Hi @VodafoneUK i've been trying to get a pac code since 8pm yesterday. When i rang, customer services said the system is down (i was on hold for an hour to be told this). It's still not coming through when i text pac and my pin. Can you help please.

@VodafoneUK I have made a formal complaint to you and was told a 48 hour window of when you would contact me back. I have called back since then a promised another call back. I’ve spent over 4 hours on to Vodafone in a week and still not resolved. This is VERY serious.

@EE @MarcAllera you really employ some incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK our network coverage is crap phone says 3 bars of coverage in the house but when you try and make a call it drops out altogether! So the only way to make a call with 4 phones on Vodafone is to stand at the end of the garden!

@VodafoneUK I have just had a call from a lady talking to me about renewing my sim only contract. A) it’s not due to renew until September and B) surely this is non essential work and that lady should be at home safe and not working unnecessarily. #StayAtHome #protectyourstaff

What if your ex call all the companies who you have a contract with, electricity, water, gas, bank, telephone and they would all cancel your contract? Would you be happy about it? @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK When my dad died I was trying to cancel his Virgin account. They wanted to speak to the account holder. Bit difficult I'm afraid unless ashes can speak. I was 23 and doing it all myself and tbh a bit lost.

Told outright lies to try to dissuade me (coverage of other networks, that it would be very complicated to keep my existing number etc) and thought that a month free contract (£15 a month) would make up for £5 a month more!
