On a rolling contract. Cancel when you want and they won't charge you. Unlimited data etc. Just ask for a sim over the counter

I am unable to log onto my NHS responder app and can’t even complete a voice call. 3 days in a row. I’ve tried all your usual remedies. Useless. Thank goodness I can use my wife’s @VodafoneUK iPad.

Sure, they offer a higher speed, but if it’s not reliable while I’m wfh, it ain’t worth the double you have to pay for it.

No one can tell me exactly what’s wrong with the line but another engineer can’t come until the 7/9. 2 weeks after the initial date!
