@VodafoneUK Home broadband.. Ticket raised... But like very dark tunnel not sure what's happening or when it's getting closed. Not the kind of service i was expecting when I joined. I was lured by the 900 mbps but have to settle with 10 mbps.. Mobile dongle

I was also told I would be called back at an allotted time after waiting for 2 hours on hold for only to never get a call back. But Jacob @VodafoneUK customer support was very helpful. It’s either one extreme or the other with my experience. Hopefully we won’t have any issues...

I’ve been spending the last week or so sorting out internet at my girlfriends place with @VodafoneUK and although their customer support are great, their website/ customer portal seemingly can’t stop crashing. For a ‘leader’ in British telecoms, their web presence is shocking.

@VodafoneUK Apple Watch less than 1 week old. Battery draining fast and having to recharge twice daily. Online chat complete tosh told I had to phone 191 to arrange my own return. Fabulous service #vodafoneuk

Hats off to @SkyHelpTeam. New customer only 6 days and very impressed. Just spent 40 mins chatting with a Scott about football and how I’ve been doing. Shame @VodafoneUK couldn’t offer decent Customer service against the 12 years I was with them!

Picking up WiFi from next door neighbours and even someone’s printer. Can it connect the WiFi which is in the same house as I’m in though can I @VodafoneUK - I’ve never known a service so appalling.

@VodafoneUK I transferred my mobile number to you from Three and took out your OneNumber plan which I was told that I would get a physical sim card for my iPhone and a eSIM for my Apple Watch Ultra 2. After registering with you and given my username and password I downloaded your My Vodafone app where I have been unable to login to my account can you tell me why I am unable to login. @VodafoneUK I’ve had no internet since 17th June. I’ve been through multiple escalations, spoken to managers, and now been assigned to case handlers Sihle and Simphiwe. I was told at 10am today I’d get a callback. It’s now 6pm. Still nothing. Just lies and delays. Wtf???

@VodafoneUK It saddens me to have to do this, but on April 9th, I took out a SIM contract at Manchester Piccadilly, and it has been a nightmare from then on. The browsing network was terrible, and the calls weren't great. I went back to the store where they promised to fix it...
