@VodafoneUK Shocking online customer service. Clearly said I wanted to cancel SIM only deal and both agents said you need to send the handset back in a pre-paid envelope. Thank goodness your telephone agent redeemed the situation.

@VodafoneUK Hi Guys ,over the past 10 days or so I've made 3 calls to CS, enquiring about delivery of router. Last Mon I was told last Fri. Last Friday I was told this Tues. Service went live yesterday and was told I wouldnt be billed until router was connected. Was billed y'day

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK It took over two months to get broadband up and running in our home after a move. Issue was Openreach, but Vfone never seemed to concered about the long delay in establishing service. Just impersonal boilerplate emails about this or that delay. Noboby in charge of the problem.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Same problem with Virgin Media. Had account details, bank details and no service had been used for 3 months but still wouldn't cancel without password and security questions. My 91 year old father had serious dementia, no chance! This is a real problem that needs sorting.

@VodafoneUK how can you even think of turning off 3G. 4G coverage is soo poor. Im on train between York and London and my phone keeps loosing 4G and only picks up 3G :(
