@VodafoneUK so Vodafones update has removed the ability for the consumer to see the speeds they're getting? I've Ben with them for 22 months on a 24 month contract and have probably had the guaranteed speeds for a few weeks of that constantly having issues now I can't tell???

I don’t want any stupid entertainment stuff, I expect a reasonable data package (100gb for £18 on O2) I need roaming & would never send my phone away for “battery refresh”. Who does that?! I need my phone. Every. Single. Day. I’m a family carer. @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK I do not see any issues under the coverage checker website but the service is still crappy even though it shows up as good service. Quality and state of service has eroded recently.

@pompeyhedge @VodafoneUK I haven’t got access to broadband at the moment so reliant on mobile data of which I’m paying a lot of money for and now not getting the service that I’m being billed for , still waiting for a DM reply

@VodafoneUK my phone cant connect to our broadband. All my data was used up overnight/today because I can't connect. Its so frustrating. It isn't my phone as I went to a friends house and connected to her internet instantly. Can you help? And if at fault,reimburse for the day.

I have had some of the worst experiences ever over the past 36 hours from @VodafoneUK two “glitches” in less than 24 hours and two phones that I mysteriously can’t pick up but no one can fix them or help me. Think it might be time to leave!
