    @KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK @lycamobile I've been a victim of identity theft and someone is opening lyca mobile accounts in my name, using my credit file. Lyca mobile have been crap dealing with it. No sense of urgency. Call centre staff won't deal with me.

    ***** sake @RoyalMail why are your staff so useless I told him LEAVE THE PARCEL then my signal cut out as @VodafoneUK are bad. Then he gives it to my neighbour which I don’t want! @AmazonUK this counts as NOT DELIVERED I’m not pissing around waiting for neighbour to be home

    Morning @VodafoneUK you’ve charged me for using my data in Turkey. I’ve never been to, or ever intend to visit that **** hole. Is there a way I can claim that money back please? I’m in Greece on holiday not Turkey. Many thanks 🍹

    So funny that I made an official complaint with @VodafoneUK in August 2025 that STILL hasn’t been resolved. I have no idea where to start with this.
