The DVLA were terrible for me, they said that they could only refund mum's car tax from the date they received the form, not when it was dated. Said they didn’t have to. Defaulted on 8 months after they gave the “debt” to another company. credit score in the shitter and almost never got a mortgage as a result 🫠
