  @dbcxptures @VodafoneUK is terrible… They replaced 3G with poor 4g. No improvement whatsoever.. Especially in South Cheshire..

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had the EXACT same issue with Virgin, I had to literally refuse to get off the phone when I got through for 4 hours and basically said I'd hang up when they actually helped me. Absolutely useless customer service

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK 18 months to find a buyer for mums flat so we paying DOUBLE council tax (£400), standing charges for utilities and £270 a month service charge as her flat is sheltered complex - so £700ish a month for an empty flat with no services being used! Hopefully we'll complete soon.

  Hey @VodafoneUK, why are your networks aggressively throttling/dropping UDP packets today? Can't even maintain a basic secure connection without the network completely freezing and flatlining. Fix your routing tables or local mast congestion. Sick of paying for bricked connection

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK My wife and I left Vodafone about 10 years ago after they implemented a new billing system and took 2 matching direct debits out of our accounts. I can honestly say that they were the absolute worst customer service I have ever come across. Have not gone anywhere near them since

  Hey @VodafoneUK - can someone contact me? Four years ago you cancelled my contract because you had no signal in my village. I’ve been to borrow money today for the first time in 40 years. I have no credit rating because you say I owe £890 from 4 years ago. I’ve spent 6 hours

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK it's a thankless job, having to do it at such a tough time doesn't help. most people are very helpful thankfully. some however demand proof. I am sorry for your loss
