    So @VodafoneUK have taken £443 too much this month and are now finding it difficult to get to the bottom of it and refund me. 3 hours wasted on this so far today. Yet another issue. Recommendations for other networks?

    .@VodafoneUK really need to have actual human beings answering their calls. Tried to get through TWICE and kept being redirected to some live chat (with some AI/robot, not an actual person) instead, so I gave up. 😠 No wonder their customer service reviews are so ****.

    @_aimsxxx @VodafoneUK I have exactly the same problem, about 30 miles away. Calls 50/50 too.

    @VodafoneUK My internet connection has been lost regularly for 3-4 days. It takes at leas 1 min and at least 19 connection lost a day. I create a ticket on it, and no one arrives. Are you always going to say that we directed a team but close the issue? Vodafone never again!!!

    @VodafoneUK Looking at Down Detector it looks like a lot of people are having problems in the last hour, so I doubt it is an isolated issue.
