Utterly runbish customer service today @VodafoneUK Since moving BB to you service been intermittent. You monitored line for 24 hrs, said there was a fault. You booked an engineer for today. I took time off wrk. You called to discuss issue & said there was no engineer booked.

@VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

@LukeVernon @VodafoneUK They used to be the best for roaming and signal that’s why I kept with them when I upgraded in October was told there would be no change to roaming
