A device (Roku) cannot see my @VodafoneUK Home Broadband WiFi SSID (but can see everyone else's) and Vodafone support suggested I changed the router's DNS to point to Google Public DNS.

@VodafoneUK my Dad’s incoming calls have been gone straight to Voicemail for at least the last 3 days. He’s not on social media. He called the Vodafone helpline and was told he’d be called back at 8.30am today on a different number to resolve. No one called him! Can you help?

@PaulDJohnston @richmarr Probably not. The voip service with @VodafoneUK gigafast is terrible. I tried to switch our number away from it last week, so I could get more features and use own router. They said I had to cancel broadband contract to do so, which would leave us without internet for 10 days.
