Just want to say how shocking @VodafoneUK is I ordered a new phone on the 9th Jan there would be a delay of up to 2 weeks which was fine now still waiting been told will definitely be here next week 18 years with them shocking customer service false advertising on website #lies

@HJMovingFarAway @VodafoneUK My dad warned me about Vodafone before. But obviously I saw a deal. He wasn't joking about their customer services. Usually its been okay out of the 2 or 3 precious times I've contacted them. I've never had someone be awkward. She has to be new. Either new or lazy. Either all.

@VodafoneUK I’m currently a sim only customer with 49 days left on my current contract. I’m eligible to upgrade with yourselves but I would like to move to Voxi. Will you charge me anything to move to Voxi now or do I have to see out my Sim only contract with you?

Hi @VodafoneUK my @SkyUK Broadband has gone down and like many people i am having to work from home. I have back to back online meetings today, fancy doing me a favour and giving me unlimited data for the day so i can hotspot my laptop from my phone! Pretty please! 🥺

@VodafoneUK no wifi now for 3 days. Your live chat is absolutely useless and so are your customer service advisors. EE are far superior will be switching to them. Called got straight through staff so helpful. EE gave me free data on my phone.

1st world issues and all but I've just come to realise that @EE and @VodafoneUK cap mobile data speeds for some tarrifs! I personally think it's disgusting, especially in the current financial climate! Here have 100GB data, but it's capped to only 25mbps!

Another night without wifi @VodafoneUK I want to cancel the contract we have as you are not providing the service I am paying for. This is at least the 8th time. I expect you to call me so I don’t have to wait for several hours in a queue like I’ve had to do on numerous occasions

30 mins back/forth on a @VodafoneUK to try to renew/cancel. Security checks, back/forth on package options. Really helpful agent on other end but you gotta miss talking to a person, would take a fraction of this time
