@VodafoneUK I have no signal. Yr network status checker shows nothing. TOBI is useless & can’t help. Then I used Wi-Fi to ring cust service who tell me there is mast maintenance going on all day. Why no info 4 customers & why have I had to waste so much time finding out? V cross!

@VodafoneUK My line is still not working. Over 72 hours since a contract upgrade and over 48 hours since the initial complaint about the line not working. Not sure how VodafoneUK counts time. Must be a different clock. A complaint. Will send one everyday until resolved.
