    @VodafoneUK we have no had internet for 3 days now, reset not working, ‘line advisers busy’ so can not contact by message/phone, two complaints submitted, ref given that is not recognised on call. Poor service, please respond ASAP to resolve issue as internet needed for work.

    @VodafoneUK Find it astonishing that having been a loyal customer for 5-6 years, that come renewal time you can’t compete with VOXI on price. In 12 months my iPhone 8 is probably ready for replacement and you get me on another 2 year contract. Short-sighted at the best of times

    Just dealt with the worst customer service I have ever have to deal with from @VodafoneUK , spent 5 hours on the phone to be told they have given my contract to the wrong number now their ‘system’ won’t change it back 👌🏻

    First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve already done this and there is already a live complaint on my account. My details have already been provided to you via DM as I was advised to do this previously. I am now leaving Vodafone and I NEED the compensation owed to me to be paid via bank transfer within 3 days

    7. Another night. Speak to multiple call handlers @VodafoneUK. End up transferred to someone who thinks im a colleague, not the public. Advised to "keep it simple, call back and cancel my plan" Also advised... "don't mention the complaint or they'll probably pass you on"

    @tom_lindsay @VodafoneUK It’s funny because that was exactly the same experience I had of Vodafone. Broken promises (multiple) and repeated explanations to their staff. By the end of it I was telling the staff what their procedures were 🤦🏻in the end the ended my contract early.

    @VodafoneUK This is not just slow speeds. This is months upon months of basically unusable wifi. I’ve lost work thanks to calls dropping mid meeting. Everytime someone talks ne through the steps, it works for a couple week and then it’s awful again. There are times I can’t even open apps 👎🏽
