He wasn't joking about their customer services. Usually its been okay out of the 2 or 3 precious times I've contacted them. I've never had someone be awkward. She has to be new. Either new or lazy. That time you shipped it in 24 hours, so it could save me lost days. If not, I could return it. It seems reasonable, but I was refused.
