    @VodafoneUK what is wrong with your digital assistant, I’ve been trying to speak to someone for 3 days now and Tobi is still not online. IVR just routes you back to the digital assistant and then hangs up. Utterly Shocking service 😡

    I was an advocate 4 @VodafoneUK #vodafone but this past 10 days (and still unable 2 speak to someone). I think thats #disgusting They told me they’d call me but never did. Now Ill b cut off because after 10 days I cannot speak to anyone. At least I got evidence of efforts

    @O2 I've been a customer of yours for three years or so, and whilst your data speeds leave a lot to be desired, I've never had a problem making a call. Until tonight. There was a power cut here and I couldn't call 105. My work phone on @VodafoneUK not a problem.

    @VodafoneUK still not working, coverage in the whole southwest is poor, after the incompetence of staff to do a SIM swap (which didn't fix the issue) and an avalanche of post offering me discounted HBB (Virgin still offer the best speed) I'm going to leave. How do I get a PAC code please?

    Today last week I got a new @VodafoneUK iPhone 14pro. Do you want insurance? Yes please for the 1 st time ever I have broken the screen on my iPad, rather not do it on a phone. Today I tested the insurance as the phone was taken from my pocket on the tube. Easy claim process
