smacula (@smacula) reported from Oxfordshire, England@mattPez @Vitt2TsNoC @VodafoneUK My worst was with vi#gin media where they start with sorry and then start sounding condescending about you choosing a different deal. Sure, they offer a higher speed, but if it’s not reliable while I’m wfh, it ain’t worth the double you have to pay for it.
-
Jeff Slade (@MadJeffSlade) reported from Oxfordshire, England@ThreeUKSupport So here in Oxford OX2 7AH I have no working phone signal. I am unable to log onto my NHS responder app and can’t even complete a voice call. 3 days in a row. I’ve tried all your usual remedies. Useless. Thank goodness I can use my wife’s @VodafoneUK iPad.
-
William Whitehead (@Clerkenwill) reported from Oxfordshire, EnglandAre Wi-fi companies (The Cloud, BT, Sky etc) in cahoots with network providers (@ee @VodafoneUK etc)? I keep finding I’m in the middle of a data-hungry operation and I’ve been logged off or lost Wi-fi connection. Several months in a row I’ve run out of data as a result.
-
Betty Jo Workman (@bettyjo62) reported from Abingdon, England@AoifeMhaith @VodafoneIreland I have just had the same problem @VodafoneUK so I DM them direct through Twitter and guess what my problem has been solved worth a try x

Tony (@MeAgain1962) reported from Didcot, England@CheekyVic @VodafoneUK I've been with most mobile suppliers. I'm now in with superdrug which is 3 in all but name. Cost me £20-00 per month. On a rolling contract. Cancel when you want and they won't charge you. Unlimited data etc. Just ask for a sim over the counter
-
Betty Jo Workman (@bettyjo62) reported from Abingdon, England@VodafoneUK I am very disappointed with the customer service I have received from you I have been a good customer for a number of years and you have treated me appallingly
-
Amy Taylor (@PetalsbyAmy) reported from Oxfordshire, England@VodafoneUK I need to cancel a monthly sim card. Your chat support is not loading on your website, I cant find a phone number to contact you, and I am not using the sim card to ring and cancel. Can you help?
-
Heather Duffin (@RustyBearsMum) reported from Didcot, England@SeemaMistryP @VodafoneUK We shouldn't have to resort to using social media to get customer service. It should be readily offered all the time.
-
Aaron Marsh (@VeedubGeezer) reported from Stanton Saint John, England@VodafoneUK All lights are white on the front and I can connect to the router, however I have either no or a painfully slow connection. I've rebooted the system and that hasn't helped. I'm happy to dm you. You'll find all the info already there from previous issues.
-
Tim Comont RN (@TGVComont) reported from Oxfordshire, England@VodafoneUK Really dissapointed with the broadband service. We were supposed to be up and running last Thursday and nothing. No one can tell me exactly what’s wrong with the line but another engineer can’t come until the 7/9. 2 weeks after the initial date!
-
Robyn Reade (@bristol_Robyn) reported from Oxfordshire, England@VodafoneUK I understand that these changes need to be made, but I think your timing is poor

Vodafone Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Martyn Moore (@martynmoore) reported@VodafoneUK The message form on your website doesn't work and your webchat operative says you have no email addresses we can contact you on. Transcripts turn to random characters when a real person takes over. How are we supposed to tell you what an awful company you are?
-
🐶🐶Spaniels Rule🐶🐶 (@Spaniels_Rule) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK didn't they just get fined £28m for poor customer service. and swear they'd put it right
-
Tony Hemsley (@THETWIG007) reported@VodafoneUK good afternoon. How do I get in contact with the unhappy customer department? Tired of chatting to bots.
-
Anand Patel (@Anand1981P) reported@VodafoneUK I think it’s time to leave Vodafone after 25 years. Poor customer service and new deals that can’t be matched! #noloyality #poorservice #timetoleave
-
Marie Jarvie 🇪🇺 #MDANT (@mariejarvie) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK The worst company I had to contact when my husband died was Microsoft. He had some software set up to auto renew. Impossible to cancel unless I had access to his emails.
-
Michelle Beckett (@MichelleBeckett) reported@SteveMaslinG @SkyUK @VodafoneUK That’s awful. I’m so sorry your parents went through that. :-( I’m certainly viewing them in a different light after today.
-
Ian (@ianjeffray) reportedI'd like to know whose fault it is, either @VodafoneUK or @Apple but there's (still!) no 5G coverage along the whole east end of the A71/Livingston, and I have to MANUALLY change the phone to use 4G. Why can't it just revert to 4G rather than "5G Auto" just going to Edge? Poor.
-
You’re Just Listening 😀 (@ChatchoMan) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK If Virgin Media are such money grabbing filth that they don’t want to believe a grieving person that contacts them and just terminate the contract they should at least backdate it based on the death certificate. Anything other than that is disgraceful.
-
L.J.C. (@cheesepudding3) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Yep Virgin Media and the TV licence people - they are awful.
-
GLJ (@garethlj1) reportedI can’t believe that @VodafoneUK won’t let me cancel my mothers monthly fees without a power of Attourney - she has been in a home for the last 2 yrs with no ability to use a phone but Vodafone happily take their fees every month even though they know the situation. @DementiaUK
