Mike (@mrmiketyler) reported from Lawley Bank, England@VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

Shaun Jenks 📸📱 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@DylanMcD8 @iJames_ @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK @VOXI_UK is owned by @VodafoneUK it’s a sub brand and operates on the Vodafone network as an MVNO, so I’m basically still with Vodafone. It even still says Vodafone as my carrier. So I assume it’s just an admin switch there end.

Shaun Jenks 🇬🇧📱⌚️💻📸✈️ (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@ThisIsNoahEvans @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK I had issues for around 20 minutes, seems to be back up a running now though
-
karen clough 💖 (@karenclough11) reported from Telford and Wrekin, England@VodafoneUK What is up with the internet today? My signal is dropping out all morning! I only have less then 100mbs of data and I've had to turn that on to send this tweet! #nothappy

Nisa Mendez (@nisacmendez) reported from Shrewsbury, EnglandPaying off the contract in full a year before to be told a year later they calculated it wrong and now we owe more money @VodafoneUK your customer service is shocking. I’m owed money back which they won’t pay!!
-
Shaun Jenks 📸📱 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, EnglandSo 5G officially went live in the UK today on the @EE network in 5 major cities, @VodafoneUK will follow suit in a few weeks. 5G compatible smartphones are still pretty thin on the ground, and with no iPhone expected until 2nd half of 2020 this is going to be a slow burner #5G

Mike (@mrmiketyler) reported from Lawley Bank, England@VodafoneUK Thanks I have messaged. It’s all postcode zones and I’ve done all the troubleshooting the service is just terrible
-
Shaun Jenks 📸📱 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@iJames_ @DylanMcD8 @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK It doesn’t really bother me, on the Xs you can’t see the carrier unless you pull down control centre because the notch takes up too much space 😂
-
Ste (@SteHancocks) reported from Telford and Wrekin, England£26 Unlimited data sim means no more WiFi issues in the office 🙌🏼 hotspot all day long. Thanks @VodafoneUK
-
Nisa Mendez (@nisacmendez) reported from Shrewsbury, England@VodafoneUK DO NOT JOIN!!!!! Vodafone are an absolute nightmare. I’d never join or recommend this service to anyone. There customer service is disgusting always getting billing wrong and over charging then cutting us off when we don’t pay the over charge
-
Shaun Jenks 📱⌚️💻📸 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@iJames_ @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK I have my suspicion that it isn’t permanent though. I just think it’s because the carrier settings aren’t compatible, therefore iPhone reverts to default for the type of data network connection. So 4G here is LTE in the states.
-
Paul Shuttleworth (@Shuttsie) reported from Hadley, EnglandSo @VodafoneUK when you call you get your call centre in Egypt - this is your response ‘We really appreciate your help. Your feedback will be used to help us continually improve our service to customers.’ It would be quite a challenge to be any worse #stressed
-
Shaun Jenks 📱⌚️💻📸 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@iJames_ @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK You’ll get the “stock” answer of - “beta software is not supported software and you install at your own risk knowing that there may be compatibility issues” 😂😂
-
Kieran Jones (@kiejns) reported from Minsterley, England@iamtomskinner @VodafoneUK Big Lanks wouldn't have this problem.
-
Louise (@louisefx96) reported from Telford and Wrekin, England@VodafoneUK staff on the phone are actually useless we order our new contract on the phone go to collect in store to be told the daft woman on the phone never put the order though can you be ******* asked
-
karen clough 💖 (@karenclough11) reported from Telford and Wrekin, England@VodafoneUK Home broadband, been with you since 2016, had a new modem off you in Dec when I renewed contract, crap ever since
-
Shaun Jenks 🇬🇧📱⌚️💻📸✈️ (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@DylanMcD8 @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK I’m just glad I have an 11Pro and not a Xr 😂. Vodafone and O2 have a cell sharing agreement meaning your phone will switch between the 2 networks in poor signal areas (cheaper way of increasing coverage) they also share many cell towers with both having antenna on a tower.
-
Shaun Jenks 📸 📱 (@Shaunjenks) reported from Shrewsbury, England@BenObi2000 @VodafoneUK @EE I also believe I may be wrong but the EE does not support UMTS on the esim but Vodafone does. Shouldn’t be an issue really as 4G LTE is pretty much everywhere now.

AlbaGuBrath (@freewullie_lyn) reported@Iromg @VodafoneUK Found out recently that RNLI do NOT go to the rescue of Fishermen in trouble!!! Wtaf ... transport boat people but won't go to Fishermen in trouble... no more money for them
-
Mike Wood (@mikewooduk) reported@VodafoneUK @ThreeUK So 3 customer popped into Vodafone as your store closure notes you can find 3 at Vodafone. Unable to upgrade, cancel or discuss accounts. Confirmed with several stores. This is definitely a breach not everyone wants to speak to cust service on the phone...
-
Mock the Left (@realmocktheleft) reported@RegSimpkin @VodafoneUK I'd **** 'em off mate. Giving SIMs to gimmegrants. Bastards.
-
Jay Ramella (@ramella_jay) reported@SimonDanczuk @VodafoneUK I certainly would, but their service has been so abysmal for years I doubt there are vast numbers of subscribers. Neat job for Vodafone/Car Phone Warehouse, though. They hand out a few SIMs and superannuated handsets: Government pay the migrant mobile bills. Kerching!

Moomin_St3ff 💚🤍💜🎗🇬🇧🇮🇱 (@Moomin_St3f) reportedWtf? Another one bites the dust... @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK

-
CentralActon 💙 (@CentrAct1) reported@Derek959Derek @VodafoneUK opposes digital exclusion, whoever suffers it. They support all sorts, of which asylum-seekers form a small part. The work is generous and inclusive.
-
Chris Wilson (@Wilboy82) reported@VodafoneUK Absolute shambles. Home Move booked weeks ago, I’ve now moved, and you’ve cancelled it. I’m paying for broadband at a house I no longer live in AND paying extra for temporary internet. Can’t even contact you because your systems are down. Sort this out!
