So @VodafoneUK told me the network issue that’s meant no signal since 11pm could be fixed if I went to their shop. Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

.@VodafoneUK's complete disregard for customer service & data is the reason I won't recommend them to anyone. It took them 4 months to cancel my contract despite being completed. Now those 4 months have backed up and my information has been passed onto some vulture debt company

Wow... @VodafoneUK have got to have the worst costumer care / technical team around. Had to make the same call 6 times in as many days and still not fixed the issue. New network needed I think. 🤬

@VodafoneUK It’s too late Steph; I’m long gone. The last and latest issue was that nobody told me I had to get an NUC code for my device, was only told I would be getting a PAC code. This meant I had no working phone with coverage for four days. Pathetic.

@VodafoneUK absolutely disgraceful customer service from Lauren in your Buchanan street Glasgow store total waste of time given wrong information and kept waiting over 30 mins and provided with no assistance what so ever left the store with the advice to phone customer service

@VodafoneUK the trade in tool for S10s. My S10 has 1 small chip in the screen and several tiny unnoticeable scratches (only appear in a certain light due to the poor screen glass used.... Easiest phone screen to scratch in history) does this mean I can't benefit from the tool?

@VodafoneUK @YouTube Vodafone is a terrible company! I did not receive my order (unlimited sim and device). I asked them to resend, and they refused. Then, I ask them to cancel my order, and they transfer my chat to the whole company's department with no solution.

I’d have previously recommended Vodafone to everyone, but honestly if you’re considering swapping network do not use @VodafoneUK - I regret renewing my contract with them. 0 customer loyalty and shocking service. Don’t get tied into a contract like I have. Avoid them!
