  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Take them to ombudsman, they tried it on with me and lost .That's why I wouldn't recommend them to anybody,since I moved provider ,not a single issue or bill query .

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my grandad died, the council sent my Mum a bill as he hadn’t given notice to quit his OAP bungalow. Mum replied saying that as the contract was with him & not her, they should contact him at plot 25, Chelmsford Graveyard. She never heard anything after that.

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Had a similar issue with them with my broadband, they cancelled it because they couldn’t achieve there stated speed and then the account stayed on my credit report for years afterwards, despite me contacting them to remove it
