    @VodafoneUK Kelly, thanks for the reply, just wish it was true. So they have reappeared on your website, as soon as the discount offer ended and nope, the offer did not come back. Very disappointing Vodafone, not something I hear that friends on other networks ever have an issue with.

    Unbelievably fed up with @VodafoneUK for 4 months now they tell me there is no issue with signal in my area and yet it's got to the stage I have it in 2 areas of my house only. So clearly that's metal fault when we've not changed the construction of our walls!!! Want to leave...

    Just had a great conversation with @VodafoneUK customer services. Just renewed 2 of my devices on unlimited sim only and taken out an additional unlimited sim only all with a token discount! Happy days 😀

    @VodafoneUK I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to get my replacement router! On several@ocasion that I’m just fed up now! What’s the point of upgding my router if it doesn’t work! I call to raise a complaint the lady doesn’t listn and transf the call to the IvR! #cisas @Ofcom

    @VodafoneUK been a loyal customer of yours for 15 years however mobile coverage is nowhere near as good as it used to be and your automated telephone service is the worst in the world!!!

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom I'd like to register a formal complaint against @vodafone. My "spend cap" is £0.00, so I don't understand who or what has added services to my account without my authorisation. I expect a phonecall from someone to discuss this matter by 12:00pm 02/02/21.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Jak. The issue is hopefully being fixed today by an engineer so that is sorted. Just worried o was told when making a complaint about handling of the situation that somebody would be sacked as a result of not returning my call. As I say, a bizarre way to manage complaints

    I've just been told about a UK primary school on DSL that is so slow that the teachers are having to do live lessons from laptops tethered to their phones. Do @EE or @VodafoneUK have a program in place to assist with SIMS? I can loan them a cellular router or two...

    For anyone switching to @VodafoneUK or are on Vodafone, perhaps even any other network. REMEMBER to keep checking your account. They tell you certain **** is free or when you turn it off from your app they turn it back on and start charging again. Theiving pricks.

    The cheek of #Vodafone @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup to have reactivated my broadband account 2 weeks after I asked to cancel it. So Companies are allowed to act on their own accord to reactivate people's accounts?. An hour of my life on hold to cancel the reactivation #SCAM
