@VodafoneUK I went to pay my bill, once I put in my details I was taken to a screen that said that there was an issue and to refresh and try again. Pressed refresh, asked to pay bill again, so I did and the same thing happened. Checked my bank and I've been charged twice.

I'm about to lose my mind with @VodafoneUK Been trying to pay a bill that's overdue but legit can't pay cause their site keeps crashing, their automated phoning crashes and when put through to an actual person the audio quality is so bad that I genuinely can't hear them.

@theproperKP @VodafoneUK They've just 'upgraded' four local transmitters. It used to be awful, now the signal is absolutely abysmal. Spend more time with no mobike internet than with it now, yet it's supposed to be 5G. Vodafone are a complete joke.

@VodafoneUK 5g frequently just doesn't work, even with full signal, regardless of where I am in the country. iPhone permanently set to 4g now. No other network I've used (all of the main UK ones) seems to have the same issue.

@VodafoneUK I have tried every way to contact Vodaphone with no joy - the reason for leaving! I’ve given up trying to transfer the number over but just want to cancel my account. How do I do this without wasting even more time in queues that never get answered?
