He wasn't joking about their customer services. Usually its been okay out of the 2 or 3 precious times I've contacted them. I've never had someone be awkward. She has to be new. Either new or lazy. We've tried texting to get the PAC number and got a text back saying to ring to get it, and then customer services refused to give the code until she could tell them which network she was going to. Presumably they're doing this because she's old and vulnerable?

At home I should get at least 60mbps 4g I get 14mbps and live 200m from a 4g tower on #smarty we get 74mbps sometimes 47
