Confirmed each time the account had been closed which would be followed by a letter from debt collectors saying I still owed money & a ****** credit rating which eventually got un-******. Meantime I am paying for a service which isn’t being used. I have had 2 calls to staff who have not got any idea how to resolve. One call took 2.5 hours.
