@EE @MarcAllera you really employ some incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

@virginmedia I’m not impressed. Switched for phone and broadband on 31st Aug. Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

@VodafoneUK I ordered a phone then after reading not great reviews and realising it’s an unnecessary added money I decided to cancel the order. Phoned Vodafone for return bag spent an hour on the phone no bag arrived, 2 more hours life is precious can I have my 2 hrs back 🥲

@VodafoneUK Saving £312 on a phone, in English, means it’s 300 quid more expensive than it should be before you start. It’s over complicated, full of bullshit aps and you’ll have to change it in a couple of years because Apple won’t support updates. You’ll get about 40 quid for it.
