So @VodafoneUK told me the network issue that’s meant no signal since 11pm could be fixed if I went to their shop. Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

Email from @VodafoneUK about bills increasing.. I wouldn't mind but I pay for 5G already but there is no 5G coverage in my area, the customer service is awful & the signal is terrible most of the time. Can't wait until my contract ends.

@VodafoneUK I went to pay my bill, once I put in my details I was taken to a screen that said that there was an issue and to refresh and try again. Pressed refresh, asked to pay bill again, so I did and the same thing happened. Checked my bank and I've been charged twice.

@JustMeSueB @VodafoneUK @CPWTweets Used to be with O2 where I did the same thing, upgrading to sim only via CPW and that was no bother at all. new sim came and my number swapped over after it arrived and was put into my phone. never got cut off like this.
