I was also told I would be called back at an allotted time after waiting for 2 hours on hold for only to never get a call back. But Jacob @VodafoneUK customer support was very helpful. It’s either one extreme or the other with my experience. Hopefully we won’t have any issues...

@VodafoneUK I have had no signal for 4 days, your online help wants to text me then get a rep to call, I HAVE NO SIGNAL I can't receive either. No help from customer services either. 10 days left on my contract then I can dump Vodafone.

Today I tried play ACNH online for the first time and discovered our router will never allow me to because the NAT type will never go above a D without port forwarding, which isn’t possible 😭 **** you very much @VodafoneUK

I’ve been spending the last week or so sorting out internet at my girlfriends place with @VodafoneUK and although their customer support are great, their website/ customer portal seemingly can’t stop crashing. For a ‘leader’ in British telecoms, their web presence is shocking.

@VodafoneUK My problem in short. The data amount of my Voxi contract is insufficient. Using the MyVodafone app I was now transferred from Vodafone to Voxi support two times. Currently stil in a chat with the Voxi support on the MyVodafone app. I would not mind to change to Vodafone.

@OpenreachHelp @TomLittlehales A quick scan of social media will tell you there are quite clearly a few issues in Leighton Buzzard. WE are reporting a major outage. Maybe you should take a proper look instead of waiting for @VodafoneUK to finally admit they have no idea what they’re doing?

@VodafoneUK Would defo have to be my wife, she keeps the family strong and together, we got Vodafone on about 3 phones and have never had any sort of problem, would defo recommend it, I went turkey and was able to use part of voda roaming to call the mrs and stay in touch
