    First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

    Hi @VodafoneUK my @SkyUK Broadband has gone down and like many people i am having to work from home. I have back to back online meetings today, fancy doing me a favour and giving me unlimited data for the day so i can hotspot my laptop from my phone! Pretty please! 🥺

    @VodafoneUK brilliant level of customer service shines through again. On the phone for over 40 minutes whilst someone reads the notes about the compensation I have been promised following the horrendous level of customer service I have received and they just cut me off! FUMING

    @VodafoneUK spoke to someone online this evening about upgrading. Service was fine, but when I said I was going to also contact @CPWTweets as they had some good deals, I was just told basically "Ok", no trying to keep me as a customer or anything. 🤔

    @VodafoneUK I’m currently a sim only customer with 49 days left on my current contract. I’m eligible to upgrade with yourselves but I would like to move to Voxi. Will you charge me anything to move to Voxi now or do I have to see out my Sim only contract with you?

    @Kris_Robb @VodafoneUK Same here! Woke this morning to have an email saying ‘sorry, out if stock’ even though i was assured it would be here on the day of release. Poor management. Also, blaming Apple is ridiculous when other providers haven’t had the same issue.

    @VodafoneUK That’s a lie! I called up on monday (whilst waiting for my order) as the link i was sent to ‘upgrade now’ let me go all the way through to payment and never once mentioned out of stock or a delay. You may have changed that now but that was always the case!

    @VodafoneUK my broadband speed has dropped significantly. I’m supposed to be getting at least 50mbps, but I’m getting around 20mbps and poor upload speed. The connection keeps dropping, sometimes several times a day, requiring router/DSL reboot. Help?

    @VodafoneUK Purrfect zoom call....... do me a favour, nothing but problems since I moved to Vodafone Wi-fi in January. And please don’t suggest I go and contact your support team through chat.... 2 chats and 2 hours wasted, no improvement. Very poor. Wi-fi slow and continues to drop out
