@GEddolls Been there. @VodafoneUK 3 times failed to close an account properly. Confirmed each time the account had been closed which would be followed by a letter from debt collectors saying I still owed money & a ****** credit rating which eventually got un-******. Never using them again

I was on an O2 pay as you go but I was constantly being called by marketing people trying to sell me a contract which was so annoying and they wouldn't stop!

@VodafoneUK 2/2 the person who served us took from 12.40pm until 6.15pm to sort out an upgrade on two phones. We sat there thirsty and hungry for nearly six hours, and they did not as requested transfer the sim and data. Absolutely disgusted with your service.
