Most companies are happy to offer help in this awful time of need but no, not @VodafoneUK couldn’t give a damn if you’ve had to close your business and no income at all.... as long as you pay your bill! 😡 Defo won’t be having any more of my custom that’s for sure! #Vodafone

So @VodafoneUK told me the network issue that’s meant no signal since 11pm could be fixed if I went to their shop. Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

@VodafoneUK honestly guys if you are thinking of taking out broadband with this company then hell ******* no. Iv literally been on the phone numerous times since 11am and on hold most of the day. Shocking customer service. And before anyone states about the current circumstances

Email from @VodafoneUK about bills increasing.. I wouldn't mind but I pay for 5G already but there is no 5G coverage in my area, the customer service is awful & the signal is terrible most of the time. Can't wait until my contract ends.

Wow... @VodafoneUK have got to have the worst costumer care / technical team around. Had to make the same call 6 times in as many days and still not fixed the issue. New network needed I think. 🤬
