The Crux of the matter was a better deal was being offered to new customers than it was to her wanting to upgrade after 10 years of loyalty. Once they have you have you as a customer. They stop caring.

If you're lucky enough to get through to a person, it'll be an Indian who can barely understand what you're saying, & they won't complete whatever task is needed to fix your problem.

Said they didn’t have to. Defaulted on 8 months after they gave the “debt” to another company. credit score in the shitter and almost never got a mortgage as a result 🫠
