.@VodafoneUK's complete disregard for customer service & data is the reason I won't recommend them to anyone. It took them 4 months to cancel my contract despite being completed. Now those 4 months have backed up and my information has been passed onto some vulture debt company

So @VodafoneUK told me the network issue that’s meant no signal since 11pm could be fixed if I went to their shop. Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

@VodafoneUK Switching to you for Home Broadband has been terrible. Switch date was 30th December, got disconnected by previous provider on that day and have been left hanging without a connection since, especially at these difficult times with remote working and learning.

@VodafoneUK i ordered broadband on 16th November. Its nearly 2 months later and countless phone calls where i have been hung up on twice, and still nothing. Absolutely terrible service. Hours spent chasing you and no progress made. The worst company I have ever dealt with!
