@ThreeUKSupport So here in Oxford OX2 7AH I have no working phone signal. I am unable to log onto my NHS responder app and can’t even complete a voice call. 3 days in a row. I’ve tried all your usual remedies. Useless. Thank goodness I can use my wife’s @VodafoneUK iPad.

I was passed from pillar to post with no luck at all and gave in trying to cancel it. The debt has risen to over £100 and is with a debt collection agency. It goes

Sure they’ll send you a pointless questionnaire after so they can state 94% of our customers answered positively… We have found @zeninternet to be an exception and actually talk to you like a human.
