    So I've just read that @VodafoneGroup is looking to introduce persistent user tracking. Something which is a blatant disregard for user privacy. If that does happen then I will be replacing @VodafoneUK as my network provider and I would hope many more would as well.

    @VodafoneUK Can you answer me this WHY has all of a sudden my phone decided my router is NOT supported. So WiFi works but can't log in to see WHOs attached to my WiFi, can't attempt AGAIN to reattach stupid extender. Why?????

    @VodafoneUK I have spent the last four days on your online chat trying to sort out my account. The latest chat has told me to phone 191 to speak to someone. 191 has just told me to go onto online chat. I’m going round in circles and getting nowhere. Is anyone able to help? 😵‍💫

    @vodafoneuk my customer account page shows offer for 140GB for £10 but when i click on it there is no offer? What kind of exclusive offer is it? Your staff tell me it is for new connections...why show it on my account page then? Help please!

    @VodafoneUK on the phone for 2 hrs and 50 mins today. After 28 years as a customer you’ve taken an extra £450 quid on an expired contract and ‘there’s nothing that can be done’. It’s my fault apparently, even though the info isn’t available to me on ‘myvodafone’. Awful.

    @VodafoneUK absolutely shocked at how you treat a complaint, 12 days , at least 10 phone calls, amounting to 5 hrs of discussing why you have a debt on my a/c dating back to 2017, when I have always paid by direct debit. When I left you in 2021 , you paid me back credit ?!?

    @VodafoneUK have you got an email address for complaints? Please don't say call customer service or use chat. They literally will not accept my complaint. Vodafone customer service is weird.

    @felixeemopener @VodafoneUK Ive always wondered if phone signal purposely blocked in Gatwick? Been here loads recently, phone shows full 5G and signal, but never has ****. Completely uncrowded with people. Strange
