    @VodafoneUK what is wrong with your digital assistant, I’ve been trying to speak to someone for 3 days now and Tobi is still not online. IVR just routes you back to the digital assistant and then hangs up. Utterly Shocking service 😡

    @VodafoneUK I’ve called twice now to notify You I’m moving. 1st time you hung up, 2nd time your voice assistant wasn’t giving me the right option. To save my sanity, could someone help me? Via message or direct call would be fab.

    Just had a great conversation with @VodafoneUK customer services. Just renewed 2 of my devices on unlimited sim only and taken out an additional unlimited sim only all with a token discount! Happy days 😀

    Unbelievably fed up with @VodafoneUK for 4 months now they tell me there is no issue with signal in my area and yet it's got to the stage I have it in 2 areas of my house only. So clearly that's metal fault when we've not changed the construction of our walls!!! Want to leave...

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneFdn You simply gonna robbing me down! Adding extra 12£ to existing contracts. And charging me extra for old phones that i allready payd for! CHARGE FOR NEW CONTRACTS MORE!     @SimonDanczuk @VodafoneUK I certainly would, but their service has been so abysmal for years I doubt there are vast numbers of subscribers. Neat job for Vodafone/Car Phone Warehouse, though. They hand out a few SIMs and superannuated handsets: Government pay the migrant mobile bills. Kerching!
