    5. It gets to something @VodafoneUK when the mobile data doesnt even work inside my own house! Will you be able to give any proper answers why this has been a mobile disaster, and why, whenever I called customer service I got same answers, told to visit local shop for help?

    @VodafoneUK what is wrong with your digital assistant, I’ve been trying to speak to someone for 3 days now and Tobi is still not online. IVR just routes you back to the digital assistant and then hangs up. Utterly Shocking service 😡

    Have nothing but problems with @VodafoneUK. On hold again for another 35 mins about an issue they said they sorted yesterday. Paying £75 a month for a brand new phone that doesn’t work because of the provider. Disappointed.

    @VodafoneUK Why is your 4G signal so intermittent at Heathrow T5 at the moment? Loads of us that work here haven’t been whats app messages till hours later, phone calls don’t go thru and apps not loading!!

    AND ANOTHER THING! I rang @VodafoneUK customer complaint line and the woman basically said theres nothing she could do but then before we hang up she says “congratulations on your new phone though”.. I HAVENT GOT A NEW PHONE YET CAUSE YE WOULDNT HAND IT OVER BABES 😂😂😂😂

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneFdn You simply gonna robbing me down! Adding extra 12£ to existing contracts. And charging me extra for old phones that i allready payd for! CHARGE FOR NEW CONTRACTS MORE!     Just had a great conversation with @VodafoneUK customer services. Just renewed 2 of my devices on unlimited sim only and taken out an additional unlimited sim only all with a token discount! Happy days 😀

    3. Devious @VodafoneUK. I phone your useless customer service, and I talk to 5, yes FIVE different people who all ask me the same damn questions. Eventually I am told I need a code to unlock phone. You dont tell that do you? Naughty Vodamoan!

    @VodafoneUK My friend is receiving texts regarding changes to an account and 'thanks for your order'. They do not have an account. Your CS line only has options for existing customers. How do we fix this?
