    @VodafoneUK #vodafone I was getting help from a customer service member and in the middle of our conversation the team member said it's now 8:00pm I've finished my shift and disconnected the call before I could reply. Is this normal from Vodafone?

    Frustrated with Vodafone. Trying to set up their broadband and you need access to the app which is down for maintenance. Nog helpful @VodafoneUK

    I've stopped entering the @VodafoneUK rewards as I've NEVER won a single thing.... I've been asking everywhere but nobody has ever claimed to have won. Bit bollocks really....

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I went through exactly the same issue, it was only when I threatened them with legal action and exposure they eventually cancelled the contract. Don't give up, don't pay a penny.
