I’ve been spending the last week or so sorting out internet at my girlfriends place with @VodafoneUK and although their customer support are great, their website/ customer portal seemingly can’t stop crashing. For a ‘leader’ in British telecoms, their web presence is shocking.

@VodafoneUK gives a text offering super fast broadband with higher speeds then I get or money off. Think it may be a slight infrastructure upgrade by @WeAreOpenreach before they can offer that In the countryside. So never will happen unless they like to offer it 4 free.

@VodafoneUK I bought an Oppo A72 phone from a Vodafone store in July, told it would be easy to unlock with an NUC. So far, Vodafone hasn’t been able to unlock the phone so we’re stuck with a phone that cannot be used with any other network. Customer service has been shocking.
