  @VodafoneUK Having shocking customer service from @VodafoneUK. Son has returned from Australia and PAYG sim doesn't work. Say they can't help unless phone is with me! Ridiculous!🤬

  @Adi_Dandy_1903 @VodafoneUK 100%. I tried to switch last year, but I was £400 in termination fees which I refused to pay. They’re down to £126 now with Vodafone providing up to £200 towards them. Happy days!

  @MartinSLewis I have I moved to @lebara from @VodafoneUK this week. Vodafone didn't offer a good deal so now I am paying £3 a month for 3 months then £7 a month thereafter Saving £7 a month. My number moved over without any issues

  @VodafoneUK I try to cut out unnecessary noise from my life wherever possible. But 'service messages' like this are the bane of my life. I don't want to know if you've updated your terms of service, if you're about to bill me, or that you've got a 0% balance transfer offer available...

  @VodafoneQatar @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK A service included in my plan is not usable in my roaming country, with zero instructions or warnings.This is misleading and unacceptable.Customers should not be paying for services they cannot use. Please explain or provide compensation.

  Hey @VodafoneUK I transferred broadband to you last Weds. It doesn’t work. The booster you made me upgrade to also doesn’t work. I have been on to nearly 10 different chat agents since then + noone can help me. My landlines don’t work with your system. I am stuck in your system

  Just wondering why Three Mobile are providing me with broadband now I'm not paying when they and Vodafone consistently failed to provide me with service when i did pay them for 2 years eh @VodafoneUK @3mifi I mean the way they treated me while i was in Palermo was the worse ever ( refused to let my payment for roaming go through so I'm wandering back streets in 80 degree heat ) and their minions are trained to lie like robots - need i go on. Putting them out of business after they have insulted my intelligence for 2 years is the only option. Their complaints people are as bad as Barclays - professional liars and yes i know the government are behind my suffering. I've know it for some time and 2 punctures in a row in Dublin recently confirms it is to protect the male Ex. Yeah I'm straight

  @VodafoneUK hopeless service 3 phone calls I have been a customer for years and decided to do my gamepass through you and pay £22.99 a month. I have now been told by Micrsoft they didnt receive payment from you and have cancelled said gamepass and now I have to pay again.
