@VodafoneUK do you not care about customer service anymore? Agents who can't help and just pass you around and when you go back to accept an offer it's not noted or valid. Uncaring or uninterested attitudes everywhere.

@VodafoneUK so after 1hr 25 mins on hold, the rep finally tells me that that the 'Disconnection' team have gone home for the day and I now have to call again, even though I called 1 hour before close time. CLASSIC Vodafone customer care - can't wait to leave this 2nd rate service

@VodafoneUK @Olivers125 Been having the exact same problem for days, have cleared cache, used different device etc. And it’s a problem with the site. Spoke to cust services who just said if I do it on the phone with them I can’t have the £70 USwitch voucher but I literally can’t.

@VodafoneUK must offer one of the worst customer service experiences! After waiting an hour and twenty for a call back, I’m still waiting to speak to the right person, after 21 minutes. Why call back if there’s no one available?! #incompetence
