  @VodafoneUK , i have been treated unfairly and over billed for the past 2 months. Paying 233 pounds for calls and over 180pounds is simply outrageous. I kept explaining to your customer line but they never got it right. Is this how a loyal customer of 4 years should be treated?

  How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!

  @VodafoneUK is an absolute disgrace. I’ve been a customer for 20 years, I have 5 lines with for my business and pay over £200 per month, I’ve had no phone network for over 5 days, beeen to the shop twice, an excess of over 8 hours rining customer service 1)

  @VodafoneUK I find it very inappropriate that I’ve reached out as I’m struggling with my bill and your customer service advisor has tried to pressure me into buying a new phone contract! Then when I’ve said no hasn’t been able to help me at all and closed the online chat 😡

  @VodafoneUK How am I being charged £300+ to cancel a service you never activated? You had my PAC code and still failed to migrate my number. This is a serious customer service failure @Ofcom needs to be aware of this.”
