Rehana Watkinson (@Rehune) reported from Birmingham, England@VodafoneUK sold me faulty broadband,charged me 100 of £ for data, after months of dispute agrd to cancel charges but ‘forgot’ i had to request a recording of call - took 30 days. It’s 53 mins long,clear except for the 8 mins where they said they would cancel which is distorted.

My mother died in 2003 and trying to close her BT landline account was a nightmare. The person I spoke to kept saying “we need to speak to the customer”! Finally I went into the BT sales centre saw a charming lady and in 20 minutes I had finished.

Woeful on every level, no accountability and I spent so long on the phone calling in to cancel a contract I’d never started - time I’ll never get back. Good luck. Awful company.

I went down there and I reckon the revolving door is still spinning!! Got a letter, went to county court and kicked off till I got the CCJ taken off. Should have sued the pair of them.

Finally went to the Ombudsman and vowed never, ever to go back or take any product from them again. 14 years on I've still kept my promise to myself.
