@VodafoneUK anyone with Apple devices still struggling to connect since #vodafonedown past 48 hours? Their ‘help’ team just say restart, reboot, on end off again, all the regular stuff and NOTHING is working. No wifi for 48 hours - using all my phone data +buying more for work 🤦🏼

Anyone know how you actually make a complaint to @VodafoneUK?? Been without the mast working less than a mile away from me for over 3 weeks. They say it’s working. Yet it’s actually not. Can’t get an engineer out for love nor money. Sure I’ll get a call back when I cancel my DD

@VodafoneUK no mobile signal since 2pm in West Somerset. Apparently working on mast for 6 days but couldn't explain why neighbour has signal and I don't. Just told me to use WiFi calling. Thankfully broadband with another provider

If you want a headache in life try dealing with @VodafoneUK. They give you a poor service and refuse to terminate agreement despite accepting that there is no vodafone signal at my address. You continue to pay the agreement and its end of contract ... 1/2

@VodafoneUK cannot wait to leave this useless awful company. Spent a total of 7 hours on online chat in thr past couple of days being passed to different people multiple times, cutting both my phones off, not willing to help etc for something that they caused in the first place.
