    @VodafoneUK so you’ve decided to alter the terms of my contract midway through and change the agree Bill and up it by 2.5%.this is bad enough anyway let alone during this crisis. Rest assured at the end of my contract I’ll be leaving Vodafone after 20 years. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @hilt_s @VodafoneUK Vodafone are a shower of shit. Good luck on cancelling with them ... I kept getting letters that I owed money after paying my outstanding bill. They are terrible to deal with! @VodafoneIN shower of shit

    Really regretting joining @VodafoneUK had sim almost 2 weeks, no services since activation, PAC transfer taken almost a week and still not done, shocking service. If you’re switching networks, I’d advise caution!

    @VodafoneUK hello, right my current phone is on contract with u but it’s broken so need a new one, contract ends sept 19 willing to pay to upgrade or contact termination but you can’t get your termination fees correct had 3 or 4 diff prices #Nothappy #help

    @RingGo_parking Very sorry for the delay! No I’m on the current public release. However it would appear it was @VodafoneUK issues as when tried other apps they were slow to update or not connect at all.

    Day 14 of the @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup debacle still no watch or phone working and now they are not calling me a pre-arranged. Really really poor service from #Vodafone. Had a laugh when they emailed me about me Bill not being paid though. #clowns

    Black Friday. Top tip, don’t buy anything from @VodafoneUK Ive bought an upgrade, can’t collect my upgrade and now I can’t cancel it. Just a massive waste of my time

    @VodafoneUK any issues in the SS9 area? Our internet connection has been very poor for the last week and is crashing badly today (during the football as well...) Can we have somewhere near the 500mbps we pay for and not 13.7kbps please? Especially as you've just increased prices!

    @VodafoneUK So, I called and spoke to a real person. Seems yesterdays chat was to put a plaster on my problem. The “expert” missed that I’ve had a broken (openreach) connection for some time. Tut tut. Engineer booked. Very disappointed. Seems my dongle hasn’t worked either. Have to reset.

    Stunned that @VodafoneUK weren’t able to offer us a competitive offer for my mother in law’s broadband / land line! A once loyal customer that we’ve now switched v easily to @Plusnet and saved her £130 a year!!

    @VodafoneUK any plans to expand 5G to NN8 soon? With the prices you are now charging per month I can't justify staying if the speeds stay this slow, all the other carriers are using 5G now here
