    I have dealt with some poor companies, as we all do on occasion. But having to deal with a company like @VodafoneUK makes me sick to my stomach, they are simply CON artists and shysters. #conmen #shysters #parasites

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 5 weeks since our complaint. No response. Is this how you cater to customers? Wrong phone sent, false contract granted, administrative difficulties, staff arguments, staff confusion all at the expense of the customers time that we will not get back.

    Bit unhappy with @VodafoneUK First I get new phone they cancel contact charge me full amount for phone then blacklist my credit history.Eventually sorted. Now Kilburn branch appears to have lost my phone when in for repair.Even suggested they had given it back #notgoodenough

    @VodafoneUK Not really, I want to know about @VodafoneUK LTE & 5G network, and maybe why they haven't deployed any 5G in my area HU. EE have already deployed their N28, starting minutes after receiving the licence. I can't get the service I'm paying for! The poor C/S is starting to annoy me.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Mo, ok, so I just select"I want to move from Pay as you go to Pay monthly" and complete the form? There is no reason to obtain a PAC from Voxi? Will this also cease my service with Voxi and no further payments will be taken? Thanks

    I know that companies don’t like customers cancelling contracts, but @VodafoneUK take it to a new level. My contract expires on 7 June, but as the payments are in advance, the final payment comes off around 17 May. I thought, I’ll cancel the account today, and even with 30 days..

    Hey @VodafoneUK can you fix your voicemail setup please? Dialling 1210 reports "Your voicemail service has been switched off" ... yet I still get voicemail :(
