So @VodafoneUK told me the network issue that’s meant no signal since 11pm could be fixed if I went to their shop. Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

@VodafoneUK I went to pay my bill, once I put in my details I was taken to a screen that said that there was an issue and to refresh and try again. Pressed refresh, asked to pay bill again, so I did and the same thing happened. Checked my bank and I've been charged twice.

@VodafoneUK Don't make a mistake and cancel early, I got confused because of memory issues and canceled a year early, now I have been given a bill for £165.82. There was nothing in the exit letter that I still had 12 months on the contract. Bread and water for the next few months

@VodafoneUK i've been with some bad internet providers but vodafone take the biscuit. 2 months ago my internet was activated and it's never been at even a third of the speed i'm paying for. 4th time contacting today. everytime i'm told it'll be resolved in 72hrs. but it never is.

@VodafoneUK Noticing some network performance issues. Signal shows 4G/5G but not actually connectivity. Cannot browser or use internet based apps. Switching to 3G works ok. Using Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite in London E3. No reports on your signal checker to show issues.

@VodafoneUK - are you having supply issues with your broadband routers? I’ve been told twice now that I’ll receive my router within 24 hours and yet I’ve still not got it. I’m paying for superfast WiFi that I can’t use and I’m currently struggling to work from home on 4G
