    @VodafoneUK - he also gave no details about the contract such as how long it is for. He left us with more questions than we started with. He didn’t tell us how or when our service would be set up. After asking any question, he would simply repeat his previous answer in a patronising manner.

Your support is not a viable solution, your network speeds vary depending on whether or not your phone feels like having a good connection in a good place, your contracts are horrendously priced, and I'd recommend staying far away from your company.
