I decided to change from o2 to @VodafoneUK . So far I am not impressed with the customer service. Phones we ordered are on back order , that’s a week ago. Can’t get anyone on the line to track my order and as for finding out on line. You have to have a Vodafone number!

I suspect it may be time to move from @ThreeUK to @VodafoneUK as they don’t have #VirtualSim or #AppleWatch support, but the @ThreeUK #GoRoam plan is amazing. Decision later today. #NeedAllThree #PunNotIntended

@g0lfp @VodafoneUK In their defence they did include their phone number, which goes through to their “automated assistant” that fails to understand you. That’s ok, I pay for Prime Contact… but they’re never there. No problem, I’ll just email… oh wait.

@VodafoneUK I was with EE any problem s they would resolve it there and then, Iam regretting moving to Vodafone, i have been waiting for a phone call for a week,about my overcharge on my bill but no one in Vodafone seems to give a dam.

@VodafoneUK Kelly, thanks for the reply, just wish it was true. So they have reappeared on your website, as soon as the discount offer ended and nope, the offer did not come back. Very disappointing Vodafone, not something I hear that friends on other networks ever have an issue with.

@VodafoneUK Vodafone is probably the worst social media to reply to people with enquires and problems with Vodafone problems , they never reply back , and when they do,after there 100th cup of tea of the day, customers usually don’t bother and fed up anyway

@VodafoneUK just DM a Vodafone advisor, he’s just like there customer service call centre, they never pick up, and it looks like it he’s disappeared as well I don’t think I will hear from him again.

@VodafoneUK I think when you go into a store all these advisors are thinking is about there bonus’s they don’t seem to care what the customer wants and how save them money shame on you Vodafone and trying to call Vodafone customer service, you a day off they don’t pick up.

@queenkaylsmarie @VodafoneUK I was told on live chat they don't tell lies yet the excuses are building up. One being blaming delays on DPD yet we all know they haven't got peoples orders. Wouldn't even let me cancel my order as said was already delivered to them. Lies. Bet I dont take as long sending it back

Now just received an email from @VodafoneUK saying I've changed my PIN. But I don't have/use a PIN, i use a password to access account via app. I certainly haven't changed any PIN. Wtf is Vodafone doing with my account now? 😡
