He wasn't joking about their customer services. Usually its been okay out of the 2 or 3 precious times I've contacted them. I've never had someone be awkward. She has to be new. Either new or lazy. Also, blaming Apple is ridiculous when other providers haven’t had the same issue.

Personally I think £97 is ridiculous, especially when I’ve been a customer for many years. I’m happy to wait it out & leave come the summer. Cheers.
