@VodafoneUK @steve_sps Hmmm, except when you do that it takes you to a list of options, none of which are relevant and when you specify what you are looking for help with “computer says no”. Maybe if the advisers were actually real people there might be a chance you could help…….?

@VodafoneUK I do have a plan, new phone and new plan, worked ok till last month, now I can only get 3G or nothing, been in contact with customer service few times but not luck, need to resolve the problem, I need internet when abroad for work
