    @VodafoneUK I went to pay my bill, once I put in my details I was taken to a screen that said that there was an issue and to refresh and try again. Pressed refresh, asked to pay bill again, so I did and the same thing happened. Checked my bank and I've been charged twice.

    So @VodafoneUK told me the network issue that’s meant no signal since 11pm could be fixed if I went to their shop. Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

    @VodafoneUK Enjoy being billed repeatedly for services you cancelled months ago, and enjoy listening to a recorded tune for hours on end while you try to get this remedied abs make a complaint. Vodafone - more than just useless!

    Most companies are happy to offer help in this awful time of need but no, not @VodafoneUK couldn’t give a damn if you’ve had to close your business and no income at all.... as long as you pay your bill! 😡 Defo won’t be having any more of my custom that’s for sure! #Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK hi can you help please. I have received a letter detailing a new phone contract using my name and address but I did not set this up. Unsure if letter is a fake or whether someone is using my details and/or bank details.

    Wow... @VodafoneUK have got to have the worst costumer care / technical team around. Had to make the same call 6 times in as many days and still not fixed the issue. New network needed I think. 🤬

    Email from @VodafoneUK about bills increasing.. I wouldn't mind but I pay for 5G already but there is no 5G coverage in my area, the customer service is awful & the signal is terrible most of the time. Can't wait until my contract ends.

    @VodafoneUK honestly guys if you are thinking of taking out broadband with this company then hell ******* no. Iv literally been on the phone numerous times since 11am and on hold most of the day. Shocking customer service. And before anyone states about the current circumstances

    @VodafoneUK scamming ********, one of the main reasons I renewed my contract with you is that you said you wouldn't reintroduce roaming charges in the EU. You already have a huge network in the EU so it doesn't cost you any extra.. you're just being greedy profiteering *****!

    Vodafone to bring back roaming charges if you are in Europe. Back to past hunting for wifi. Time to quit @VodafoneUK Anyone know a provider that won't bring back these rip-off charges? Quite like Vodafone but work too much on continent ( pre-Covid) so this is bad news

    @VodafoneUK’s waiting tunes are good but they have been ruined by me being on hold to them for a total of several hours over the course of a few days in a quest to fix my WiFi.

    @RikeFranke @VodafoneUK I’m a great supporter of privacy, but I can do that much better myself, I don't need any EU bureaucracy that has led to the whole Internet being littered with annoying hints that nobody reads, which only complicates life. We need more digital education and less stupid EU laws.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for the fast reply, that's good to hear but I'm still disappointed that Vodafone lied to me to get my money. I will find a new provider next year. I know it's not your fault CSA's so sorry for the language but your bosses need to know we are unhappy with this crap.
