    @VodafoneUK How can I sort it that my direct debit comes out the same day every month and not on an arbitrary day that you decide? Sometimes 21st, sometimes 22nd, sometimes 24th. NEVER 25th when you said it would come out!

    Any advice on speaking to an actual person or even live chat @VodafoneUK been with them for over 20yrs but recently their service is shocking. I DONT WANT TO TALK TO TOBI the bot!! I want a human 😫😡

    @cameron_444 @VodafoneUK I think bots should be kept for sitting on rather than pretending to solve broadband problems. Also the thing that irritates me most about customer ‘no-service’ departments is the use of ‘your problem’ when it is their own equipment which is dysfunctional
