  Yet again @VodafoneUK another 2hr call and promised a manager call back, nothing again. Now on the phone again to you. What is the problem here ? Is it employing foreigners that barely speak English 🤔 Or are you just so incompetent that nobody has a clue 🤔

  @VodafoneUK as a communication network your customer service is awful. Can't collect a new phone from your store because of a system issue, but told it will take 24-48 hours to resolve as the tech team has gone home for the day. The whole process to upgrade has been a joke

  @VodafoneUK, I’m currently outside the UK and need help checking the status of my move from Pay Monthly to Pay As You Go and whether a final bill is pending before I cancel my Direct Debit. I haven’t received any confirmation yet. Could you please help?

  @EE Awful service stay clear at all costs! I don’t think I’ve ever been so disgusted in a customer service phone team than we were tonight!Your staff were beyond rude, All we wanted to do is renew.. never cancelled something so quick.. easiest decision now going with @VodafoneUK
