Just had a great conversation with @VodafoneUK customer services. Just renewed 2 of my devices on unlimited sim only and taken out an additional unlimited sim only all with a token discount! Happy days 😀

@VodafoneUK should train your online staff who are there to service customers via chat. The know-how level of technical issues is so poor that is embarrassing for Vodafone I am left with a disrupted sim since last Friday, keep getting conflicting solutions advice-and no service!

@VodafoneUK I obtained an NCK from one of your online agents for my Samsung S10. As this code was incorrect I now need an MCK code to unblock the ability to enter an NCK. Every single agent I speak to has no idea what an MCK is or tries to give me another NCK. Horrid service.

At this point I don’t know why I’ve got unlimited data on my plan with @VodafoneUK because the 4G NEVER works. I’m paying 90 a month for no good reason. As soon as I can, I’m leaving. 🤬🤬
