Sad to say that after 26 years, @VodafoneUK have finally pissed me off once too often. Customer service is shocking, even can't get the manager of the local store to help. Time to move on...

What do you reckon 5 days & counting without business landlines would cost you @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUKBiz? Still waiting & no supervisor call back as promised & deathly silence once you got me off Twitter & on to DMs. Terrible service for a supposedly business-friendly company.

@VodafoneUK Ah cool ok. Was hoping it was throttle on PAYG as the speed isn’t great. On that page under “my internet is slow” it says Remember, if you're on an Unlimited or Unlimited Lite plan, you have a maximum download speed: •Unlimited - 2Mbps •Unlimited Lite - 10Mbps ?
