@VodafoneUK i have done the DM now, as i stated i have been intouch with the customer service for broadband technical help and quite frankly they are useless and to busy sticking to their hot sheet and script and cant solve the issue

Hey @VodafoneUK if you're gonna keep people on hold for 20+ minutes maybe don't just have the same two terrible songs on repeat. Especially as one has a spoken bit at the end that makes us think we've got through to an operator...

So, so tempted to ditch @ThreeUK and switch to @VodafoneUK . Notwithstanding the service reliability, I really, really fancy a Pixel 4a 5g and the VF deal looks good. If only I had done more than 9 months on 3. 😭😭😭
