Just the 8.2% price increase from caring, sharing @VodafoneUK for all their customers. Who wouldn't want to stump up an extra 8.2% for such great (😱) service? And they even quote "keeping up with increased demand" as a cause of increased costs.....

@VodafoneUK sorry disappointed that I'm unable to find someone to help me move my old number to my new contract!!! So far 5 different people have given me 5 different answers. There must be a process to be able to help a paying customer 🤷🤷

@VodafoneUK signed up and connected to broadband yesterday. Broadband is working but phoning isn’t. Also received a welcome email this morning with a link to log in to “My Vodafone” account link is broken and directs to a “oops page not found”. Not a great start!

@VodafoneUK What a complete and UTTER RIP-OFF!!! From the 1st month with you I have been hassled with marketing & upgrade(!!!) calls, dire service and now this adding 8.1% to the value of the phone value/repayment - really will be happy to ditch you in November #GoodByeToBadRubbish

Complained to Vodafone as still no Broadband since 15/3/22. No one seems to know what is happening. Constant calls. Poor service and false promises. Apparently it won’t be connected for months. Problems with Outreach! Please sort it out @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK
