So @VodafoneUK told me the network issue that’s meant no signal since 11pm could be fixed if I went to their shop. Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

.@VodafoneUK's complete disregard for customer service & data is the reason I won't recommend them to anyone. It took them 4 months to cancel my contract despite being completed. Now those 4 months have backed up and my information has been passed onto some vulture debt company

@VodafoneUK absolutely disgraceful customer service from Lauren in your Buchanan street Glasgow store total waste of time given wrong information and kept waiting over 30 mins and provided with no assistance what so ever left the store with the advice to phone customer service

@VodafoneUK But it’s not “current” is it @VodafoneUK ? That’s the dishonest part. The services seem to be down at the same time every night from late evening (11ish?) into the early hours of the next day. I don’t know for how long. It’s obviously scheduled so why misrepresent it?
