    So @VodafoneUK ‘s 5G network will be coming to sister brand @VOXI_UK later this year! Fantastic!! Although I’m an iPhone guy and it doesn’t seem likely we will see a 5G iPhone until the 2nd half of 2020😔

    @virginmedia My home WIFI is always quicker than when on mobile data. My wife’s @VodafoneUK network always receives first and quicker than your network.

    @VodafoneUK - home broadband down over 36 hours, report went in over 24 hours ago and no communication on an eta. I have stayed in all day waiting on a call I was promised. This is crap 'service'!!!!!!

    @VodafoneUK The sim is for a relative coming over from Spain for a few weeks. I feel I was missold this package. Was told I needed a contract. Never had to do that before.

    Could everyone have a look at this exchange between @VodafoneUK and my wife. The Crux of the matter was a better deal was being offered to new customers than it was to her wanting to upgrade after 10 years of loyalty. Once they have you have you as a customer. They stop caring.

    @VodafoneUK day 1 of your “super fast” broadband & I’m already regretting it. Min guaranteed speed is 40mb/s- we’re getting 13mb/s & internet constantly dropping out. Spoke to a customer advisor earlier who was rude. Now back in the long queue to speak with someone else. Help. 😢

    @VodafoneUK placed a order online to collect In store (the fort Birmingham) has a email saying the order was ready to pick up, travelled to the store and they said the systems down and don’t know when it’ll be back up (already been down for a week) so I can’t collect the phone.

    @VodafoneUK Oddly enough guess what - your support team have failed again. Deleted my login on your site for a second time forcing me to re-register again, and guess what the underlying problem is still broken. Talked to vodafone almost daily about this for almost 2 weeks and not fixed.

    @neilbrown007 @VodafoneUK @vodaphoneuk I honestly wish I hadn’t stayed with them! Got offered a contract renewal providing the same service I’d had for yrs at a good price so decided to renew! If only I knew what I knew now. Hindsight is a wonderful thing ;-) who are u with now?

    @VodafoneUK The problem was solved. Apparently 5G is not and was never available in my post code. So basically I was paying for 5G and getting 4G. Pity it took 13 months to figure it out.

    sad that my family has been with @VodafoneUK for around a decade and their wifi is so consistently poor. i have no wifi with zero explanation which is particularly annoying when i have to study from home. seems like other users are complaining too :// not good
