Impossible to speak to someone on the phone, when finally got through to someone after 1/2 hr wait, got cut off. They didn’t ring back. No online advisors available. It’s a shambles.

Keeps changing every few minutes which is a right pain the arse when I access something for work locked down to my IP and keep having to update. Told to use online chat, no advisors available. What’s going on? Terrible service from a communication company.
