    @VodafoneUK 48 hours to actually speak with a agent on we chat. Which only happened after telling tobi he is useless. And because i can’t remember a pin I set up years ago and never used the agent is need to visit a store. Horrendous customer service one of the reasons I left to begin with

    @VodafoneUK Half the time it says my phone is connected to 4G but I’m actually not getting any signal. Then I have to restart my phone to get signal. I did go to your shop and they suggested I go to the Kingston store to get my phone checked. And that they could do nothing.

    @VodafoneUK we’ve been offline line for 24 hours, in Nottingham what’s going on no resets work so I presume it’s a wider problem ?

    @VodafoneUK Well, I never knew Apple phones were that good! A mast 340 miles away? I don’t think so. @Sure has a presence in the Isle of Man so something is confused!

    @VodafoneUK hi guys, I have upgraded using that chat box. Unfortunately my chat disconnected and I belive everything has gone through. The agent "Jack" was really helpful and provided great service. When do I receive the £100 cashback?(Google Pixel) I forgot to ask.
