Imagine spending hours and days on end to @VodafoneUK to just be ignored! £62.40 my bill INCLUDING £9 insurance yet they’re charging me £9 each month on top of £62.40. Ring them and they tell me it’ll be sorted for month afterwards. NEVER IS!

@VodafoneUK @Wimbledon Stay away from Vodafone everyone. They have repeatedly tried to fix our broadband connection but failed. It continues to disconnect about 6 or 7 times a day. Despite this not being the service we signed up for they will still charge me to cancel the contract.

@VodafoneUK been with Vodafone over a decade and the service I have recieved recently has been terrible. Phone, chat and in store all failed when trying to upgrade and now cancel. 45 mins on the phone to tell me I had to wait for an order to cancel that should have been done!

Thanks to the engineers from @VodafoneUK who installed our new broadband via the @CityFibre network. A very neat install and super fast broadband ready to go. @virginmedia router disconnected and ready to be returned once they reply to my letter cancelling my service :)
