@VodafoneUK can you help? Engineers came to install my broadband on Friday but weren't able to for tech reasons. I was told someone would be in touch to update me within 48hrs. Still waiting. Tried phoning but been on hold for over an hour. So I'm still without internet 😭😭

@GEddolls Been there. @VodafoneUK 3 times failed to close an account properly. Confirmed each time the account had been closed which would be followed by a letter from debt collectors saying I still owed money & a ****** credit rating which eventually got un-******. Never using them again

@VodafoneUK I have been a very loyal customer & would expect to be treated well. I haven't used the new phone due to their not bring enough memory that I have from my S10+. Upon checking on the SIM card, there is nowhere for this to go. I feel this has been mis-sold to me!

@DrMarkColey @VodafoneUK @NokiaMobile Hi. done some more research. Despite the emails from Vodafone suggesting i will be unable to make voice calls that isn't the case. When 3g is switched off voice calls will be routed via the 2g network. Not as great but still ok. Data will be ok that will be 4g.

@VodafoneUK your customer service is awful. I have tried repeatedly to speak to a ‘real person’ to deal with a query on my account, but keep being guided to clicking links and automated bots. My two children (under 18) have been removed from my account without my permission.
