    Another day; another @VodafoneUK call. This one to ask why a requested callback didn't happen. And to talk about the email they've sent that blames my phone issues on my broadband. Seems I only pay Vodafone for my handset. Nothing else is their responsibility. They're so great.

    @VodafoneUK I can save you the trouble. There is no network coverage from any UK provider available here. I used one of your sure signal boxes for years, now wifi calling. Normally fine, but current weather / atmospherics SFR & Bouygues are available.

    @VodafoneUK you owe me an hours sleep!! In Devon with no coverage, phone has 'roamed' to France so my alarm went off too early. Do I need to drive around looking for a Voda signal and lock operator?

    @JP_CAFC @EE @VodafoneUK Wouldn't recommend Vodafone. No internet for over 24 hours, no idea when it will be fixed. Pay for broadband speeds of 63mbps getting only 13 max, that's in London. The service is abysmal.

    @VodafoneUK No interment connection since yesterday 10:30AM in SW. I’ve been told that technical support will investigate the issue with an update. Could you provide the update please?

    @VodafoneUK Thank you for the response Oliver. I don't want to have a DM conversation. I want to have a conversation on a public channel. After two weeks and at least 20 phone calls, multiple chat sessions and multiple tweets, there has been NO PROGRESS on my issues.

    Hello @VodafoneUK no-one on yr network has had data/signal for near enough a month in #Ely...now we understand it won't be fixed till early August. Any refunds/compensation for this loss of service and our extreme patience, please? #VodafoneOut #VodafoneProblems

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is shocking. Can not get through to an advisor as you keep sending messages to a chat and the robot on chat doesn’t understand. Frustrating. Not recommended
