    @VodafoneUK 2/2 Can I add that I’ve been on Vodafone customer service a lot this past week while renewing 3 family plans and sorting out a router issue. Without exception, your customer service people have been excellent. I compliment those in India on the 👍quality of their spoken English🙏🏼

    @JuanSoloTGA @VodafoneUK Scrub that. I can go online and download stuff on safari but I just came off Wi-Fi and onto 4g and I just had 12 emails through from late this morning to now. Apple services are not working properly either.

    @VodafoneUK great customer service as always - getting threatening emails that if I don’t return my router I’ll get a £72 charge even though they haven’t sent me a returns bag (or even an address) to let me do this. Just another reason why I’ll be switching mobile providers too!

    Since March I've spent more than 11 hours of my life on the phone to their customer services, I've had to spend £100s on mobile data, it's literally impossible to properly function in 2022 without broadband. It's been 118 days - @VodafoneUK when will you finally fix this?

    @VodafoneUK congratulations voda you have just lost a new customer because you can't deliver on time despite paying 9.99 extra delivery fee . Maybe you should not use DPD for delivery as they can't be trusted to deliver your devices . I have just cancelled

    @HMRCcustomers Like I said I am not in the country. So I don't know but it's that time of the year so I am pretty sure I have. I have contacted @VodafoneUK to issue me a sim digitally but since I purchased via @currys they are of no help, and I cannot get in contact with Currys.

    @VodafoneUK why is your internet connectivity so poor in Leeds City centre? I am having to use WiFi to load basic web pages, it's unusable. From looking online it appears I am not on my own and most people on your network are in the same boat.
