This is the second time whilst being with @VodafoneUK that our landline hasn’t worked! At the start you just randomly changed our phone number after we had already swapped it to our existing number and now total landline outage! This is ridiculous. #shitphoneline

@VodafoneUK Don't pull the wifi card, your new router is actually quite good, excellent home coverage. The problem is not with my home network topology its yours @VodafoneUK so please stop sending customers around in circles weeks on end and admit your servers aren't fit for purpose. 1/2
