They badgered me into ‘upgrading’ my WiFi and it has been nothing but god awful ever since. They refuse to let me out of the contract despite not holding it up on their end and I’m left with basically unusable internet. @VodafoneUK this is beyond a joke now. Just let me leave pls

@VodafoneUK so not only do i have crappy Internet. The 4g in our area is also terrible at the minute and has been for 3 or 4 weeks🤬 Norwich Nr5 area. Can you also sort it out 👊🏻

@tom_lindsay @VodafoneUK I could have told you that @VodafoneUK won’t call back when they say they will. I used to have phone and broadband with them, now I don’t have either because their service is horrendous.

@VodafoneUK . Porting the number from another network. It was due on 23/11 but nothing has happened yet. Still waiting to reconnect to Vodafone. Poor services.
