    So @VodafoneUK ‘s 5G network will be coming to sister brand @VOXI_UK later this year! Fantastic!! Although I’m an iPhone guy and it doesn’t seem likely we will see a 5G iPhone until the 2nd half of 2020😔

    @VodafoneUK had the worst ever customer service from any organisation in the last 24 hours. Have been told I cannot make a complaint as my husband is the account holder. Working in customer services and the financial industry I know that’s not true. I won’t be letting this go

    @VodafoneUK 2 days without calls and data. Support first fobbed it off ‘a known technical issue’, which turned out to be a lie. Now spent over an hour with ‘technical’ support telling me how to reset network settings and wait 40 minutes for it to work (which it won’t!) 😡

    @VodafoneUK - home broadband down over 36 hours, report went in over 24 hours ago and no communication on an eta. I have stayed in all day waiting on a call I was promised. This is crap 'service'!!!!!!

    @VodafoneUK The sim is for a relative coming over from Spain for a few weeks. I feel I was missold this package. Was told I needed a contract. Never had to do that before.

    @darrengrimes_ @VodafoneUK Assuming that’s a genuine image of your current internet socket I would advise you to seek help as that’s a danger Corbyn promised free fibre broadband for every home It would look nothing like that! If that’s how you roll your sockets than you might be a few connections short.

    @VodafoneUK What is going on? I placed an order to transfer fibre broadband which you confirmed with a transfer date of 14th. Then you rang me a week ago to say there had been a problem porting the number and it would be the 18th - fine. Cont...1/5

    Hey @VodafoneUK - I've been a customer for less than a month and you've lost me already. Not through price or quality of mobile service, but for lack of transparency and difficulty in getting clear answers to simple questions. This leads to a lack of trust and I'm gone.

    @VodafoneUK I have emailed Mr Ahmed Assam with feedback about your complaints system. Your staff don't return calls except for the complaint advisor who only ever rings for 16 seconds then sends a text telling you when they will call again. It's impossible to speak to someone!

    @darrengrimes_ @VodafoneUK I stopped using Vodafone when they cut the amount of data on my usual Pay-as-you-go internet payment by a third without telling me. Exactly the sort of shoddy, profit-driven behaviour you would NOT get with a nationalised internet service.
