    @VodafoneUK TN9 has been down for over 5 hours… no broadband currently using cellular data which is also Vodafone and also slow I can’t work from home like this…

    @VodafoneUK @1981_Tarzan Honestly Trev, what is the point of asking people to keep trying the diagnostic app or the chatbot when it's apparent that the entire or substantial part of your broadband network is down. Not your fault but that's just daft and wasting people's time

    @VodafoneUK @wullie_docherty Will you stop tweeting the same generic response & tell us WHEN we can expect to receive service. In addition, WHY this has happened! Do you have engineers working today or are you lying & won’t have any engineers until tomorrow? Just be honest, some of us rely on service to work
