  @KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK @lycamobile I've been a victim of identity theft and someone is opening lyca mobile accounts in my name, using my credit file. Lyca mobile have been crap dealing with it. No sense of urgency. Call centre staff won't deal with me.

  @VodafoneUK congratulations voda you have just lost a new customer because you can't deliver on time despite paying 9.99 extra delivery fee . Maybe you should not use DPD for delivery as they can't be trusted to deliver your devices . I have just cancelled

  I worked with Adrian’s Son for a few years while at Vodafone and he was such a positive fun guy. We all loved @VodafoneUK we were a family. Then this awful franchise scheme came in. Dropped all the teams that had worked for them for years. I still don’t know how this is legal?

  @VodafoneUK Tried to resolve an issue with two people, no joy. Going to use my cooling off period to cancel before you even install my broadband. Very poor service and cable install. #cancel #PoorService
