Without exception, your customer service people have been excellent. I compliment those in India on the 👍quality of their spoken English🙏🏼

Im aware that there could be drop outs or slow speeds in 1st 10 days, but the Internet LED lights been flashing all day so I've had no internet at all. Any ideas whats up?

I haven't used the new phone due to their not bring enough memory that I have from my S10+. Upon checking on the SIM card, there is nowhere for this to go. I feel this has been mis-sold to me!

I know they run a business but their customer care/credit controllers don’t believe your parent has died, it’s pay us or we put you to debt collection.

Said they didn’t have to. Defaulted on 8 months after they gave the “debt” to another company. credit score in the shitter and almost never got a mortgage as a result 🫠
