AGAIN @VodafoneUK let me down!! Upgrade arrived, LATE and guess what, WRONG PHONE!! And the ordered phone just happens to be out of stock, Why just send something else, enough is enough!! You just don’t care!! Last complaint ignored, not even curtesy to acknowledge!! SHOCKING

@BroganRoganTrev @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I reported them to Cisas, wrote letters, never replied, charging me £14-28 over and above my DD. CISAS, ordered them to pay me £200+£98 overcharging. After 10 years now another network.
Was promised a callback from @onecom and @VodafoneUK today to sort out an issue. Not surprised to get nothing. Simply money-grabbers.

@VodafoneUK your customer service is absolutely shocking 8 times I’ve had contact your agents either by phone or live chat and been told several false information and lies I’m raging!!!!
@VodafoneUK still waiting after 2 weeks for my mother to have a working phone after a simple change from paygo to contract was messed up by Vodafone migration service. Terrible service after 2 visits to shop and nearly 3 hours wastes on phone.
