Woke this morning to have an email saying ‘sorry, out if stock’ even though i was assured it would be here on the day of release. Poor management. Also, blaming Apple is ridiculous when other providers haven’t had the same issue.

With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

Although, as we know these days there is little given to brand loyalty. I was expecting them to tell me to do one as I told them what I wanted rather than accepting what they wanted. Yep surprised.

My mother died in 2003 and trying to close her BT landline account was a nightmare. The person I spoke to kept saying “we need to speak to the customer”! Finally I went into the BT sales centre saw a charming lady and in 20 minutes I had finished.
