Pressed refresh, asked to pay bill again, so I did and the same thing happened. Checked my bank and I've been charged twice.

Was not Vodafone but similar customer ‘services’. They became increasingly intimidating. I sent them his new address. 6 feet under St Pancras Cemetary.
