    5. It gets to something @VodafoneUK when the mobile data doesnt even work inside my own house! Will you be able to give any proper answers why this has been a mobile disaster, and why, whenever I called customer service I got same answers, told to visit local shop for help?

    I have dealt with some poor companies, as we all do on occasion. But having to deal with a company like @VodafoneUK makes me sick to my stomach, they are simply CON artists and shysters. #conmen #shysters #parasites

    I can't believe how stupid Vf is. On 29th Mar I called up to cancel my other number ending 070. They cancelled my current 441 number. And now they have issued me a bill of 135 pounds. @VodafoneUK don't understand basic instructions and simple English.I am not paying for vf fault.

    ANOTHER bill from @VodafoneUK for a service cancelled by them and therefore never delivered. I have no faith after speaking to the 5th (& very rude) customer service rep since Dec that this will be resolved. Steer clear of this company 😡

    Bit unhappy with @VodafoneUK First I get new phone they cancel contact charge me full amount for phone then blacklist my credit history.Eventually sorted. Now Kilburn branch appears to have lost my phone when in for repair.Even suggested they had given it back #notgoodenough

    @VodafoneUK how do you expect for someone to be without a connection for 48+hrs? Every time I get in touch with your customer service they tell me it will be a few more hours. On hold for hours and the eSIM still now working. Customer of over 10 years and this is how you treat me

    Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK So 3 customer popped into Vodafone as your store closure notes you can find 3 at Vodafone. Unable to upgrade, cancel or discuss accounts. Confirmed with several stores. This is definitely a breach not everyone wants to speak to cust service on the phone...
