And I can have no physical lines with them. Can bring my own ISP, mix and match them and the underlying technology used. Cheap, replacement ISP routers even have USB support and 3/4G failover built-in (for gone 6+ years easily). @bt_uk and @VodafoneUK are just late to the party.

@vodafoneuk i have now been on hold for over 1hr and 15 minutes, after trying to a get resolution with your customer relation department. This is the 7th phone call to you and now this is about 8 hrs on the phone. I am reasonable but this is a sure way to annoy your customer.
