    So @VodafoneUK, apparently you don’t do cash top ups for PAYG in your stores anymore. Changed 5 weeks ago I got told. My Mam has been a Customer of yours for years. No communication, nothing. She’s not impressed.

    @VodafoneUK hello, right my current phone is on contract with u but it’s broken so need a new one, contract ends sept 19 willing to pay to upgrade or contact termination but you can’t get your termination fees correct had 3 or 4 diff prices #Nothappy #help

    Leave @VodafoneUK in Jan 18. Notice a direct debit still going to them which I cancel, then told it’s for a Dongle I’m in a contract for (never used a dongle in my life). They say I’ve got it & signed up to a contract & owe them £147. I say ok then send me proof....

The customer care staffs say different things on different visits.The idea is to keep delaying. What rubbish is this rule of 4 months before switching to prepaid anyways.
