Have nothing but problems with @VodafoneUK. On hold again for another 35 mins about an issue they said they sorted yesterday. Paying £75 a month for a brand new phone that doesn’t work because of the provider. Disappointed.

@VodafoneUK how do you expect for someone to be without a connection for 48+hrs? Every time I get in touch with your customer service they tell me it will be a few more hours. On hold for hours and the eSIM still now working. Customer of over 10 years and this is how you treat me

Never ever choose @VodafoneUK first chance I’ll have to move from them I’ll do it... their agents are ignorant and not willing to help... I’ve been without a phone number for over 48 hours and after several hours on hold and being transferred to different departments they hung up

@VodafoneUK rubbish! Can’t access voicemail! 1.5 hours on the chat I’m told it’s locked but will be unlocked in 3 hours! Then get a text to say voicemail has been turned off! Call to say cancel contract (only way to talk to a person) and am told all sorted now! Still no access!!
