  I'm about to lose my mind with @VodafoneUK Been trying to pay a bill that's overdue but legit can't pay cause their site keeps crashing, their automated phoning crashes and when put through to an actual person the audio quality is so bad that I genuinely can't hear them.

  So @VodafoneUK told me the network issue that’s meant no signal since 11pm could be fixed if I went to their shop. Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

  @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Talk talk are no different, we tried to cancel my mothers account for almost two years I eventually stopped the DD. I know they run a business but their customer care/credit controllers don’t believe your parent has died, it’s pay us or we put you to debt collection.

  @VodafoneUK what has happened with the coverage in Norfolk/Suffolk. My wife was stranded today, car broken down with no signal. She is diabetic and had to borrow someone else’s phone to ring for recovery. You pay for a contract which you cannot obviously deliver bad service ffs

After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable
