  @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This doesn’t surprise me at all. My mother died in 2003 and trying to close her BT landline account was a nightmare. The person I spoke to kept saying “we need to speak to the customer”! Finally I went into the BT sales centre saw a charming lady and in 20 minutes I had finished.

  @VodafoneUK No need, I’ve spent more time on the phone to you with my wife’s phone than actually using your service! Shocking provider, I’ve notified Ofcom of my experience. I have no faith this will be sorted 2moro. Then I’m cancelling. Back to @EE they do it the right way!

  @sophinaWP @VodafoneUK This is also happened to my mum yesterday via a 3rd party,. credit check fail wasn't confirmed,only suggested. At the moment a credit check isn't even showing on report. Possible the orders can't be processed because website down?
