@OpenreachHelp still waiting to find out when a new pylon is going to be put up after a drunk knocked it down! I’ve had no phoneline or internet for almost TWO weeks! @VodafoneUK can’t help till there’s infrastructure!!

@HJMovingFarAway @VodafoneUK My dad warned me about Vodafone before. But obviously I saw a deal. He wasn't joking about their customer services. Usually its been okay out of the 2 or 3 precious times I've contacted them. I've never had someone be awkward. She has to be new. Either new or lazy. Either all.

Then halfway, they rang to ask why we hadn't picked up the phone they had waiting. Never again. Plus they all smell like trainer shops. Why is that?

So glad we ditched them yrs ago. Slung their free 1yr SIM in the car, was so determined to never deal w them again
