    @VodafoneUK with reference to a business contract; how can I speak to a real life customer service agent regarding a broken phone that needs repairing? The live chat is appalling! 191 redirects you to live chat. It shouldn’t be this difficult and such a massive waste of time

    I’m so annoyed that after being a customer of @VodafoneUK for 20+ years £50 a month, I’ve been refused an upgrade and contract because of an apparent credit check fail. It’s bullshit and time to leave Vodafone! #imleavingonthenexttrain 😵‍💫

    @EE you can actually give a timeframe on network issues unlike @VodafoneUK who take 2 months to fix problems. That’s what I call quality. Glad to be working for you and @btcareers this year on my apprenticeship.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Harriet, in that case I want to cancel my contract without charge because I have been misled to believe it includes WiFi on the tube. Nowhere was it announced it would stop working and if I had known this 2 months ago I would not have started a contract with Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK what's the point in WiFi calling if you can't have it selected all the time? Kind of defeats the point, like in this situation where my calls keep dropping anyway because the signal is on and off. Prior to weekend, I consistently had full 4g signal. When will resume?
