@VodafoneUK It’s too late Steph; I’m long gone. The last and latest issue was that nobody told me I had to get an NUC code for my device, was only told I would be getting a PAC code. This meant I had no working phone with coverage for four days. Pathetic.

.@VodafoneUK's complete disregard for customer service & data is the reason I won't recommend them to anyone. It took them 4 months to cancel my contract despite being completed. Now those 4 months have backed up and my information has been passed onto some vulture debt company

@virginmedia boasts and brags about their hub 3 being the best ever, the only thing they are the best ever at is the amount of times they go offline, thankfully @VodafoneUK has a decent network i am able to stay online unlike my hub3

Don’t normally tweet about bad customer service. But @VodafoneUK has been awful. I’ve had so many issues with resolving problems since I’ve been with them. kept on the line for 40 minutes today to be told my broadband is going up in price because my phone contract is expiring 👍
