@virginmedia I’m not impressed. Switched for phone and broadband on 31st Aug. Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

@EE @MarcAllera you really employ some incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

£10 to the sim card. To sum up, I was kept waiting for 15 minutes for a simple transaction, I was not given a credit card slip or a receipt, I was abused and I couldn't purchase what I needed. Is this what you call Service @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup ? Abusing your customers?

@VodafoneUK Thanks. Based on what I've read, a complaint seems futile. If broadband isn't activated by end of Friday (3 days after the contracted activation date), I'll cancel the order and choose a company that provides good customer service that doesn't illegally charge customers.
