I was told someone would be in touch to update me within 48hrs. Still waiting. Tried phoning but been on hold for over an hour. So I'm still without internet 😭😭

Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!
