Although, as we know these days there is little given to brand loyalty. I was expecting them to tell me to do one as I told them what I wanted rather than accepting what they wanted. Yep surprised.

My mother died in 2003 and trying to close her BT landline account was a nightmare. The person I spoke to kept saying “we need to speak to the customer”! Finally I went into the BT sales centre saw a charming lady and in 20 minutes I had finished.

I said I was ending the contract. 10 mins later they rang to offer her new channels free if she stayed. I replied “ she’s bloody dead and and God has sky in heaven.” They got the point! Why can't it just revert to 4G rather than "5G Auto" just going to Edge? Poor.
