    @VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

    @keaf05 @VodafoneUK Mum had a nasty shock today to find over £300 had been taken from her account. No sign of it on any of the bills when buying the phone as all fees had been waived. Service from a call centre in Manila truly awful kept going round in circles not understanding anything!

    Appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK. Over 1 hour 30 mins waiting on the phone for nothing to be resolved. All over a charge that had been waived when buying the phone to now be told it has to be paid #scammers

    @OpenreachHelp We have reported the fault to our service provider who are now @VodafoneUK who have said it takes 3 days for you to bother to fix anything. We all know it’s your problem so @Ofcom need to know how bad you lot are!!

    @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach Sort out the internet problems in Down Ampney your meant to fix the line and continue to fail your contracts to the service provider get off your arses and fix the junction box! We have no internet and @VodafoneUK have informed us it’s your fault!

    @OpenreachHelp Well our provider are @BTBusiness until midnight on Sunday and move to @VodafoneUK so will be in limbo but hope BT can re-instruct to look again as rain is clearly the problem always has been over the years here!

    @VodafoneUK Right...this is getting stupid now. I have spent about four hours over three different phone calls trying to get data on my Apple Watch and I still have nothing!! Even after being told that it would be activated and that I would get a text saying so!! NOT HAPPY!

    @VodafoneUK It went amazing, basically if I can get the phone I want cheap else where I got told to join them. They didn’t even offer me a different phone. A great way to treat long term customer with multiple lines in his house. Not for long

    Well @VodafoneUK after looking at the loyalty a constant customer get with regards to one off costs and monthly fee and add to that I’ve been waiting to speak to someone for around 20 mins I’ll think I’ll take my upgrade money somewhere else.

    @VodafoneUK @BegumNadiya I'm afraid I've been in contact with you several times recently. You've had problems with a local mast (NW3) I know. Even when I have a connection, it's often not enough for iPlayer/Netflix etc, or to open photos on Twitter. I'm on a train right now btw!

    Well that’s an official complaint send via email too @VodafoneUK and now in the process in contacting @Ofcom hopefully they will help! @EE and @O2 let’s see what deals you can do help @toni_herbert1 out!! It’s only been a year and @VodafoneUK can’t sort her billing process out.

    @VodafoneUK what a shower you are. After months my issue is still not sorted. Despite assurances today that somebody would call me back, nobody did. Phoned again and asked for a call back while they looked into it and was told you couldn’t make outgoing calls after 5pm!!!!

    I have been scammed by @VodafoneUK Vodafone and @UK_Awin who promised a £100 Amazon gift card. Didn't receive and am unable to email the company as my email address is blocked - how convenient. I have found several others with the same issue. Might be time for trading standards.

    @virginmedia Don’t worry @virginmedia - problem solved. Ordered a new SIM from @VodafoneUK and transferred her old number. Very happy not to have to deal with @virginmedia ‘customer service’ any more.

    @VodafoneUK my friend has had terrible customer service spent 3.5 hours to online facility and still online now. They are having a laugh with her passing her from one to another. It’s like one big joke. This is on top of 2.5 hours last week. Another friend with horrendous service

    @VodafoneUK just had the worlds worst service and a 120 minutes of obstructive representatives! @VodafoneUK is ok to deliberately cut off and then arrange a callback at the equivalent of 3am for a night worker!! Avoid at all costs. Ofcom here I come

    @VodafoneUK i am disappointed that you haven’t been able to help me during lockdown. Self employed Taxi driver who has paid his bills on time for the last 3 years+ Can’t you give me a short holiday before i go back to work. EE CAN DO THAT AND OFFER 50% TEMPORARY PAYMENTS!!!!
