Email from @VodafoneUK about bills increasing.. I wouldn't mind but I pay for 5G already but there is no 5G coverage in my area, the customer service is awful & the signal is terrible most of the time. Can't wait until my contract ends.

Most companies are happy to offer help in this awful time of need but no, not @VodafoneUK couldn’t give a damn if you’ve had to close your business and no income at all.... as long as you pay your bill! 😡 Defo won’t be having any more of my custom that’s for sure! #Vodafone

@VodafoneUK @SamsungMobile I've had enough of being messed about with this peice of **** phone ive been sold. I can't take to shop due to lockdown and I'm not sending for repair as it 4 weeks old. I want this replaced or trading standards are getting involved.

@VodafoneUK I went to pay my bill, once I put in my details I was taken to a screen that said that there was an issue and to refresh and try again. Pressed refresh, asked to pay bill again, so I did and the same thing happened. Checked my bank and I've been charged twice.

@VodafoneUK At the start of this I was told it wasn’t something you could help with and I had to call. Long story short, the CEO’s office is trying - and so far failing - to fix the issue (no idea where the problem lies, maybe Billing, maybe IT), so there’s no point in my rehashing it all.
