    .@VodafoneUK's complete disregard for customer service & data is the reason I won't recommend them to anyone. It took them 4 months to cancel my contract despite being completed. Now those 4 months have backed up and my information has been passed onto some vulture debt company

    @virginmedia boasts and brags about their hub 3 being the best ever, the only thing they are the best ever at is the amount of times they go offline, thankfully @VodafoneUK has a decent network i am able to stay online unlike my hub3

    @VodafoneUK great customer service as always - getting threatening emails that if I don’t return my router I’ll get a £72 charge even though they haven’t sent me a returns bag (or even an address) to let me do this. Just another reason why I’ll be switching mobile providers too!

    @VodafoneUK Alright lads, got a new router delivered and, having followed the instructions on the booklet, the wifi light is green but the internet light flashes red and asks us to reconnect to restart the DSL line when we try to reconnect. Any help would be great

    @VodafoneUK how I hate thee. Wish I'd never left @Plusnet & ended up attached to your calamitous 'broadband'. A replacement router sent out, but not working. After telling support what issue was 'acs failed' I left it for hours & hey presto. Phone lines off & not working. Argh
