@VodafoneUK But as i mentioned I tried to ring and was on hold for over 1h 30mins. And still didn't get though to someone. Dedicated Gigafast team = Slow customer service. I have spent over 9 hours of my time trying to get what I'm paying for.

FYI @VodafoneUK thinks it’s cool to extend contracts while charging my partner £300 over last year for their mistake, not fixing it and now taking £50 to collections when they should know what’s going on. 10/10 mobile service provider 🤬

@VodafoneUK I was on hold for 2hrs and so it reached the network 2hr call limit and killed the call. 2hrs? I'm also sitting in a facebook chat and being ignored there also. Is there a 3rd option to get support?

@VodafoneUK I was miss sold broadband by a Vodafone rep online. I was scammed. I was told I would get up to a certain speed. When I spoke to a rep in store I was told this was a lie. I am trying to contact a person to cancel my broadband but the call or chat gets cut off.
