    @VodafoneUK vodafone customer service is a disgrace. I waited for 3 hours on Thursday night and another 2 hours on Friday morning to be connected to an adviser. At one stage I was no.48 in the queue. What a joke! All I wanted was to speak to someone about changing to a Sim only.

    I did recharge 2 days ago on 20-july but my numbers incoming and outgoing both off I don't know the reason just talk to cc team miss Maheshwari kapse she said me your KYC issue is there & she will resolve within 3 hrs please consider my recharge from today . @VodafoneUK #VI #idea

    @VodafoneUK absolutely shocked at how you treat a complaint, 12 days , at least 10 phone calls, amounting to 5 hrs of discussing why you have a debt on my a/c dating back to 2017, when I have always paid by direct debit. When I left you in 2021 , you paid me back credit ?!?

    @VodafoneUK on the phone for 2 hrs and 50 mins today. After 28 years as a customer you’ve taken an extra £450 quid on an expired contract and ‘there’s nothing that can be done’. It’s my fault apparently, even though the info isn’t available to me on ‘myvodafone’. Awful.
