On a rolling contract. Cancel when you want and they won't charge you. Unlimited data etc. Just ask for a sim over the counter

They just wasted mine and their time and when they couldnt resolve the issue, waiving couple of months charges which never resolved the coverage issue.changing phones/sims all done. Tried to login the app. The forgotten username button doesn’t work and when I press forgot password it tells me a password is needed. Scrapped that and logged in online and it’s saying my first bill is double what it should be!?!
