@VodafoneUK I honestly think it’s crap that I cannot get the £258 for the trade in if my iPhone XR to pay off the early upgrade fee to get the new iPhone... but instead yous want my phone for free and still pay the early upgrade fee... that is just unfair

@VodafoneUK Hey, got a new Superfast Wifi Hub last Thu, its worked perfectly since then until this morning. Im aware that there could be drop outs or slow speeds in 1st 10 days, but the Internet LED lights been flashing all day so I've had no internet at all. Any ideas whats up?

@VodafoneUK Trying to sort an issue with broadband. It has now been over 5 months and not resolved. Meantime I am paying for a service which isn’t being used. I have had 2 calls to staff who have not got any idea how to resolve. One call took 2.5 hours.

@VodafoneUK 2/2 Can I add that I’ve been on Vodafone customer service a lot this past week while renewing 3 family plans and sorting out a router issue. Without exception, your customer service people have been excellent. I compliment those in India on the 👍quality of their spoken English🙏🏼

@Matthew_Wright @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK You should, but when we tried this with Vodaphone, who are awful, I couldn’t receive calls for 3 months and then my number somehow got given to a PAYG, so I received all their calls. Quite an education were those calls! Nightmare for our business.

So two days after my 14 day cooling off period ends, @VodafoneUK cut my broadband speed by half so it's at the bare minimum they offer, 20+Mbps below the speed they promised. Terrible company.

@VodafoneUK I am absolutely appalled by Vodafone’s customer service. I sent my phone away last week to be repaired as something in the charging port had come loose. My phone was bought in April, therefore it is still under warranty as it’s less than a year since it was purchased

@VodafoneUK All of that while your staff in the Harrow store kept my phone in store from 19th Oct and didn't send it for repair until 2nd Nov and blatantly lied to me and the insurance company. You need to fix this as as I'm now more than frustrated. Horrible customer service!
