@VodafoneUK spoke to someone online this evening about upgrading. Service was fine, but when I said I was going to also contact @CPWTweets as they had some good deals, I was just told basically "Ok", no trying to keep me as a customer or anything. 🤔

First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

@Manny_Official Vodaphone, I was on holiday with my cousins in a place with bad signal. They had EE and didn’t have any bars me and my brother have vodaphone and we had 3 bars with working data @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK That’s a lie! I called up on monday (whilst waiting for my order) as the link i was sent to ‘upgrade now’ let me go all the way through to payment and never once mentioned out of stock or a delay. You may have changed that now but that was always the case!

@VodafoneUK Getting horrendous evening slowdowns to around 3Mbps, sync speed remains at 73Mbps the whole time. Spoke to customer service about it a few months ago but got nowhere with my setup being constantly blamed. Just want someone higher up to look into it.

The new @VodafoneUK approach to not answering the phone or having any online chat people available is really the last nail in the coffin. Will be happy to leave. They have reduced themselves to a zero service phone provider.
