    @virginmedia I’m not impressed. Switched for phone and broadband on 31st Aug. Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

    @EE @MarcAllera you really employ sim incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre your service/customer service is dreadful. Gigabit Internet has been crap from the start. Now been totally without internet since Mar 3rd. All VF can do is try to sell me extra services on new 24mo contracts. WIll be leaving asap! Take me back to BT!

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup The network works outstanding on ground floor, as we start reaching 2nd, 3rd, 4th floor, Network collapse, forget Internet, even connectivity is lost, tested 3 SIM last few days, than written. I know about refund, if I complain but resolution needed.
