@VodafoneUK I've already done that it doesn't work. I get over 100mbps on a VPN. It's like your throttling the speeds and my wife is unable to work due to it. Any more ideas

@VodafoneUK I have had loads of connectivity issues but it happens every call I make or receive now where the mobile signal drops and says call failed and only getting 2 bars on 4G mostly 3G what can I do to improve it please 🙏

@CHILI_UK I've been given a promo code by @VodafoneUK which I can't use. Not because it doesn't work, but instead, there's not a single film on available to rent list that I wish to watch. There are 8 films on Premiere list I'd like to watch. It just feels like a false freebie.

@VodafoneUK I have a problem with Vodafone Egypt in the system owned by the company. There is a glitch in the system and a violation of privacy. It is possible for someone to control your account from their application. You do not know him at all, and I have evidence for everything.

Had the most appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK. Spent hours on the phone and made journeys to store to get absolutely nowhere. Had to repeat myself over and over and still no resolution and wrong information given.

@VodafoneUK can eat a bag of *****, my other half has been trying to get a phone replaced since it was delivered brand new and faulty and they've screwed up at every corner, they've then said they tried to contact her yesterday and have now closed the complaint
