    @VodafoneUK placed a order online to collect In store (the fort Birmingham) has a email saying the order was ready to pick up, travelled to the store and they said the systems down and don’t know when it’ll be back up (already been down for a week) so I can’t collect the phone.

    @VodafoneUK day 1 of your “super fast” broadband & I’m already regretting it. Min guaranteed speed is 40mb/s- we’re getting 13mb/s & internet constantly dropping out. Spoke to a customer advisor earlier who was rude. Now back in the long queue to speak with someone else. Help. 😢

    @dmc1305 @VodafoneUK @O2 I was advised to stop using 4G when it doesn't work in Brum and revert to 3G. Cue more faff in settings - and because 3G is dodgy as well, I ended up on 2G! So still hopeless! And I hear O2 has data problems this morning too, according to Sky News...

The customer care staffs say different things on different visits.The idea is to keep delaying. What rubbish is this rule of 4 months before switching to prepaid anyways.
