    @VodafoneUK @speckyninja I had a debt collection call (2015) about a Vodafone debt that Vodafone had previously told me they’d cancelled (2014) as it was due to them misselling us a product (international calls package when I was in India). Horrible company.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Terrible company. Terrible, terrible. No one should ever go near companies like this. The customer is viewed as poo on their shoe. @HSBC_UK also the same.

    @TrudieMaxim @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK We had issues with BT too and switched to Vodafone. We also had to email the CEO to finally get it sorted with BT. At the time we said, what would elderly customers do? This is madness. I'm so done with people being robbed by these companies.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I'm currently having a similar experience with @BritishGas who have not sorted out an over charging. They keep me on the phone for hours and then say they will call me back when it's sorted. Haven't heard from them in weeks. Corporate customer care is not fit for purpose.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Had similar trying to cancel Sky for an aunt with Dementia. All they wanted to do was sell us a Netflix subscription
