We were discouraged from solving problems like this. Customer service for big companies is toxic. I am so sorry for your loss and trouble.

Tried complaints dept twice who still haven't phoned me back with any update 😔 help

Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!
