Vodafone Issues Reports Near Minsterley, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Minsterley and nearby locations:

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks 📸📱 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@iJames_ @DylanMcD8 @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK It doesn’t really bother me, on the Xs you can’t see the carrier unless you pull down control centre because the notch takes up too much space 😂

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks 📸📱 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

So 5G officially went live in the UK today on the @EE network in 5 major cities, @VodafoneUK will follow suit in a few weeks. 5G compatible smartphones are still pretty thin on the ground, and with no iPhone expected until 2nd half of 2020 this is going to be a slow burner #5G

  • nisacmendez Nisa Mendez (@nisacmendez) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@VodafoneUK DO NOT JOIN!!!!! Vodafone are an absolute nightmare. I’d never join or recommend this service to anyone. There customer service is disgusting always getting billing wrong and over charging then cutting us off when we don’t pay the over charge

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks 📱⌚️💻📸 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@iJames_ @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK I have my suspicion that it isn’t permanent though. I just think it’s because the carrier settings aren’t compatible, therefore iPhone reverts to default for the type of data network connection. So 4G here is LTE in the states.

  • nisacmendez Nisa Mendez (@nisacmendez) reported from Shrewsbury, England

Paying off the contract in full a year before to be told a year later they calculated it wrong and now we owe more money @VodafoneUK your customer service is shocking. I’m owed money back which they won’t pay!!

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks 📸  📱 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@BenObi2000 @VodafoneUK @EE I also believe I may be wrong but the EE does not support UMTS on the esim but Vodafone does. Shouldn’t be an issue really as 4G LTE is pretty much everywhere now.

  • kiejns Kieran Jones (@kiejns) reported from Minsterley, England

@iamtomskinner @VodafoneUK Big Lanks wouldn't have this problem.

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks 📱⌚️💻📸 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@iJames_ @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK You’ll get the “stock” answer of - “beta software is not supported software and you install at your own risk knowing that there may be compatibility issues” 😂😂

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks 🇬🇧📱⌚️💻📸✈️ (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@DylanMcD8 @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK I’m just glad I have an 11Pro and not a Xr 😂. Vodafone and O2 have a cell sharing agreement meaning your phone will switch between the 2 networks in poor signal areas (cheaper way of increasing coverage) they also share many cell towers with both having antenna on a tower.

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks 📸📱 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@DylanMcD8 @iJames_ @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK @VOXI_UK is owned by @VodafoneUK it’s a sub brand and operates on the Vodafone network as an MVNO, so I’m basically still with Vodafone. It even still says Vodafone as my carrier. So I assume it’s just an admin switch there end.

  • Shaunjenks Shaun Jenks 🇬🇧📱⌚️💻📸✈️ (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England

@ThisIsNoahEvans @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK I had issues for around 20 minutes, seems to be back up a running now though

  • EEPChris EEPChris (@EEPChris) reported from Forden with Leighton and Trelystan, Wales

@VodafoneUK Were experiencing very poor broadband after yesterdays outage. It keeps dropping every few minutes. Anybody having problems today? #vodafone #broadband @Broadband_News

Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • MathieuCamus Mathieu Camus (@MathieuCamus) reported

@VodafoneUK do you guys ever reply? Still waiting on a phone to be exchanged and paying for an upgrade I didn't receive. 6 calls, 3 tweets later still nothing, great customer service so far!! Probably time to switch @EE @ThreeUK

  • DavidJSammon David Sammon (@DavidJSammon) reported

Shocking customer service from @VodafoneUK. Overcharged, on hold for nearly 30 minutes and now without Spotify. This is the third time this has happened since August

  • kevevs1908 Kevin (@kevevs1908) reported

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Try three, we agreed a new contract at the end of November and now they’ve said they won’t honour it as they had system issues that day and what me to pay more. Shocking service

  • JohnP8589 John Priestley (@JohnP8589) reported

@VodafoneUK phone broken so upgraded early. Told 4-6 days delivery. Two weeks later still waiting and not one person can give me an approx date when I will receive the phone. Vodafone not even replied to my DM. Poor customer service.

  • paul_a_frank Paul Frank (@paul_a_frank) reported

@VodafoneUK I know but we need to (1) keep our existing number - for which you advised to call the Gigafast team on the number that doesn't work!!! and (2) wish to use my existing high spec router that has features that I need to keep so I need to talk to someone technical

  • Dannyareuok Danny Grist #43 (@Dannyareuok) reported

@Forbesie10 @VodafoneUK If going by the customer care I received Friday for 5 hours backwards and forwards between people is anything to go by then you’re probably right.

  • strikedave4 Strikedave1 (@strikedave4) reported

@hanfordmagic @VodafoneUK @JuliaHB1 The textbook cancel culture response I see. You literally used the word cancel. As long as YOU are free to comment though, ay?

  • sarahprince71 Sarah Prince (@sarahprince71) reported

@VodafoneUK hi can someone help regarding being charged, even though I cancelled my contract?

  • tylerfox29 Tyler James Fox (@tylerfox29) reported

@VodafoneUK Hello its still not working can anyone help

  • pterodactyl1984 pterodactyl (@pterodactyl1984) reported

@loadedpjk @JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Exactly, you cannot catch Covid over a phone line. Maybe they got the idea from a Laurel & Hardy where Stan blew some ink down the phone into Ollie's ear.
