So we see advertised WiFi with boosters. Finally the BroadBand product manager realised the main customer issue. But why can’t I buy Vodafone boosters anywhere without signing up to a new service . You are missing a trick. Why create an unhappy existing customer base.@VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK I have received a cheque for an account that has been closed for over 18 months and cannot cash it called customer services on the 7th May - they said they'd call me right back - still waiting - really rubbish service!

@VodafoneUK is down for a record 38th time this month - and has been down every day this week. That is 38 times where the home broadband is not available for more than 15 minutes. DNS servers responding to less than 1 in 4 requests.

@VodafoneUK Hi. Do you have issues with roaming in the UAE at the moment? I've had 'Emergency calls only' for nearly 24 hours. My local SIM is fine and I've tried two different phones.

@VodafoneUK Unfortunately, this is the kind of service you provide, to a large number of your customers. I have made numerous complaints and they are never resolved. Luckily, I have been released from contract. I am counting the days until I go back to BT and a normal broadband connection!

@VodafoneUK Vodafone mobile for 20+ years. Direct debit cancelled accidentally 2 wks ago when I changed my bank account. Got email from Vodafone today that I owed £24 as DD did not go thru. My Vodaf service has been cut with no notice. Cannot phone Vodaf or account to pay.
