@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Very similar experience and so glad I'm out now. Poor attitude and absolute refusal at first to accept that I wanted to leave. Flippant rudeness at that point and still haunted by admin issues in the weeks following. Avoid!

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This is how a lot of big companies operate. They have a system to get their money, but if you have an issue go figure it out on the website. Want to talk to someone to get something sorted and no one’s home.

@VodafoneUK Nah we have cancelled our broadband with yourselves and we are going else where with better customer service cheaper broadband cost for the same speed

Congratulations @VodafoneUK you have the worst customer service. I have spent about 8-9 hours over the last week trying to get my house move sort only to be told today you cant supply me. You advisor claimed no one in Vodafone has access to send email and didnt know what gdpr is

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I experienced exactly the same when my mum died. Vodaphone we’re utterly heartless, devoid of any compassion, greedy and just downright awful. I ended up paying what Vphone said she owed and had to deal with the debt collectors. Hideous company.
