    .@VodafoneUK woeful online chat...twice attempted to transfer me to retentions and twice, after 15-20mins of waiting the chat window disappears! Try 191 and it’s 36-6min wait time....not that bothered about retaining a customer of 20+ years! 😒

    Leave @VodafoneUK in Jan 18. Notice a direct debit still going to them which I cancel, then told it’s for a Dongle I’m in a contract for (never used a dongle in my life). They say I’ve got it & signed up to a contract & owe them £147. I say ok then send me proof....

    @chetnamakan @VodafoneUK @Ofcom @MartinSLewis Vodaphone are the worst, I cancelled my plan in-store and they (erroneously) kept billing me for 8 months, which I was only informed of when it went to debt collection. Took me weeks and hours on the phone to sort it out and I never got the money back.
