    3. Devious @VodafoneUK. I phone your useless customer service, and I talk to 5, yes FIVE different people who all ask me the same damn questions. Eventually I am told I need a code to unlock phone. You dont tell that do you? Naughty Vodamoan!

    @VodafoneUK My friend is receiving texts regarding changes to an account and 'thanks for your order'. They do not have an account. Your CS line only has options for existing customers. How do we fix this?

    @VodafoneUK my mom recieved her sim on Monday. It's a 12 month contract but so far her phone is still showing sim not provisioned. I called customer service and they told me it'll be activated by midnight which didn't.

    @VodafoneUK how do you expect for someone to be without a connection for 48+hrs? Every time I get in touch with your customer service they tell me it will be a few more hours. On hold for hours and the eSIM still now working. Customer of over 10 years and this is how you treat me

    I can’t wait 4 my contract 2 end with @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup they r a rip off merchant & have the most uncaring, unsympathetic customer service & their complaints dept well that’s a complete joke 🤬 I have been a customer 4 yrs & have literally been treated like a bit of 💩🤬

    Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK

    Power cut this morning, internet providers infrastructure damaged, it meant falling back on @VodafoneUK for data services. If I lived in the artic circle, or the Sahara Desert, I’d get it. I live in Surrey. How can you be this apocalyptically bad in 2026? It’s disgraceful.
