I know they run a business but their customer care/credit controllers don’t believe your parent has died, it’s pay us or we put you to debt collection.

I was told someone would be in touch to update me within 48hrs. Still waiting. Tried phoning but been on hold for over an hour. So I'm still without internet 😭😭

I can't take to shop due to lockdown and I'm not sending for repair as it 4 weeks old. I want this replaced or trading standards are getting involved.

Looks like it's a reprovisioning error on your side. Investigation was raised but nothing's come out of it.
