Pressed refresh, asked to pay bill again, so I did and the same thing happened. Checked my bank and I've been charged twice.

Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

I wouldn't mind but I pay for 5G already but there is no 5G coverage in my area, the customer service is awful & the signal is terrible most of the time. Can't wait until my contract ends.

My phone line is fine (a bit engineer has visited and said it was fine). We get no mobile signal. I work from home and my wife is pregnant. Sort it out!
