@virginmedia I’m not impressed. Switched for phone and broadband on 31st Aug. Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

@VodafoneUK As it is an account issue it certainly doesn't need to take 5 days. Thankfully I can still cancel the contract which I will do on Tuesday morning before the end of the cooling off period. I am not prepared to wait 5 days.
