@wmarybeard @VodafoneUK Firstly you will be entitled to compensation-won’t help you now I know but I ended up with nearly 1 free year from Plusnet for something similar. But you can attach your mobile to your laptop and run that from the phones 5G. Google it for instructions how

So 2 days now without being able to make phone calls. @EE & @bt_uk apparently the problem was resolved yesterday and everything is back to normal. I’m with @VodafoneUK and still can’t make calls. Tomorrow will be day 3 if it carries on. I hope I’m not expected to pay for this.

Day 18 no home broadband. Multiple houses in street. Providers blame Openreach and vice versa. Need scaffolding to fix the problem. Scaffolders turn up today, but no engineers so they leave again. Impossible to do my job. Teenagers in meltdown. @WeAreOpenreach @VodafoneUK @EE

@VodafoneUK @ThreeUK @VodafoneThreeUK the problem with merger, which mast in ammanford is being used, Vodafone is on top of Argos, three on top of BT. If three is down, Vodafone is down. If voda goes off, three goes off??
