@VodafoneUK all myself, husband an 3 kids on voda, I'm in hospital for 3-5 days, do you do any deals or free same network calls for loyal customers like say 02 do (or did when I was with them for over 15 years? Just don't want my phone to run dry after a few days? Thank you x

If you buying a new phone please be aware that the customer service that @VodafoneUK offer is terrible I was told I’ll get a call back from a manager within 24 hours 9 days later still nothing. After being lied to by two managers. Not what u expect when you need help

@VodafoneUK wife’s S10 Note broke down with possible moisture in charging port error. Guy in the shop was very dismissive and insisted we needed to upgrade. Samsung have just delivered it back after replacing the charging port for free under warranty #awkward

@VodafoneUK Yes actually - I just broke poor Tobi with a complex roaming Q. If I take a new pay monthly contract & go to Spain in Feb 2022, with mobile data off, when do I get charged £2 - when phone connects to a network, when I receive a text, receive a call, send a text or make a call?
