Really beginning to ******* off that between @SkyUK WiFi and @VodafoneUK 4G and £90 of my money towards them that I can barely get any signal in my bathroom yet Bin Laden was uploading videos from a ******* cave in a desert.

@VodafoneUK your customer service is absolutely shocking 4 weeks I have been trying to sort out my broadband and today again 2 hours of being on hold to be hung up on many times I have had enough will be cancelling my subscription with you with immediate affect #shocking

@VodafoneUK Absolutely furious with the customer service that I have revived over the last month with Vodafone. I have been on the phone for over an hour with no help and an outstanding bill of £140!

@VodafoneUK I like the fibre to the home but the customer service is truly appalling. 3 times on a call and over one hour lost and they just dropped the call. Wi-Fi signal in the home is terrible and they won’t supply additional signal boosters. I’ve now invested in a BT booster to fix it

@VodafoneUK Is 4G coverage down in Clapham? SW4. Tried your web chat, everything fine with my account / the coverage map. I can make calls, have 4G sign just internet isn’t working on it… any ideas? Have tried resetting network settings etc.
