    Day 14 of the @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup debacle still no watch or phone working and now they are not calling me a pre-arranged. Really really poor service from #Vodafone. Had a laugh when they emailed me about me Bill not being paid though. #clowns

    @VodafoneUK Have been trying to call you all morning and have tried 26 times now! As soon as I've gone through security you hang up. I have an issue with one of my lines I need to speak to you about!

    @EE @MarcAllera you really employ sim incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

    @RussellHastings @VodafoneUK Been with them years too and got three lines with them and yet it counts for nothing when you have an issue .... I’ve said every time one of the lines is due an upgrade that I’m going elsewhere but then like a numpty I stay with them....

    @virginmedia I’m not impressed. Switched for phone and broadband on 31st Aug. Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

    Many thanks to @VodafoneUK for finally resolving my broadband issues. It turns out the issue was way upstream and @WeAreOpenreach didn’t register the Optical Network Termination correctly on installation. Shame the engineers who visited couldn’t find this issue.

    @VodafoneUK Hi. I'm using your Gigacube service. The service has been shocking for the last week and a half. Has there been a new model of the Gigacube released since January 2021? The service repeatedly cuts out. Sometimes several times an hour.

    @VodafoneUK We were promised a new router if this, or that, or something else didn’t work. We never saw it. Left to me we’d have gone back to 02 before now but the fool has now got a new contract. He thinks he’s special because he was with Vodafone from the start. He’s ‘special’ all right.

    @McDermottQC @VodafoneUK Most do the same. EE increase their prices by 3.9% plus CPI per annum. Not really justifiable in my view. As an aside, I've had Vodafone broadband before and found the connection to be reasonable (although they seemed to have lots of problems with billing / account management).

    @Kempola @VodafoneUK I haven't got a 5g phone yet. It's only been while at work. We Vodafoners here usually get signal all over the factory we work in, but all of us have had no signal this week. I'm getting signal now, as I'm at work, but it's not a strong as usual.

    @VodafoneUK I already spoke to a WiFi Xpert on chat last Sunday. The problem is I shouldn't have to keep ringing and wasting more money being on hold when there are transcripts to work from. I ended up testing myself and it seems the booster is (yet again) the issue.
