@virginmedia boasts and brags about their hub 3 being the best ever, the only thing they are the best ever at is the amount of times they go offline, thankfully @VodafoneUK has a decent network i am able to stay online unlike my hub3

So @VodafoneUK told me the network issue that’s meant no signal since 11pm could be fixed if I went to their shop. Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

.@VodafoneUK's complete disregard for customer service & data is the reason I won't recommend them to anyone. It took them 4 months to cancel my contract despite being completed. Now those 4 months have backed up and my information has been passed onto some vulture debt company

@VodafoneUK So after what seemed like an age of pestering me to stay with Vodafone despite the poor signal and to give them another chance, I gave in and said yes to the sim only deal. Then after asking multiple times that its still only a 30 day contract I was asked to sign.

@VodafoneUK lovely way you treat your customers. You'll happily add hidden charges to someone's bill and then will actively claim they're 'valid charges' even after someone has provided you with the specific legislation to prove it isn't valid, nor legal. You should be ashamed.

📶 Credit where it's due to @VodafoneUK. Broadband died yesterday. Spoke to offshore support at 10:27. Ticket raised at 10:35. @WeAreOpenreach engineer landed at 11:00. New entry point and box fitted by 13:30. Service back on at 13:40 🙌

Upon setting up a new sim with @EE I discovered that @VodafoneUK suddenly declared I was in a contract with them! And they now wanted £250 to end a contract for a substandard service that is intermittent and sometimes I cant get a signal for 3 days at a time

@AvantiWestCoast @VodafoneUK @O2 No. I do not need your help. The bandwidth and patchy transmitter network is appalling. I used to get 9600-14400bps on the WCML in 1998 and I knew when the signal would drop. It is no better now. Despite three methods of connection to a network. This is a shambles.
