    9 days after Storm Arwen hit, we are still without mobile signal here in Aberdeenshire. Can you advise please @VodafoneUK and also can you advise if users can claim compensation for loss of service? Thanks in advance.

    @soktumbey @VodafoneUK @vodafone_de Yeah bro first of all, germany is an 3rd world country if we talk about the internet here. The service is incompetent af. I have a problem with a high ping and after 1 year they didn't fix it.

    Hi @VodafoneUK I placed an order on 26th Nov described as "next working day" delivery on your website. I still haven't received it. I have had no communication from your side, other than an order confirmation. This is poor.
