  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my husband died I tried to speak to Three to cancel his mobile plan. They insisted they would only speak to the account holder. I told them I hoped they had a very good psychic medium on hand. I was also told by his car insurance co that they didn't consider me next of kin?!

  @VodafoneUK the frustrating thing is your app says everything is fine which means you'll deny any responsibility even though the service is useless. As said before we pay for 150mb/s download fibre broadband and I'm getting 2.5mb/s. For the second day in a row.

  Shocking service from @VodafoneUK - the #bereavement team spent so long transferring my deceased father's account that it triggered defaults and intimidating threats of legal action and cutting off the mobile, broadband and home line of a vulnerable, grieving 89 year old woman

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had the EXACT same issue with Virgin, I had to literally refuse to get off the phone when I got through for 4 hours and basically said I'd hang up when they actually helped me. Absolutely useless customer service
