    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

    @VodafoneUK @Daniel_Sugarman I’m having a terrible time with them. Yesterday they told me to bear with them because they are working from home. Like that’s my problem!

    Hey @VodafoneUK any idea when your terrible app and website are going to be working again? Not happy that I think I’ve been charged for mobile data even though the app is the one pushing me to turn WiFi off to use it. Seems like corruption to me!!

    @VodafoneUK day 2 with no broadband. Day 2 of navigating chatbots, unstable online chats with operatives, having to cover the same thing every time the chat inexplicably disconnects. Literally the only good thing that can be said about the contract we have is that it's nearly up.

    @petergo24293821 @VodafoneUK Just out of curiosity as I'm having issues. Is your problem that you have a signal and 4g, but nothing is working on it? I've got the issue where my 4g is fine, but most apps and browsers aren't working with it.

    @VodafoneUK your 5g wifi has caused nothing but issues since I got it - been worse the last two weeks and has been down since 10pm last night! Support team tells me there is nothing they can do - please help
