phone due to their not bring enough memory that I have from my S10+. Upon checking on the SIM card, there is nowhere for this to go. I feel this has been mis-sold to me!

Confirmed each time the account had been closed which would be followed by a letter from debt collectors saying I still owed money & a ****** credit rating which eventually got un-******. Never using them again

Then a complaint to Vodafone for compensation as their dodgy reporting may well have ruined your credit file

I can honestly say that they were the absolute worst customer service I have ever come across. Have not gone anywhere near them since
