@HJMovingFarAway @VodafoneUK My dad warned me about Vodafone before. But obviously I saw a deal. He wasn't joking about their customer services. Usually its been okay out of the 2 or 3 precious times I've contacted them. I've never had someone be awkward. She has to be new. Either new or lazy. Either all.

@VodafoneUK Please can you help me. My order that was due for delivery on Monday. I’ve had no info from DPD but when I spoke with CS on Monday they said it was sent out and should be with me by latest Tuesday. I’ve just checked tracking info and it hasn’t even been dispatched.

I think @VodafoneUK must have the worst customer service. 30 mins + trying to resolve an error they made for which I'm being financially penalised but they can't do anything for 10 days and can't automate a refund at the end of the 10 days - I have to contact them again...

Hey @VodafoneUK, your VeryMe offer of "Free Plant Power pack from TRIBE" was a good one but for one problem - Tribe's useless website. The site constantly throws 500 page errors which means people can't claim their code. This was a dud offer, just letting you know.
