@VodafoneUK Hi, we've signed up as a new customer with you but keep getting told our delivery for hardware keeps getting pushed back. We're worried it won't turn up in time for installation. Our current broadband expires soon with Virgin. Can you let me know who I can speak to?

@VodafoneUK Oh and furthermore NO ONE messaged me to let me know that the issue was fixed with Twitter images and videos, I had to find out for myself. Your staff and the network in generals is a shambles, you’re not fit for purpose

@VodafoneUK Having trouble recieving texts while I'm in Portugal. It worked fine yesterday but now cant access my bank because the texted code never arrives. I can recieve calls. But cannot call out either. PAYG over £25 in balance....why? ...and how do I fix it from here?

@VodafoneUK how do you exsist as a company, the sheer incompetence is infuriating. We already have a complaint with you and now our internet has been cut off and none of your staff will let us to speak with someone who can help. I desperately need someone to call me asap.
