    @VodafoneUK day 1 of your “super fast” broadband & I’m already regretting it. Min guaranteed speed is 40mb/s- we’re getting 13mb/s & internet constantly dropping out. Spoke to a customer advisor earlier who was rude. Now back in the long queue to speak with someone else. Help. 😢

    @VodafoneUK just had a call to try and keep me as a customer as your monthly contracts are so expensive only for your amazing reception to cut out so your advisor cut me off anyone would think I’m out on an island somewhere but I’m 5 miles outside Birmingham laughable

    Utter shambles by @VodafoneUK yet again. Picked up my order from store Saturday, no service at all to be told the order was cancelled because I didn’t pick up the device in time, but here I am with the device at home. Your tech team haven’t a clue what they’re doing either 🥵

    @VodafoneUK placed a order online to collect In store (the fort Birmingham) has a email saying the order was ready to pick up, travelled to the store and they said the systems down and don’t know when it’ll be back up (already been down for a week) so I can’t collect the phone.

    Could everyone have a look at this exchange between @VodafoneUK and my wife. The Crux of the matter was a better deal was being offered to new customers than it was to her wanting to upgrade after 10 years of loyalty. Once they have you have you as a customer. They stop caring.

    @VodafoneUK this is getting ridiculous now... I've been trying to get a STAC code for a week now... Can never get through! You disconnect Chat, your team are never available at any time of the day or night... I have the proof I've tried to be reasonable. Cancel Direct Debit?

    @VodafoneUK home broadband...maybe consider scaling back the millions of £ you invest in advertising / promoting how fast your home broadband is when you repeatedly fail to deliver any service to customers. Months of excuses and still no internet (fast or slow) simply appalling

    @VodafoneUK A good camera is a must. I don't have one right now because I have a temporary phone after mine broke 😭 (still with vodafone though) Hopefully I can get another phone soon, it's also really slow and ughh so something a bit more responsive would be fab! 🥰🙌 #VodafoneBlackFriday
