    Never ever choose @VodafoneUK first chance I’ll have to move from them I’ll do it... their agents are ignorant and not willing to help... I’ve been without a phone number for over 48 hours and after several hours on hold and being transferred to different departments they hung up

    @VodafoneUK why do you throttle speeds?First day of mobile broadband and late afternoon and bang speed drop by at least 60% 11:30 pm speeds come back to normal I had read about this issue on forums now I see for myself it's as others have explained. Vodafone claim no restrictions

    @VodafoneUK The issue is that speeds are OK all day until evening, so clearly no problems with hardware or fibre. Speeds just cut at around 6pm by 98% for reasons.

    @VodafoneUK Yes. Over wired on main pc, wireless on Surface Pro and also at thinkbroadband speed test on mobile WiFi. Have the Vodaphone Broadband app. Ran the Broadband Service Test, no outages detected. Did the same yesterday and Sunday, same result.

    @VodafoneUK I'm with @EE and keep having problems texting someone on your network. They don't always receive my texts and I don't always receive theirs. Fine with someone else on your network though. Any ideas please?

    @ziegfieldstar @VodafoneUK We were with them from the start ……they let us down constantly for two years promised resolving the issues ….that never happened ….still no resolution…..luckily we left to go to virgin fibre …..so glad we did
