    @ThreeUK Collin actually laughing like a child down the phone! Extremely unprofessional!!! Shocking service!!! £28 a month for a sim only! I pay £17.80 with @VodafoneUK handset included!! Unlimited text, calls 4g of Data!

    @VodafoneUK had the worst ever customer service from any organisation in the last 24 hours. Have been told I cannot make a complaint as my husband is the account holder. Working in customer services and the financial industry I know that’s not true. I won’t be letting this go

    @virginmedia My home WIFI is always quicker than when on mobile data. My wife’s @VodafoneUK network always receives first and quicker than your network.

    @VodafoneUK hi, I am having problems accessing My account, I can log in but that’s all. Can’t view anything. Tried the email button, saying my number isn’t Vodafone. Yet you have billed me and taken money.

    Attempting to setup a new mobile phone contract with @VodafoneUK is up there with being one of the biggest mistakes of my life. Worst communication skills and customer service I’ve ever come across. 😠 😡 😤

    So @VodafoneUK ‘s 5G network will be coming to sister brand @VOXI_UK later this year! Fantastic!! Although I’m an iPhone guy and it doesn’t seem likely we will see a 5G iPhone until the 2nd half of 2020😔

    @VodafoneUK 2 days without calls and data. Support first fobbed it off ‘a known technical issue’, which turned out to be a lie. Now spent over an hour with ‘technical’ support telling me how to reset network settings and wait 40 minutes for it to work (which it won’t!) 😡

The Pen Tester in me can't help but feel like something (cyber crime related) has happened at @VodafoneUK and they're just not divulging! The way these numbers are targeting other 07769 numbers feels very trial and error like 🤔

    @VodafoneUK having issues with nuisance calls from a number very similar to my own. Only the last 3 digits are different. I rang one of the numbers back today and the person who answered says she never rang me but has a similar number to me and is having the same problem with 1/2

    @DerekThomasUK it seems @VodafoneUK continue their lies as the mast in Praa Sands is STILL down and another resident has been told the 19th! I was told that they are awaiting permission. How much longer can this continue? #lies #Vodafonedown #thesagacontinues
