    @tri_c_livesey @VodafoneUK This is my greatest fear/problem/issue with technology; too many people who work with computers think all of life’s problems can be solved by computers. I don’t want my life run by computers, phones, and apps. Personal/human input is still massively important

    @keaf05 @VodafoneUK Mum had a nasty shock today to find over £300 had been taken from her account. No sign of it on any of the bills when buying the phone as all fees had been waived. Service from a call centre in Manila truly awful kept going round in circles not understanding anything!

    Hats off to @SkyHelpTeam. New customer only 6 days and very impressed. Just spent 40 mins chatting with a Scott about football and how I’ve been doing. Shame @VodafoneUK couldn’t offer decent Customer service against the 12 years I was with them!

    @VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Nathan,the phone is not mine,I just wanted to help out by topping it for her. The number is +44 7464 777065, your customers service can’t do anything as I am not the account holder, albeit the cardholder who hasn’t given permission to save my number, will inform Ofcom

    Shocking customer service by @VodafoneUK the past 2 days. Tried to get through on the phone, to put an order in, and they don’t even bother to answer the phone. Instead, they give you a link to the web chat which is never available! What’s going on?! #badcustomerservice #vodafone

    @VodafoneUK I have had no signal for 4 days, your online help wants to text me then get a rep to call, I HAVE NO SIGNAL I can't receive either. No help from customer services either. 10 days left on my contract then I can dump Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve apparently gone over 16GB of data “a contract I was put on because I would never go over this allowance” rang your customer service for help/advice. Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

    Appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK. Over 1 hour 30 mins waiting on the phone for nothing to be resolved. All over a charge that had been waived when buying the phone to now be told it has to be paid #scammers

    @VodafoneUK Apple Watch less than 1 week old. Battery draining fast and having to recharge twice daily. Online chat complete tosh told I had to phone 191 to arrange my own return. Fabulous service #vodafoneuk

    @VodafoneUK we currently have no broadband, have run through all required tests, reset etc and still nothing. App saying there’s no agents available to speak with as all are busy and to ‘check back later’. How do we rectify this? Not great customer service.

    @BBCWatchdog you should have included @VodafoneUK in the broadband test. Clean sweep at the bottom of every category. The worst I’ve ever had and they won’t let me leave after several complaints #watchdog

    @OnecomUK had text saying my details have been transferred to @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 28/2/20 went into #Cheltenham store to upgrade my phone and iPad number still not on their computers very bad service from u guys, and your only around mon-fri when people need 24/7/365

    @VodafoneUK That doesn’t really help. engineer was coming to INSTALL not fix a problem. Webchat weren’t much help, said just wait to be contacted for another appointment. I’m unable to take another day off work until April as this appointment was changed by yourselves without consulting me.

    We’ve been with #vodafone for 15 days. Wow. Who’d have thought porting a number to @VodafoneUK would have been so shambolic. Nothing has worked correctly from day one. First a split port issue and now zero data. Time to end this as a very bad experience indeed! Never again.

    @VodafoneUK honestly this is THE worst company to deal with.SIM stopped working last week & after about 8 hours in total on the phone and multiple trips to the store they still can’t get it to work. Tried to cancel and they want an exit fee 🤬

    @VodafoneUK I contacted your customer service team and was lied to...told I had an outstanding account that needed paying before I could top up my phone. No details given. Visited my local store to be told I didn't have an outstanding account...made a complaint through the store.

    @VodafoneUK when are you going to sort your 4G service in West Swansea? It’s been about 6 weeks of terrible intermittent signal which isn’t great when trying to WFH in rural areas.
