    @VodafoneUK Hey, got a new Superfast Wifi Hub last Thu, its worked perfectly since then until this morning. Im aware that there could be drop outs or slow speeds in 1st 10 days, but the Internet LED lights been flashing all day so I've had no internet at all. Any ideas whats up?

    @O2 now into the 3rd week of missing data. How can 15mb just vanish from your account. 3 calls and no further forward. May be time to change network @VodafoneUK may be getting a new customer soon 📲🙃 @O2 help please

    @wee_alana_t @VodafoneUK They’re a shower of shite. Got a text in July to say I’d be getting a monthly discount as I hadn’t renewed contract yet . But they’ve never given the discount on any bill since #SortItOutVodafone #PoorService

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I worked in a call centre for a 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 energy company, and we were encouraged to treat people with hostility if they were refusing to pay. We were discouraged from solving problems like this. Customer service for big companies is toxic. I am so sorry for your loss and trouble.

    @VodafoneUK My Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is included with my contract and shows active on the Vodafone webpage but not on the APP, but my Microsoft account says the subscription expired on Feb 3. I need help to sort this as I can't play games on Xbox App due to "no subscription".

I tried network coverage checker but ...surprise surprise it's not even loading. So as of a few minutes ago I've left Vodafone after many years .

    @VodafoneUK Do you have a customer service complaint email address for any manager? Or are poor customers just left at the mercy of overseas call centres that are no help? My phone has not been working since last Friday evening. Can you provide an email address so I can write a complaint and explain the events? I am also pursuing this with the regulator.
