@VodafoneUK been on there for 15 minutes still no member has come back! spent 1.5 hours on there Tuesday they decided the problem was inside the house. Nothing seems to have been done about it, spent another hour yesterday doing the same tests but still nothing seems to be done! Not happy!

@VodafoneUK thinks it’s fully justifiable for my wife to be without signal for 3 mnths but still expect her to pay her full bill without any explanation when the issue will be resolved or compensate loss of use. The service is not fit for purpose. This is why I am an @O2 customer
