@VodafoneUK I have been a very loyal customer & would expect to be treated well. I haven't used the new phone due to their not bring enough memory that I have from my S10+. Upon checking on the SIM card, there is nowhere for this to go. I feel this has been mis-sold to me!

Since March I've spent more than 11 hours of my life on the phone to their customer services, I've had to spend £100s on mobile data, it's literally impossible to properly function in 2022 without broadband. It's been 118 days - @VodafoneUK when will you finally fix this?

@VodafoneUK recently I've been having problems with the signal quality, when I call people I get halfway through the phone call and it goes all jittery. It's definitely not the phone cos it's new so I'm wondering if there are any signal issues currently in Glasgow.

[1] Lied to again from, they said on the 7th that am engineer was 100% booked to come out today, and now just got off a call from vodafone saying that a booking was never made. My advice would be to 100% avoid Vodafone services @VodafoneUK @Ofcom

There was no specific explanation, just a random "happens sometimes". Can't apply again before 90days... So much for customer service and loyalty! @VodafoneUK is there anything that can be done about it??

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Talk talk are no different, we tried to cancel my mothers account for almost two years I eventually stopped the DD. I know they run a business but their customer care/credit controllers don’t believe your parent has died, it’s pay us or we put you to debt collection.

@VodafoneUK can you help? Engineers came to install my broadband on Friday but weren't able to for tech reasons. I was told someone would be in touch to update me within 48hrs. Still waiting. Tried phoning but been on hold for over an hour. So I'm still without internet 😭😭

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I worked in a call centre for a 🏴 energy company, and we were encouraged to treat people with hostility if they were refusing to pay. We were discouraged from solving problems like this. Customer service for big companies is toxic. I am so sorry for your loss and trouble.

@VodafoneUK Worst Broadband service I have ever experienced. Was supposed to be activated on the 14th of Dec. Cancelled, then 23rd, then 29th then, pushed to the 5th of January, then the 6th, then one agent is telling me it will be the 7th whilst my partner is being told 12th.
