Email from @VodafoneUK about bills increasing.. I wouldn't mind but I pay for 5G already but there is no 5G coverage in my area, the customer service is awful & the signal is terrible most of the time. Can't wait until my contract ends.

@VodafoneUK @SamsungMobile I've had enough of being messed about with this peice of **** phone ive been sold. I can't take to shop due to lockdown and I'm not sending for repair as it 4 weeks old. I want this replaced or trading standards are getting involved.

@VodafoneUK phoned today to upgrade two phones, been a loyal customer for over 10 years, first call £45.90 for upgrade, second call it went to £47.90 with £29 upfront cost, then I phoned complaints, he told me very sorry and he will come back with very best price , £61.29.☹

@VodafoneUK I’ve now spent 40 minutes trying to cancel a 5+year contract for a MyFi dongle (which doesn’t work now) and each time the call drops just when we are getting somewhere. I’m calling on a business Vodafone contract phone!! Go figure.

@VodafoneUK My Vodafone broadband cuts out about 5 times a day. This is much needed but a disgrace this is not offered to existing customers for free with connection issues just their way to make extra money off the back off an already poor service.
