Pressed refresh, asked to pay bill again, so I did and the same thing happened. Checked my bank and I've been charged twice.

It took them 4 months to cancel my contract despite being completed. Now those 4 months have backed up and my information has been passed onto some vulture debt company

Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

Confirmed each time the account had been closed which would be followed by a letter from debt collectors saying I still owed money & a ****** credit rating which eventually got un-******. Never using them again

Without exception, your customer service people have been excellent. I compliment those in India on the 👍quality of their spoken English🙏🏼

Sent my phone for repair in January -advised it would take few days to repair. 3 months later and advisors still cant tell me where my phone is. Lost? Stolen? I got it sorted eventually after raising the issue with one of the agency that’s do the crimes it scores. Was a ballache at the time tho.
