@VodafoneUK I've been having this problem too since last August. But after Dm with Vodafone they have now found a fault with cell tower, just waiting on cell tower repair now. 0.3 mbits out of town upto 103 mbits. 5G between 70 and 120 mbits.

@VodafoneUK ... disappearing support staff. Your app doesn't cut it. Neither Android or web browser. I'm paying for a service that you haven't delivered. All problems have been screen recorded and all support calls. Either sort it or you're history. But I've wasted hours now.

Nephew and I have been trying to resolve a fibre issue with his @VodafoneUK FTTP connection. Online help with level 1 support not enough. Convinced Vodafone actively blocking new router - looks like hundreds of customers have had same problem in past. Anyone able to help?
