    So @VodafoneUK told me the network issue that’s meant no signal since 11pm could be fixed if I went to their shop. Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

    @VodafoneUK hi can you help please. I have received a letter detailing a new phone contract using my name and address but I did not set this up. Unsure if letter is a fake or whether someone is using my details and/or bank details.

    @VodafoneUK Enjoy being billed repeatedly for services you cancelled months ago, and enjoy listening to a recorded tune for hours on end while you try to get this remedied abs make a complaint. Vodafone - more than just useless!

    @VodafoneUK absolutely disgraceful customer service from Lauren in your Buchanan street Glasgow store total waste of time given wrong information and kept waiting over 30 mins and provided with no assistance what so ever left the store with the advice to phone customer service

    Email from @VodafoneUK about bills increasing.. I wouldn't mind but I pay for 5G already but there is no 5G coverage in my area, the customer service is awful & the signal is terrible most of the time. Can't wait until my contract ends.

    Never again will i ever buy anything of vodafone 2hrs 45mins of phone calls and still no further forward cant wait till my contracts are finished never again will a go with them @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK honestly guys if you are thinking of taking out broadband with this company then hell ******* no. Iv literally been on the phone numerous times since 11am and on hold most of the day. Shocking customer service. And before anyone states about the current circumstances

    A 🧵about the problems of dealing with @VodafoneUK when things go wrong. Recently my wife’s 93 yo aunt decided to upgrade from a very old PAYG mobile to a shiny new contract iPhone. It arrived last Friday (27/1) & we helped her install the new SIM & initiated the transfer

    .@VodafoneUK not sure why your complaints number is going through to technical support, but its adding to the complaint. Also however the calls are being routed to the call center is causing echo and breaks in the call which is very frustrating.

    @VodafoneUK Wish your home broadband works like your phone network. You've left me without broadband since 31st January and told me each day the matter has been resolved and it'll be working in a couple of hours. Won't answer the phone and your bot is pathetic . Get your act together.

    @VodafoneUK just gave a zero score for this feedback…. Couldn’t help me with my son going to Australia for a year whilst still having to pay his monthly data plan. Very disappointed and unhappy. Could have paused the contract but no!!!

    @VodafoneUK so I made a complaint about having my fibre broadband order cancelled. Then being told and I quote "no fibre router and due to insufficient capacity your order has been cancelled." You guys for real... Dont sell what you can not provide. #Cowboys
