@VodafoneUK I’ve already told people I’m not happy with how much my bill is, but only ever get phone calls about ways to get me to spend more money never deals or savings. guy told me I keep going over my data allowance, and this would be better. I’ve only gone over once in the last 6 months

@VodafoneUK We were supposed to be connected to home broadband which we are still paying for as it’s just a house move there is a problem and nobody is taking ownership or helping as long as you get your money customer service doesn’t matter

@VodafoneUK never received such #terriblecustomerservice still not sorted our broadband out that we are currently paying for!! Passed from 4 different people at both helpline AND shop, been promised 2 call backs which haven’t happened wish I’d stayed with #EE. #avoid #vodaphone

@VodafoneUK 2 days without calls and data. Support first fobbed it off ‘a known technical issue’, which turned out to be a lie. Now spent over an hour with ‘technical’ support telling me how to reset network settings and wait 40 minutes for it to work (which it won’t!) 😡
