    @virginmedia I’m not impressed. Switched for phone and broadband on 31st Aug. Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

    @EE @MarcAllera you really employ some incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

    Day 14 of the @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup debacle still no watch or phone working and now they are not calling me a pre-arranged. Really really poor service from #Vodafone. Had a laugh when they emailed me about me Bill not being paid though. #clowns

    @VodafoneUK Phone wasn't purchased from Vodafone, went to unlock via a mobile phone shop and they advised unable to unlock and the phone is locked to Vodafone network. Why would they make that up? They could of chosen any network to say it was locked to. They say it requires a master code?

    @VodafoneUK after years of contract and £1000’s paid I never checked for the word ‘plus’ (in my renewed agreement) in global roaming plus to have access to 81 countries inclusive. I now have to pay £5 a day for 63 days and your Care team can’t do any to support until 5 July.
